    @rogers maybe you'd like to make an official announcement to your customers that your network is down? Maybe a timeframe for repair? Seems the least you could do.

    An older gentleman just stopped me (in a bit of a panic) on the sidewalk while walking my dog because he needs to call someone and Rogers cellular is down. I helped him out but wondering if there is any news? @RogersHelps #Toronto
