    @len_rocks @Rogers Their CS is a real travesty of a maze. I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs

    @RogersHelps And now after over 2 hours of being on hold, i get an automated message that says high volume of calls and to call back and it hangs up on me??? Terrible customer service!

    @salimvalji Absolutely terrible news, anything involving @rogers will see fans pay more and more. Billions of dollars in revenue yet cities are losing their local radio stations that cover the sport. Where’s that coverage?

    @canadiens_8 @Rogers I don’t subscribe to any service, but for those who have to in order to see their respective teams play… it’s beyond ridiculous. Unfortunately though… it’s the cost of doing business.

    @RogersHelps So I was told my service was fixed. It is not. And the first available time for someone to come is July 31. Fantastic service Rogers. But keep calling me several times per week to upsell for service you dont provide.

    @Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL Can’t believe people pay that for Sportsnet. 5 or 6 different sports channels that show the same programming or blackout the games.
