2. I immediately called up Roger's and was speaking to a representative in the technical department about the issue I was facing. I was informed by the rep that there was an "outage" in the nearby area that could possibly be affecting my connectivity. 🤔 @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

@Takhar77 @Rogers Modem is on main level pretty much in the middle of the house. My TV is 5m away. My son's room is maybe 15m away and no signal half the time (even with extenders)

@lukeincanada @Rogers Would recommend escalating the issue with tech support as high as you can, and then make sure they compensate you with some credit. Keep taking pics of the error screens that appear

1. The nightmare began on June 7th 2022. Out of nowhere, the internet went down and I was unable to do any work. Honestly, in my head I thought... this problem will be resolved within max 2 days. @Rogers @RogersMediaPR @RogersBiz What in the hell was I thinking????!? 🤔
