@RogersHelps I lost $600 for the two days your network was down and now you are offering 5 days bill credit. That’s disgrace. I guess, it’s time to switch to another carrier and I hope many people do the same.

  • aussielollies Karen Reinhardt (@aussielollies) reported

@Rogers I just heard that apparently the issues are a thing of the past?? Why is my TV still pausing and recordings coming up with no sound? FYI - There are still issues present. #rogersoutage #fixitalready

  • grapedevine Tracy Lynn (@grapedevine) reported

@CHEK_News Geez...I might get $5 for all the inconvenience for 15 plus hrs. wheeee, go grab a coffee. If there had been an emergency to 911, would have been screwed! and no cell tower in #Nanaimo #Hammondbay notoriously bad anyways. @Rogers

  • DadTalks_Browns Mr_JGB (@DadTalks_Browns) reported

@RogersHelps @tim_brecht Same here. We generally only watch TV at night. My wife has gone to bed for the past 5 nights and put on tv…after 10-20 minutes it starts glitching and freezing. She just shuts it off and uses her Bell cell service to watch YouTube instead. As I type this it just happened again.

  • sbudirah leumaS (@sbudirah) reported

@RogersHelps Dear Rogers, Please give honest description on what really happened so we can make an informed decision whether your network is actually secure and safe and reliable in the future. You keep saying vague things about improvement and earning people's trust, earn it, by details.

@BaoDeQiang @Rogers I worked 24 hours straight because of that outage. And somehow it was the least bad thing that happened. And all we could do was wait on Rogers to tell us something... anything while we tried to finagle a workaround with chewing gum and rubber bands.

  • grandpolar2 Mickey (@grandpolar2) reported

@PC6216 @Rogers Cash works oops forgot nobody knows what cash is any more - well you are to blame. I bought my groceries no problem cold hard cash

  • YaYaBoeufers Shelley LeBoeuf (@YaYaBoeufers) reported

  • johnpaille John Paillé (@johnpaille) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I haven’t been a customer with @rogers since 2018 and yet here I am still getting emails from them…
