Dear @Rogers, @Bell, @Tellus & Co. When are you planning on stopping ripping us off by providing one of the worst residential internet in the world in Canada? Do we need to force your hand through laws or are you planning on fixing it? Thanks.

The fact that my @RogersBiz home internet keeps on having issues the past couple of weeks and forcing me to use my data from @Fidomobile as a hotspot so I can get my work done really hits differently when I’m reminded that Rogers owns Fido so Rogers is getting paid either way 🤨

@Rogers If you can't treat a customer right to start, there's no reason to do business with you. Go ahead and pitch whatever "exclusive" deals you plan on offering me publicly. I'm sure other customers would love to see how much you profit from the exorbitant rates and device prices.

Thanks @RogersHelps After over 3h phone+chat: I have to pay for a service you know I cannot keep (Suspended while I was moving, knowing that it was not transferable - I didn't know)... Then re-activated, so charged... But cannot be used.. #rogers
