@Rogers @Fidomobile what's with the weak signal in East York, M4J? Phone shows 5 bars, I'm outside, bit I can barely makeout the wait music calling 611 from my phone. Basement apartment (of course) even worse. Wasn't like this in November.

@Rogers Three cable boxes in less than a month; technician visit for over an hour today without resolution; on hold with Rogers Customer Service for over 1 hr. and 50 min. this evening; cannot get a Live Agent on Chat. Not the Rogers customer service I'd expect...PLS Contact Me!

@RogersHelps bad choice using @PurolatorHelp to deliver. Got an email early on Wednesday morning that my modem and tv box would be delivered in 1-2 business days. We’re now at Saturday and it hasn’t even been picked up. I don’t want to pay my old internet provider an extra month.

@Rogers Switching to Telus thanks Rogers , and fix your app , its impossible to contact chat or call 📞 the link goes no where . You guys also removed my device protection coverage without my knowledge

@snooches @Rogers me too and they had the nerve to try and bill me. Disgusting and I was a customer for internet and cable for over 20 years. Bell is way better.

@RogersHelps Hello! How does one fix the voice control on a remote? I’ve tried re-pairing the remote to the tv but no luck 😔 The beep doesn’t come anymore when I press the mic button. The tv does say “Listening” and then it says “Press and hold to try again”....? Please help!

@RogersBiz Again, it's about the service network. Not an account. Been the same area for 15+ years. Multiple SMS over the year about service disruptions from Rogers. I'm now away from the area and I can make out waiting music. It's more of a suggestion to check with your network/techs.
