    @RogersHelps @hsgreen If you haven’t figured out yet that you have a major outage in a large area, I think that’s a real problem. We don’t need you to tell us we have no connectivity, we need you to fix it. Then again, try people responding and not bots

    @RogersHelps : Internet outage while working from home is the worst thing. Been on hold with tech for more than an hour. So frustrating. Using all my hotspot data in one day ! That too with Rogers. Horrible experience.
