    Hey guys. Just a heads up. @RogersHelps expects senior citizens to sit on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on to cancel a line. Even when your an authorized user on the account they will not assist you unless you wait for someone to finally answer your call. Day 4 of this

    @RogersHelps @claudsfanuzzi is this system upgrade why I have no internet? really tired of the downright awful service and lack of communication - the company is obviously aware they're having problems but there's nothing about service disruption on the website or your Twitter!!

    My father was just told by @RogersHelps there is no wait for the cancellation dept he’s been on hold for 30 mins. News flash guys they are only here to help when the help benefits there crooked company.

    Another #unhappy @rogers #customer ,Cont. I have not received any email or call saying the phone is ready to be pickedup. At least send an email that your order will be cancelled if not picked up. Seriously thinking to switch to another company
