@RogersHelps my husband has been on hold with customer service literally since 7:00pm. They're putting him on hold again for goodness knows how long. Is there anything you can do to help? Otherwise, honestly, it would probably be faster to cancel and switch our service

I don’t think they’d bother investigating a complaint like this, and if they did, they would side with the company. I would love to be proven wrong, but this $155 has cost me hours of my time, I am not going to start a campaign with CRTC.
