@RogersHelps I understand that the terms will change everytime I renew my contract but somebody needs to explain why you have to hike up your rates for the same plan when it’s just an address change within the same city! I had to cancel my plan for the second time this year!!

@RogersHelps customer experience. Wait 40 mins for phone call. Ask to upgrade to ignite internet. Told I can’t until I return my old modem. Go to store, told I can’t upgrade to just Ignite internet at the store have to do it by phone. LOL 👏👏👏

@RogersHelps Sorry but pathetic customer service.Internet service has been disconnected when clearly it was requested for 8th Sept.Its been 3 hours on call now and no one seems to resolve the issue but transferring within departments.Choosing Rogers was a big mistake

@Rogers The worst CS on North America! After waiting for 40 minutes to chat and Latrell incompetence, now waiting for an hour and 20 minutes when received a call back! Outrageous!

@RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Now when asking why Rogers made changes to Modem which impacted my whole network, instead of answering agent was too rude. Mistake moving 2 Rogers
