    @RogersBiz my net is still down your call Center made me wait for 3 hours 2 times yesterday and today only to lie and not show up , the 3 days has cost me $11,000 in sales as I need net for my payment processing , everyone’s Rogers works but mine how are you helping small biz.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers If it's fix, its half fix. HSI backup and tv but for what ever reason, some of us can call out and receive calls but the other person on the line can't hear us but we are able to hear them...

    @vote4robgill @Rogers I remember when #Bell was the only player, they reimbursed a whole month for a few hours of outage.. now with all compitators, #rogersoutage is being cheap! They don't care as everybody needs it and there's no government control! The same with #Hydro power outage before and now!

    @RogersHelps 48+ hours since the outage, the internet is back, but my TV is STILL not working properly. I rebooted ALL my routers & the modem 2x, no good. The picture/sound intermittently freezes on & off, that makes the viewing very frustrating/unpleasant! #rogersoutage
