    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps you are reporting services restored to the "vast majority" of customers. We have cellular service at about 1% of normal speed and still no internet or home phone. 1 days credit is not going to cut it.

    @RogersHelps My cell service locally in Canada has been fixed, but I can't call anyone in the USA for the last 36 hours. When will this situation be fixed ?

    @RogersHelps It was back on at around 8:30 last night and is down again since 11:30 this morning. Short Interruptions are normal and acceptable. Interruptions lasting this long and not resolved are not.

    @TorontoStar So @Rogers offers an apology for an outage. But 2012 when my mom died of cancer, and couldn't pay her bill, @Rogers sent her file to a collections agency. For years my family was harassed by collections agencies to pay the bill of my dead mother. We never got an apology.
