@RogersHelps Hi, all recordings made today have issues with the audio, as well as the fast forward feature and other functions. It’s pretty much unwatchable, and leads to an error message eventually. Very disappointing. Is there a way to salvage the recordings?

I don’t understand @Bell There TV is crap. I wish we didn’t change from @Rogers and now we are stuck with a two year contract of crappiness. Stay far away from Bell. We have to reboot PVR daily and it will only take 1-2 shows a day. #bellsucks

@RogersHelps can I get some help with an issue when I PVR shows?

@GiantBlueRing @Rogers @BlueJays Nobody listens to the Jays.... Rogers is too cheap to send the announcers to the road games (hence the reason Joe Bowen retired) and the team is horrible. Only reason they made the World Series last year was sheer luck.

@RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?

@RogersHelps @Rogers Yesterday marked TWO WEEKS of intermittent mostly out Internet, home phone and TV service. Lots of apologies and hours on hold listening to crap muzak. Called customer service and was disconnected. Yesterday's appointment was a phantom, didn't happen. Bell ?

Looks like the internet outage is affecting not only @cogeco but reports that @Rogers and @Bell also down as well. Let the conspiracy theories begin.

@RogersHelps @vandana_bhalla How about stop buying out your competition to the point where you have no capital left and need to lay off ALL your Canadian support team and move support overseas?

@GiantBlueRing @Rogers @BlueJays The ratings were terrible. I'm no fan of Rogers but it's not a charity. Streaming has killed radio. A death that started about 25 years ago with automation. And then mergers. Radio is dead or dying. I say this sadly as someone who was in the biz years ago and loved it.
