@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just today switched from @Rogers after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Their latest $5 increase scam was enough for me to move to a better carrier.

I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They downsized all of their canadian call centers employees, including those who knew how to resolve your issues lol

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $5 "Wireless Plan Rate Adjustment" line item on my bill? Your coverage continually gets worse and worse to the point where I've had to purchase a Starlink mini so I have usable service on the road.

Kudos to @JoeyVotto for actually discussing Vlad’s struggles as a real problem, and actually posing possible solutions. Those inside the @Rogers @Sportsnet Mothership are all just waiting for him to break out of his ‘funk’, as if it was a week-long slump. #BlueJays #BlueJays50

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers has outsourced their call centres for years. They preach Canadian but most of their customer service is foreign

@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers I have Starlink for more than 3 years now. No idea how their customer service is because I never had to call them.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They have fired most of their Canadian staff and outsourced overseas! It’s horrible now; cut back customer service, IT help and hours! It’s awful! @Rogers I wish there was an all Canadian company I could give my business to!

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just did the same with Telus they operate out of El Salvador and the Philippines. The service is fast and they are well trained. One guy had chickens in the background, but i wish they were operating in Canada.
