    You don't really listen to your Deaf and hard of hearing customers eh. @Rogers After nearly a decade of experiencing audism, I guess it's time to change providers. Their customer service doesn't give a **** abut you especially when you're deaf.

    @wendellwaldron @RogersHelps Confirmed that I should be able to stream the game in my area but could not tell why I couldn’t. Asked me to call their technical support number. No time for this. I’ve asked for a refund. Ridiculous. #rogersfail

    @RogersHelps Spoke to Arnaud in Internet support. Only helpful person with clear information that I’ve ever spoken to at Rogers, instead of these constant blanket textbook apologies. Get this guy a raise

    @Rogers clearly does not care about keeping their customers. Their retention dpt did nothing to resolve another Customer Service issue and admitted only certain customers are offered deals to keep them.
