@RogersHelps Follow up. Through this tweet a service rep was sent to my house at no cost and fixed our internet problem on Thursday. Too bad that couldn’t have been accomplished without calling out Rogers on Twitter, but we are all good now and I appreciate the great service from the tech.

@RogersHelps Received apology email. Not feeling valued customer vibe. Hoping this one time automatic credit is not just for one day as some of your so called valued customers (me) are in day 3 of suspect service. Please do better Rogers as my monthly bills say I deserve it and then some.

@Rogers I would have never forgiven you if you were the cause of us not receiving help through 911. My son's life was at risk and your company almost prevented him from seeking emergency medical care. What are you doing to do about this?
