@mrjonmacdougall @Rudolph85203035 @Rogers You got some low standards if you think that its ok for a service provider to take half of the country's economy down for 24 hours because its only an annual event....you are either a paid tweet (pathetic) or a pretty simple fella.

@RogersHelps What sucks is i don't even use your services but you impacted everyone... think if your a provider for emergency services and the main provider for debit/interact you should have more fail safes or at tye very least emergency services should have its own dedicated line...

@alexmac666666 @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That’s a you problem. You should have prepared for things like this. What if the power went out due to a hurricane? Would NL power be required to pay your bill for the full month? No.

@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps Alternatively, did you discuss with Rogers about guaranteed service level and what penalties there would be if they are not met? If so, pretty sure you’ll be paying a lot more.

@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.
