    @RogersHelps Well the technician is physically here and can’t fix it . There is no more PVR NextBox anymore so what are you going to do differently? I want the identical same channels nothing more for the same price . They are offering me $80 MORE for hundreds of less channels !!!

    @elsaasce @RogersHelps IMO Bell is just as bad! They were really horrible providers to our family for so long, it felt amazing to leave when we finally did. Maybe Telus? Or a fourth option?

    @RogersBiz your service is horrific. I am a new customer. I have had three technicians at my house to tell me I have valid service coming into my home. I need a proper modem and tv box. It’s been a week. 5.5 hours on hold. Three different technicians. Currently on hold.

    @isaacfoundation @Rogers Nice of @Rogers to waive long distance charges to Ukraine, but once Ukrainians arrive in Canada, there's no help to be had. Because that's what refugees should be spending their funds on. Rogers set up fees.
