Paul B. (@PaulB83048982) reported@RogersHelps Hi - your message seems to be that most service has been restored. But my TV is unwatchable. I tried the online chat and calling. In both cases I got a message that volumes were very high and to please try again later - then I was disconnected. Can we have an real update

Cyncha (@Cyncha20) reported@RogersHelps London ON now cable issues since noon. What is going on???????

OL 🌻 (@OLimpossible) reported@vote4robgill @Rogers I don't think it should be a 1 size fits all compensation. Some people, like me, have every single service on rogers, and were completely cut off from the world. But since I am on holiday this week, it didn't really cost me. Meanwhile, some businesses lost thousands in income.

Marnie P. (@Marnie1971) reported@RogersHelps It’s now been 10hrs since the last update and it sounds like many still don’t have service or part thereof. Please update asap. It’s been 18hrs since I’ve been down. We still deserve to know what is happening and when we will get our service back.

Michael Short (@DjDatabyss) reported@RogersHelps Bit confused how a neighbour just down the street has an internet connection and I haven’t had a signal yet. Did the router disassociate itself from your side from excessive down time? Thanks

Steve Johnston (@SteveBJohnston) reported@NoAimJane @RogersHelps @Rogers Experiencing the same connection issues to ps network, just outside of London. And yeah, try to reach someone in tech support to discuss (not). Fun times..

Jeff R. Huston (@excuston) reported@RogersHelps after 20 years of being a loyal customer, your lack of transparency and communication with your customers is leading me to moving everything out from your umbrella. @Bell_Support @TELUSsupport who wants to chat

krystal (@relaxbbygvrl) reportedLosing customers like crazy @Rogers is really proving not only their inability to communicate and share the issue with their outage. But they can’t even fix it within 24hrs. I don’t blame anyone leaving Rogers after today. Can’t expect trust if you can’t communicate properly.
