    @RogersHelps Over 4.5 hr ago I called tech support and signed up for a call back. Still no call ? Early in the day I exchanged a def pvr for a new one at a local Rogers store and was told all I had to do was plug it in

    @RogersHelps It's another day we are not receiving the service we paid, it's been more than 2 months! Can you extend your customer's subscription once you get this fixed, equivalent to all the time we have not received what we paid for? It would be the right/legal thing to do @snNOWsucks @nhl

    @rogers @RogersHelps Class day with Rogers. Was told there is an issue in my area, but all my neighbor's internet is working. 2.5 hours on call + 2 hour on chat + several tweets Wonder if @RogersHelps wants to do my exam tomorrow and attend my meetings tomorrow? #rubbish

    @Rogers really guys...another billing issue after you only half cleared up my last issue and no credit was added to my account....now overcharging me on my Jan bill...why does this keep happening to me?!
