@EVAsKarma @Rogers Had the same problems so switched to Bell. For me they have been 100% better. Been with then for 10 yrs now. Only one outage for 1 hr. Maybe just our feed but been good.

finally, I think I'm done with @Rogers ending almost a year of interruptions, disappointment, mistreatment and incapacity of sending anyone to fix anything at all in less than 48 hours. Good ridance

@RogersBiz And when you guys forget to upgrade that one switch and then you shut down the entire grid, then what? Right now you need to earn trust back just getting internet, phone service, 911 access and your pricing. Then move on. #rogersoutage
