    @AboutRogers @Rogers So the ceo is saying another "update" caused the outage. So what, every time there's a major update, the system fails? I call bullshit. Inclined to believe you were hacked, even though you will never admit it.

    @dkarters @Rogers No luck at all. Very annoying. What does work: using my phone as a mobile Hotspot to connect. That tells me the problem is rogers internet specifically

    @RogersHelps will you be charging customers for data overages due to phone tethering? My internet is still out and I'm told there's no issue in my area (clearly there is). I need to work this weekend. No agents available to speak to.

    @RogersHelps I can’t get through on your phone lines. You don’t respond to live chat. You don’t respond to DMs. My 95 yr old blind mothers @Rogers phone still not working as of 8:30pm tonight. Please advise how Rogers will fix this concerning issue. Her phone is her lifeline.

    @RogersHelps closing in on 2 hours waiting on hold with tech support. Tried using the online chat but after 4 hours of waiting it disconnected. I just want my ports opened so the darn modem works again. Stuck in perpetual reboot.
