    @RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

    @myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers Sounds like you’re stuck in their loop where support won’t solve it without the one person you can’t reach. At this point the only path that actually forces resolution is going through the CCTS complaint route (details on my page) otherwise it just gets bounced between agents.

    @RogersHelps anything wrong with your customer care lines? I called on a Tuesday at 7 pm and I was not able to get through to any specialist. Also no answers on the social media handles.

    @RogersHelps Only if they can answer calls, waiting in queue for over 20 mins is you strive for? Only to not getting your problem resolved and had to call again. It SUCKS!

    @RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST How does one connect to this mythical Tech Support. 3 hours yesterday and 1.5 hours today. I was dropped both times by Rogers.

    @Rogers having trouble explaining to the off shore customer service reps that I only want to speak with rogers employees who are working within the borders of Canada. I know I'm just a drop in a bucket, but I'm about to take business elsewhere.
