UPDATE, DAY 18 THE MODEM WASNT PROVISIONED MY TRAFFIC IS BOTTLENECKING BECAUSE THEY DIDNT ACTUALLY APPLY AN INTERNET PLAN THEY CANNOT FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND IT NEEDS A TICKET I AM FURIOUS @RogersHelps

Theyve overcharged her, given her a phone that they forgot to put codes in?? And then now all of a sudden her bill has gone up 20 dollars when she's done nothing to change it. @Rogers yall are the worst

@Rogers is there an issue with the internet in L6Z 1A5 post code? amber light keeps blinking every now and then. I restarted the router and it works for 15-20 mins then amber blinking again. Please fix it.
