kakes (@kerrykakes) reported@Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2

Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

Dom (@NorthsideJane_D) reported@Rogers Why is it impossible to speak with someone ever since y’all added that stupid AI Assistant?? It’s been a week of me hearing “high volume calls”. No one is calling y’all. Also I refuse to pay my bill until I speak with someone

Good Takes Only (@SmokesIndoors) reportedI'm only going to tell you this once @Rogers @Sportsnet I'm 1/2 the price of Kevin Besika, 1/8 as good looking tho, but damnit I'll be 4x entertaining. People will tune in every week to ask 'Whats this idiot going to say this week, how's he gonna back himself into a corner'

BNKB (@banknotekb) reported@Rogers @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

SirLuckHomes Real Estate Brokerage (@SirLuckHomes) reported@RogersHelps Your technical support confirmed that this is not even possible even with the EID and IMEI provided. It’s not an international device It was actually due to your company preventing e-sims from being emailed. I had to escalate to your customer care team to have the e-sim mailed

Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!

Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers That sucks!! In spite of the wait, it was definitely worth my time…and my rate is not cheap!! So Rogers was able to retain this customer.
