    @RogersHelps Bathurst and Jefferson might be one of the worst places for a good wifi signal. #why #signalsucks

    @AndreCleroux @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps There’s an old saying, “a bad carpenter blames his tools”. ;-)

    @JimJohannsson @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps This statement is especially true when we reach out or to remedy specific issues or to improve upon the entire process of dealing with incumbents as a wholesaler. CDN Telecom pricing is on a rise at the hand of the incumbents, IISPs are the only thing acting as a check. 2/2

    @RickyHitman13 @Kirshenblatt @RogersHelps When I was a little boy I always wanted to work for Rogers especially hooking up cable. That dreamed died when the prices increased and service wasn’t top of their game. Signed by self made millionaire Service Expert

    @GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps They are terrible. I literally tossed their service guys out of my house and cancelled. Went back to bell. Definitely the lesser of 2 evils imo.

    @RogersHelps That community forums area is terrible. It only lists a post from 2019. Why do you make it so difficult? Just list the service interruptions here. Is there a service interruption in the Scarlett Road/Eglinton area? That is all I need to know. Rogers Ignite not working for the TV.

    @GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps If you're leaning on staying I suggest buying a decent router from best buy and trying it out. Imo Rogers biggest issue is the piece of **** they call their "top end" modem. I planned to do this but the guy got me so pissed I cancelled.

    @JimJohannsson @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Why yes we have. The problem is receiving the information from the incumbent, not relaying it ;)

    @Rogers Your internet service is crap, your service dept. constantly tries to upsell you to a higher price package maybe i need to call sales to get Service !!!! Fire your marketing dept and invest in tech service to customers if you wish to retain them.

    @JimJohannsson @AndreCleroux @RogersHelps Hey Jim, please stop defending your taxpayer-funded network. Just stop. The number of breaks you get from the government is silly. You clearly work for a big three. It May not be rogers but one of the big three, so go back to work and delivery on your word.
