    Hey @RogersHelps - I can't use my cellphone; can't call out; can't take calls. I've tried both to call you on a land line and use live chat - and both told me they're too busy and I need to call back later! Is that the kind of service I get for paying +$500 a month?

    @balauniquely @RogersHelps Change your phone's network setting to be GSM Only. That worked for me and I'm now able to make calls. When the issue is resolved, don't forget to change the setting back.

    @IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps They DM’d me. It’s intermittent. I was finally able to make a call. Apparently it’s across Canada. Hopefully a permanent fix soon. TY Nadia 🙏
