@RogersHelps is an interesting name. I have had the same problem for 4 consecutive days. I get the same answer each time. We’re escalating this and it’s not in your house. But no escalation, just try and get them on the phone. #rogersdoesnthelp

@callmecaiti902 @RogersHelps Face ID sucks, and is not ideal during a pandemic. It doesn’t work when you’re wearing a mask, and is hugely inconvenient when you have to pull your mask down to be able to log in to anything. I miss being able to use TouchID on my iPhone.

Here we go! Day 4 and my cable channels are still a mess. Day 4 of @Rogers saying "oh, let's see what we can do?" With zero solution! Unbelievable.

@The_Rae_Girl @Rogers I had the same problem. They ended sending tech to replace the "splitter" box that was chirping when signal got too low. You are not the only one. Trust me. I lost Cable and Internet for over a day.
