    @RogersHelps I'm very disappointed in the service I'm paying for. I can't get through to anyone to chat with and it's becoming increasingly frustrating to work from home and to wind down from it

    @AshleyBotting @RogersHelps Rogers and Bell will never get another dime from me. Discount provider isn't great but at least I'm sticking it to the big guys. Imagine how bad it is in rural Canada. Blech.

    All-day long, I've had multiple calls an hour telling me I'm going to jail. At the moment the worst "feature" of my phone is its ability to receive calls. ...Good thing my @Rogers bill isn't ridiculously expensive. :( @RogersHelps

    So I have spent all day trying to get support from @rogers for the crappy intermittent #ignite internet they provide. It's time to open up our internet and mobile markets to companies who care about their customers. Anyone else want to start a movement to shut the #CRTC down?

    Hey @RogersHelps! Your retention department just hung up on me and this is the 4th time I'm calling about the same issue. I have now been on hold to speak with a supervisor for 30 minutes. HOW IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS??? HOW???
