@RogersHelps It's not an outage exactly. My service randomly disconnects things for a few seconds then comes back. Sometimes when it happens, I need to reboot my modem to get my service working again. It is happening frequently... AGAIN. This seems to be a regular occurrence! #Unacceptable

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous, internet has been down since early evening and I can’t do any work. Your CEO went on and on about being reliable after the big outage. Unacceptable. You’re doing a great job pushing us to another carrier.

I can't stress this enough. DO NOT GET @RogersHelps services. For the SIXTH time this year, ALL my services cut out, and that's not counting the big outage. Spent how many thousands for ads about earning back my trust? Apparently didn't spend a thin dime making sure things work!
