@RogersHelps Please fix and adjust accordingly. I've sent the screen shot of the offer from Mid April. Don't msg me with the same "sorry..can't do" you legally have to fix this. Plz don't waste my time and have someone with some knowledge to fix this. Don't even msg me unless it's fixed.

@RogersHelps Your communication on this issue has been severely lacking. Stop using robo communications and give your customers some real and useful "live" information. Like many others, I am on Day 6 without internet. Your comms are a joke. You will lose customers as a result of this.

2 things @RogersHelps could learn from @HydroOne 1) A simple easy to use outage map that actually provides updates with expected repair times and/or current status, instead of anna a broken chatbot, and 2) If there is no service your customers don't pay for the down time.
