I have all the text from the sales Rep showing the contract amounts. How 2 fix?

Czar Hey (@CzarHey) reported@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, would like to report that my Internet is down in the Markham, Ontario area. My Wi-Fi router is working but none of my devices can access the Internet. Currently using chatr mobile hotspot which is very slow. Any ETAs on the situation?
