The wait time for technical support from @Rogers is 3 hours with no call-back option! They charge among the highest rates in the world yet don't even pretend to justify their greed by providing quality customer service.

@Rogers is a rip off. they overcharge their customers. I will not be renewing another plan with them. I have been a rogers customer for almost 10 years and I have had enough with their expensive plans. It is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps Ya does a lot of good now that the game is over and I waited to live chat since 9pm. @Sportsnet now is a piss poor service compared to NHL Live. I want compensation for this issue tonight!

@Rogers It is because they are dishonest in how they conduct business. Their insurer @LIKEWIZE3 has 1 star on Better Business Bureau. For good reason. The staff is rude, making a call is borderline impossible and they will keep you on hold for over 2 hours just to say we cant help you
