@SSTTHD @RogersHelps Agreed! We had same issues this week and again now tonight. This after Rogers gave us notice they are putting up our monthly internet fees by $22 in order to cover their amazing reliability. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps For a few months I have been unable to use my hotspot. Other devices can connect without problem but it always says no internet connection. I believe my APN type prevents me from using it.

Would be great if @rogerstv @RogersHelps could actually help resolve service and billing issues. After two separate calls, two hours from my day, and still no resolution of channels access or Internet speeds ordered back in mid-November, time to take to Twitter. #fail #EpicFail
