    @RogersHelps I have no television service in North Oshawa near the university. Is there an outage in the area. Internet is working but a reboot of the modem did not resolve the problem and it is affecting all outlests.

    @RogersHelps No one can tell me why I was told one thing, and then another. Like, this is why people hate big phone companies, you guys are so disconnected from the general public. Like, one of the agents had his mic beside a fan, I had to hang up and find another one.

    @RogersHelps internet has been out for almost 6 hours. I called 5 hours ago and they said it would be fixed shortly. M3C1C1 area code. What's going on? Is anyone even trying to fix it or are we waiting for the morning? Everything works on internet now. 😡

    @RogersHelps - we are having problems accessing our OTA TV signals on Rogers in Bowmanville. Internet works OK. Any indication of what’s wrong? Yes, we’ve reset our cable box twice.
