    @RogersHelps Internet has been down for at least the day. This is brutal, unable to work and not able to relax and watch a show, good thing I don't rely upon the Internet too much, no wait I actually do. This is problematic.

    @mc_banana @RogersHelps You would think they would at least acknowledge there is a problem at their end, either on their voice prompts or on their website instead of having people trying to look for a problem at their end. They haven’t learned from their last fiasco

    @laurensalmon17 @Rogers There is an issue with the password create/reset function that will prevent you from being able to create a new password. They have a ticket open for this. So you'll have to use the temp password for the time being. But I was able to access my email...so that's a relief Good luck

    @RogersHelps No internet service in L7A area in Brampton ON. It was slow since last week but completely down today. Technical support line on hold since 2 hours with no response.

    @RogersHelps Haven’t been able to receive emails since Friday. Rogers is is there a system issue? Can’t get into my account keeps telling me my email doesn’t exist trying to get through for hours.
