    @Rogers What’s the hell could the promise be? My wi-fi is sometimes fast, and sometimes slow, and sometimes doesn’t work at all. I don’t think it’s ever been as fast as I pay for. I guess a promise means nothing unless it’s in writing. Not looking for a reply or an opinion @Rogers.

    @RogersHelps outraged by lack of accountability & service offered What is point of giving times 2 customers if techs don’t show up. Called to report & told 2 call back in 5 mins bc “he’s not late yet” Guess what-He’s officially late now. Now what? #rogersisgarbage #rogerssucks

    @RogersHelps Trying to upgrade 2 Ignite/TV. Many online chats: 1-my husband is told he has 3 accounts! 2-we can/cant access TV via a computer monitor (depending on which rep). Not sure what package we have anymore! Isn’t there one person (Supervisor?) who can help? Thanks
