@RogersBiz Rogers didn’t focus on solving customers’ different problems, Rogers staff in my store were not knowledgeable. Can you ask the head office to filter the load of INCREASED junk mail/spam mail, or block them. This will affect the customers to cancel Rogers account.

@RogersBiz Years ago There was “Rogers PLUS” solving customers’ problems in the stores, they spoke to different appropriate departments to get the solutions immediately. But now the regular Rogers stores only know to sell the plans/package.

@Rogers Your 5G service isn't even available on most reserves in Canada yet most people I ask about it get charged for its use. You are a scam.
