    @RogersBiz please add a callback feature when reaching out for support. It's a waste of time to stay on hold while you a call back can easily be requested.

    @RogersHelps I already did. 4 times since yesterday and again now. Was told 3 times it was an area issue. And twice now that it’s not. I’m unable to work but nobody at Rogers has any sense of urgency to resolve this or escalate.

    @RogersHelps It’s no longer contradicting because it’s clear that what I was told was an area issue is in fact not. I was given wrong information yesterday and now have to wait until the end of day for the tech to arrive even though this should be treated as priority.

    @RogersHelps The 5 reps that I’ve now spoken/chatted with over the past 24 hours have all said the same thing. The most recent one has now decided to end my chat without answering any questions or resolving the problem. What will you do different?

    @RogersHelps Tell your bank division to fix their phones. If you call me, do NOT ******* answer with "no one is available to take your call".... Jesus Christ such horrible customer service.

    @RogersHelps that bloody internet outage made me reset TV’s, smart devices and more. In fact my rca cable to Tivoli was shorted. I expect a refund on my time. I charge 26.75 which is my poor wage, so I need a credit.

    No more stream tonight, because @Rogers is screwing me again. Upload won't go up high enough for me to do anything without lagging, and the support wouldn't tell me what was wrong - just that they need to send a tech. If there was literally ANYONE else offering service here...🤬
