    @RogersHelps I was told it was fixed. Unfortunately it is not fixed. And I will not waste an hour on hold to get through to technical support.

    @RogersHelps @CrescendoCove Same with me. Their department that deals with deaths told me a label would be emailed and when they get the equipment they will write off anything my dad owes. No label and there collections is calling. I cancelled my services with Roger’s too over this issue I’m having
