@BobBushkowski @telusmobility @RogersHelps I have just gotten telus optic tv and this thing sucks. You get no channels compared to shaw so no I know why it's cheaper. The optic box never works and I am about to lose my mind.

@AboutRogers @Rogers For the astronomical rates you charge this is completely unacceptable. No accountability what so ever as per usual. It never ceases to amaze me how little a company cares about its customers. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Look inside yourselves and try to care a little.
