Ending up on the front page of every newspaper, reputational damage, and spending the next two years getting a ****** exam by every regulator, and a flogging from every legislator - very expensive

@RogersBiz I’m disappointed in the customer service that I received today. Very little empathy from CS for a mistake, I guess Rogers doesn’t want to rebuild trust with its customers. I’m moving closer to a decision to leave Rogers as a service provider.

@RogersHelps It wasn’t just me. Talking (iMessage) with 2 friends with #Rogers they had same issue. It seems to have corrected itself. Someone there do another‘upgrade’ without testing it 1st? I look forward to a 1 day credit for this issue on my next invoice.

Anyone else having issues with their phones? @rogershelps Calls cannot be completed, I'm able to text other Apple users, but not Android.
