  • JoshStorring Josh Storring (@JoshStorring) reported

    @RogersHelps If it's not fixed by the end of the week I'm cancelling. You are charging for a service that is unusable.

  • chrissinclairrr Chris Sinclair (@chrissinclairrr) reported

    @dcmorrison @hockeyesque @Rogers I’m having the exact same problem since the update to the app!

  • leedaleyyz Lee Dale (@leedaleyyz) reported

    @hockeyesque @itsevanc @Rogers Why not TekSavvy over Bell? I’ve always found cable is more reliable and higher bandwidth than Bell’s service. TekSavvy also offer TV if that’s a priority.

  • ssinca13 Sami (@ssinca13) reported

    @RogersHelps hi quick question Just out of curiosity if I live in a duplex and both of us have Rogers service (internet and TV) do we get an extra discount besides the bundle discount?

  • bustedopen365 Busted Open (@bustedopen365) reported

    @RogersHelps Then you shouldn't punish your existing customers by requiring them to abandon their current package and unnecessarily upgrade to another package just to maintain their same options. You should allow them access complimentary as a loyal customer

  • NotASheepNope Not A Sheep. Nope. (@NotASheepNope) reported

    @hockeyesque @Rogers They are all ****.

  • rrs_2019 RS (@rrs_2019) reported

    @RogersHelps No, they didn't. They said it would be fixed by the afternoon that day. It's just dishonest or lacking transparency with the full extent of the problem.

  • Speed1665 James (@Speed1665) reported

    @RogersHelps @natasha_ic What if I don’t have a tv. I only use my computer for watching my Rogers. Wow this is GREAT. THX you guys are the worst!!

  • Rick5895 Rick Prestage (@Rick5895) reported

    @Rogers Rogers is awful! Way too expensive and poor customer service

  • HealthyCityMaps Anthony Smith (@HealthyCityMaps) reported

    @RogersHelps Hello my AnyPlaceTV stopped working, and I know the service is discontinued Oct. 10th. But this is a big loss for a paying TV subscriber. If I must use the IgniteTV, does that cost extra now? I dont have Ignite Internet so how to I watch cable shows remotely now?
