@letoams @Rogers @SimpleLogin It's not throwaway emails lol. Read their purpose again. Also using your domains means you are personally identifiable and using anonymously paid domains for your email means you are the only one on it. If you only have used SimpleLogin you wouldn't have this issue that's a fact.

@RogersHelps Long wait times weren’t my issue. My issue was the long wait time only to be hung up on by customer service and then having to do the long wait time again once I’m not agitated from being hung up on.

@RogersHelps 3+ hours to speak to a rep, live chat says try again later, and if I try to change my service in myrogers I get a technical error. This has got to be the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!
