The @Rogers @RogersHelps app is useless, download the app for support, the app tells you to connect via browser, then the browser tells you to download the app, etc. Horrible design.

@RogersHelps @Rogers We are in Barrie and our internet, phone and TV has been out for at least 40 minutes but has been dropping periodically for about 3 weeks now. Please help as it is very frustrating to work from home without the reliable serive that #Rogers promotes.
