    @lish97_ @RogersHelps Looks like something pulled down all the Bell and Rogers cables just south of Brooklin. Lots of Bell and Rogers techs there trying to fix it.

    @RogersHelps the level of terrible customer service that Rogers provides is sure to never be surpassed. You clowns schedule a tech to come for the guy in the downstairs apt. today but can't service upstairs with the same address until tomorrow?

    @RogersHelps What is the ETA for restoration? Service down more than 12 hrs is a serious problem and inconvenience to customer.
