@Rogers is absolutely useless. The worst customer service experience I've had in years. After damaging my phone last month, I've talked to 6 "specialists" and gone in-store to get it repaired. My requests have been canceled for no reason and after being told to go to a store...

  • PunkActual Punk Actual (@PunkActual) reported

@RogersHelps Nope. They wouldn’t even call support.

  • SunilSasidhara5 Sunil Sasidharan (@SunilSasidhara5) reported

@Rogers I lost my trust in Rogers. I want ROGERS to take the device back and cancel my contract. Explain me the procedure I should follow.

  • Elsablaine Elsa Blaine (@Elsablaine) reported

@RogersHelps We actually just swapped our 2 tv boxes and that seemed to have helped with the tv issue for now. 🤔

  • don_nordlundo Don Nordlundo (WAS) (@don_nordlundo) reported

@pandersen @Rogers They couldn't check social media. Their Internet was down.

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers This was so unacceptable, and on top of it with your 10 billion dollar network upgrade over the next 3 years, it should be coming out of rovers pocket. Not a price plan increase through consumer and small business.

  • arruda_j joe arruda (@arruda_j) reported

@ThisCrazyTrain @Rogers Call #Ottawa they are looking into the outage from last time

  • itstrundlebaby trundle (@itstrundlebaby) reported

Someone at @Rogers needs to switch Tony Staffieri's wifi back off before he sends out another email like "here are five other critical oversights we built into our network which we had no plan of addressing until now"

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I still don’t see rogers taking FULL responsibility for this outage. They were messing with peoples lives and some of this is serious! Not only 911 services were out but People need their money and medications and access to their money daily. Rogers needs to take accountability!

  • ArkRoy Ark Roy (@ArkRoy) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Dear Sir, please don't invest more into a failed network. We are already paying some of the highest tariffs for a ****** network. It's time to accept that it's a lost cause.
