@RogersHelps Where's the update @RogersHelps , you know how widespread this is and how significant it is when many people are trying to work from home. AT THE VERY LEAST you need to keep your customers informed of what the issue is and the ETA of the fix. This is not acceptable!

@RogersHelps “Some” wireless customers? It’s millions! Just say it how it is Rogers. It’s very unfortunate that Rogers doesn’t know the cause and also can’t give an update on when service will resume. A complete circus!
