    @RogersHelps Apparently having no other option, called your Tech "support" again. I've been on hold for 81 minutes and counting.

    @RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while

    So @Rogers @RogersHelps, With us experiencing a lot of home internet issues & after being told your tech support is open until 22:00 local time when I call in well before that time your automated system ends the call because you guys aren’t willing to handle customer issues ?

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @RogersHelps Too late now. Always was a strong supporter of Roger’s and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company I’m done.

    @JeffreyBannon @Rogers I love the fact that they are offering employees buyouts and at the same time growing staffing in Morrocco because the average employee working in customer service gets paid about $1000 per month ...
