@Distributel @Rogers no internet since Tuesday. Been calling daily asking that Distributel escalate as daughter is in Virtual summer school and we can't be without internet. Distributel tech says its a Rogers problem and we have a ticket. Will not call to further escalate.

@RogersHelps How come there are never outages showing? It just redirects you to the rogers message board. There's a TV and internet outage in my area. Why aren't you reporting it?

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.
