    @RogersHelps I Hope so also , dealing with this problem for the last 2 months and 6 months curing the first covid outbreak is growing to be an ongoing service issue i see with rogers more then any other isp.

    @RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?
