    @Rogers your live chat was either down or extremely busy...it just kept cycling through...no one answered...nobody was home so it seemed...then magically things sorted itself

    @Rogers hello, new rogers customer here. I ordered S21+ ultra 5g 256gb black, over 5 weeks ago. No shipping confirmation, just back office email weeks ago saying backordered. I've called once per week, no customer service rep has any idea where it is or when I'll get it. HELP!
