@RogersHelps I need to reroute a port to a different internal port on my Ignite box thing. Proper, full port forwarding. I'm worried because it seems your box does not support this very common and basic feature of practically all routers ever made. Please advise.

@RogersHelps After being on hold for an hour, to be falsely told my internet would be ready for my move. 1 hr on hold for a tech to show up 3 days later telling me that he's the wrong tech. 2 hrs on hold to wait 3 more days for internet i'm paying for. This is the worst.

@SamsungCanada @JessImright Your customer relations team has done nothing to help me. My third attempt to submit has been pending 8 days. I assume you are putting me off until the offer expires and then you tell me "too late"? @RogersHelps how can you be a part of this scam?

@Rogers @Rogers had to pay $445.21 to avoid a hit on my credit history. None of your agents provided any helpful information and were contradicting each other. have proper processes in place for customers. Never would be using Rogers again and convinced my neighbors to switch as well.

So my question to @RogersHelps is: Why, if @CityofLdnOnt says the issue with your cable is resolved, and my neighbour who uses @Execulink has had his internet back since 13h00 yet I (still!) do not?

Calling in to @RogersHelps after my Ignite TV service has failed again for the 28th time in the last week. No answers. Ticket open forever, no updates. 30+ minute hold times. But I have to keep paying the bill. #isthisforreal
