@Jaspal_Virdee @Bell Same, when I had bell, the game would freeze and speed up for 4 seconds to compensate for the lag. Switched to @Rogers and hadn’t had a lag issue since. To be fair though, when I signed up with Rogers , I ordered 1GB/s and I’m only getting 400-500 MB/S

@Rogers avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely 0 customer service. How can a modem take 3 weeks to deliver ?!

@RogersHelps Tried multiple devices, multiple reinstalls, still buffers often. I don't have this issue with TSN, Hayu, Disney, Crave, YouTube, Twitch, Discovery, Tubi, Prime, etc so I don't think you can help since others couldn't when they tried. Just gonna not watch hockey, I guess

@RogersHelps @Rogers absolutely disgraceful service! The hours spent on the phone, crookedly charging for data add-ONs which have been previously cancelled & not providing refund due to their own problems.
