    @RogersHelps This is a joke. Why can't you just tell us the issue that has us all without data for well over 14 hours? I hope there is a nationwide credit coming to everyone's bills for this "intermittent service interruption"

    @rogers @rogershelps Good tech companies have learned to quickly communicate the real reason for an outage, detail the process for remedy and give an ongoing process update at milestones. You are doing none of that. WHAT IS HAPPENING?
