    I spent the entire week on the line with @Rogers (2-3 hours per day, being transferred from dept to dept) working out an issue that had them trying to get us to pay them for services we no longer had. My mom was in the ICU and wasn’t able to communicate with them (1/2)

    @SharronMatthews @Rogers Didn’t really care what was going on at 1am cause I was in bed. Still having issues and it’s now getting to be a little more than ridiculous, hey Rogers let’s get it together, either that or get a 9 year old kid to outsmart the 12 year old.

    @Rogers I better get some type of rebate or something for having absolutely 0 service all day long. How do you expect someone to pay their bills in full when you can’t provide a service??
