    @RogersHelps Since changing my plan, I’ve experienced intermittent delays receiving SMS messages on my line and other lines on my account. Please check for any provisioning issues related to the plan change and, if needed, escalate for further investigation.

    @RogersHelps What is going on with your customer service line?! Called yesterday and today and can’t even get in your queue! Your IVR just tells me your to busy to take the call and then hangs up. Seriously?! How are we supposed teach anyone?

    Also, your stores are only open 10-5 weekdays which is when people WORK. Taking time out of work to find a human to email a QR code is bad service & advice @Rogers

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Try the website, they really don't want you to call for that ****. I know it was two or three clicks with Videotron to get one.

    @RogersHelps Yes the entire home is without service- phones, devices, TV, security cameras, smart lights, and no one is able to work remotely Nothing on the outage page for the area and 7 HOURS on 4 different chatbot sessions due to constantly being disconnected; - all using up my cell time
