    It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for a $210 credit on my account. I’ve called @Rogers 5 times, spoken to managers—every time I’m told to wait 48 or 72 hours. No real clarification, no resolution. Why is it so hard to get my own money back? Disappointing service.

    @LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps No problem here with XFinity. Do have a problem with embellishments in hockey though. Just like flopping in football. Hate it!

    I’m at my cottage and I recently had to upgrade from Rogers Nextbox to Rogers XFinity and while watching the hockey game my picture keeps freezing. Anyone else experiencing this issue when you switched and do you know what the fix is? @RogersHelps
