@kendalwpg I didn’t think my network/service could get any worse and then the outage happened. I’m considering starting to only pay half my bill moving forward until they correct the issues. Shouldn’t have to pay $100+ for this poor of service @Rogers

  • GoodbyeClutter GoodbyeClutter (@GoodbyeClutter) reported

@RogersHelps 12 bucks. That's it? Your outage was somewhat more of a problem for a solo entrepreneur than 12 bucks.

  • TiONeill TioH (@TiONeill) reported

@Rogers Might watch if I had any service …. Rogers strikes again

  • CoachSupreme1 Bill Montgomery (@CoachSupreme1) reported

@RogersHelps I am asked for a Network Security Key to access my 5G account. How can I get that Key?

An open message to Roger’s Tony Staffieri. Just thought you should know that @RogersHelps and @FidoSolutions are utter oxymorons. Almost no phone service. No FaceTime. Almost no internet &when it works it’s slower than 90s dialup. /2

  • TiONeill TioH (@TiONeill) reported

@RogersHelps No service on phone, TV or internet in Brampton since approx. 3:00am … no updates, no message, nothing from Rogers . Guess you learned absolutely nothing last month ???? At least acknowledge there is an issue & provide an update !

  • CaddacTech Caddac (@CaddacTech) reported

Finally ridding ourselves of @Rogers. Internet listed above TV Package Home Phone $90/month (non-promo $189.90/month) For comparison, we are paying $193/month for 1000 Mbps down (usually only like 750) and 30 Mbps up + TV on Rogers.

I’ve been with @Rogers for years and never run out of data, suddenly after the big outage i run out a week before my reset day and start getting message to upgrade my plan for $40 extra. What a joke this company is

  • mkellept2 michelle (@mkellept2) reported

@Rogers worst ******* phone company I've ever been with. they tell you the wrong information and then overcharge you on your bill and won't fix it. what a ******* money hungry disgusting company.

  • VicSilverman Victoria Silverman (@VicSilverman) reported

Got to love @RogersHelps. Sent me a negative balance invoice after I cancelled services (moving home), up to the customer to ask for a refund, attendant informs me that it take 6-8 WEEKs doesn't even bother to ask where I would like the cheque sent to 🙃
