    @RogersHelps Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't stream live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 (cell phone & tablet). My old S8 phone running Android 9 has no problems with the RXSA. This problem was fixed, now it's an issue again?

    @RogersHelps The price of my equivalent bundle is going up over $50 a month. Why on earth would I stay with Roger’s? After decades of being a loyal customer.

    @RogersHelps i also don’t understand why it takes me literal hours on hold (on the phone or online, doesn’t matter) to get a human representative, yet i get a reply on twitter within minutes? just cancel it for me here!

    @Rogers i have communicated with a customer associate over phone for internet. What they committed on 27th March 2026 cannot be delivered on 31st of March 2026. I asked for an explanation over email @Rogers associate Archit refused. So my right as you guys cannot respect.

    @RogersHelps @everyone be aware of @Rogers customer care fraud plans, they will commit something but no deliveries. Take everything in written or consider as fraud. It’s not trust worthy anymore.

    This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

    I am so sick of the lack of .@Rogers care 4 customers even if they are at one remove. We have mobile phones with @Rogers & we have to change that, too. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with - I even worked for them decades ago. Time to break up these monopolies!!

    @RogersHelps It is 2x the price to change my plan while staying with you. If I canceled my service and started from scratch it’s half the price. What a travesty of a company.
