@JustMeJamie64 @HappyCanadian55 @Rogers And people are like "We should never let verizon into Canada! It'll kill Canadian jobs!"

I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

@Rogers you have the shittiest customer service I’ve ever experienced- absolute madness :(

  • CognizantBeing
    ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I guess we've lowered our standards for good customer service after waiting the length of time you did. That's unacceptable.

@RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Lol go tell that to the board of directors then. You think these people give a ****? It's all about the bottom line

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I called bell, unless it was an after hours call. It was usually from a Canadian call center. Same with Air Canada. When I called at 2:00 am though, I did get an Indian call center, but thankfully my problem got solved.

  • NotElonEither
    GrumpyOldMan (@NotElonEither) reported

@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?

  • AliHasa_n
    Ali Hasan (@AliHasa_n) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.

  • JustMeJamie64
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported

@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.
