    In the span of <3 days, I went from calling @rogers, ordering Ignite WiFi, having them run a new drop and got my new router shipped from Toronto to Woodstock NB. I ordered 500mbps service and getting almost 80% of that over wireless. #awesome

    @RogersHelps been waiting in a support queue since 2:30. Any reports on service issues regarding latency spikes in the LW1 postal code area? I cant play any games online suddenly. Tried modem reset, another game, and I'm on Ethernet.

    @RogersHelps internet service is down in Gander, Newfoundland. Yes, I have restarted the modem repeatedly and the connection never happens. When is the ETA for this being fixed?

    @MalcolmKobak @Rogers Same - worst experience and they won't let me switch back. Even the picture on my TV freezes. Avoid the switch if you can.

    @Rogers it's already been a few months. How many more months until you actually fix what's wrong with my modem rather than telling me that everything is working fine in my area.
