    @ghost_of_scalia @RogersBiz @AboutRogers Lol and how a billion$ company thinks 2$ rebate is awesome for how many Canadians that lost how much on the day Rogers screwed us not anything we did. Billionaires lining there pockets in a pandemic shocking. Screwed us that day then slapped every customer in the face again.

    @Rogers : the signal strength in my room is week...I have wifi pod placed outside my room ...the speed comes to around 55mbps...outside my room the sped goes upto 85 and above ...is there a way speed can be boosted to that level

    @Rogers Worst customer service. Stayed on call for more than 3 hours still able to solve your own problem. Your agent messed up my account and now you’re not even able to solve it. Even your supervisor said it’s solved but I just talked again and it’s not. Please Help.

    Was just charged again by @Rogers for internet I cancelled in March, never been used and now I have almost $200 in late payments.

    @RogersHelps She is not a new customer . She has been with the provider that Rogers acquired for over 20 years. I’ve never been asked for this level of personal information by any vendor and wouldn’t provide it. A credit card should be sufficient.

    @RogersHelps I understand that. I feel though that you should send an email alerting a “valued customer” that said promotion is ending rather than just a small link within the bill.
