    Hey @Rogers When I want to watch a show and I pay premium costs…. I expect premium service.. not Internet that drops every 15 minutes. Figure it out or I’m out. Sick of this happening so often

    @Rogers Loving the new virtual assistant 30 mins on hold to get to the overseas customer service....and start all over waiting...wow

    @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.
