    On two occasions, on separate days, I checked Roger's web page and our postal code was listed as a problem area. I’ve been in contact with Matthew a very pleasant Rogers representative who was nothing but terrific. Unfortunately, he told me @rogers cannot search PAST issues.

    @RogersHelps there is an issue on all houses on my street. Milton ON L9E 1W7. Called technical support who think it is just at my place (asked for the regular restart and pray it works). I just confirmed with many neighbours and ALL have their internet down.

    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, I just had one of your employees going door to door trying to hard sell me internet services. In a pandemic. Where I have small babies (they woke up) and elderly parents.. Maybe save the door to door stuff until restrictions are lifted? Or just never.
