    @Rogers Hi,I have been with you for last 9 years but hate to go to other carrier coz you have increased the pricing on my plan. Spoke to your retention dpt for 2 hrs, they wereunable to help. Can u do something pls? Happy to be wid u but cant afford to pay more fr d same service.

    @RogersHelps is there a known issue with homephone in the Newcastle area? Having issues with intermittent one way audio. All other services are working fine.

    ive had service for a week my @rogers bill is 20$ higher than my monthly fee on day 8 and their site is down to see why... sigh

    @RogersHelps Happy to help how? There is charging a fee for data over use yes I get that. There is also price gouging and taking advantage of a client base which is exactly what you are doing by charging 50$ for less than 2g of data. Robbery 🙃

    @RogersHelps I have been losing Ignite internet connection since Sep 22, 2022. I made more than a dozen of calls to tech support and they said the issue would be fixed within 2,3 hours. Today, Oct 09, 2022, I still don't have the connectivity! What should I do now?
