    @Rogers Day 1 trying to connect a service with a failed app and AI customer service garbage = negative results with Hating Rogers! Day 2, 10 minutes total and speaking to a human being = Problem solved! You need to rethink this and appreciate your humans more!

    @RogersHelps my daughter’s phone was stolen. I bought the premium device protection plan. I keep getting sent to Chatbots that don’t work, phone lines that keep hanging up on me, or partner websites likewize that don’t actually work. How on earth can I get a human being to help?

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Just go straight to the @CCTS_CPRST. Don't even waste time with Rogers' "customer service". You won't believe how fast they accommodate you after you file a complaint.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.
