Please provide feedback to Roger's that if a client's services are down, the client needs to be informed. Rogers outage map was not working and no info from phone/chat support or AI Anna. Customers left in the dark

I just wanna know why my emails are so late incoming. I get emails that were sent to me at nine in the morning & I get them at 9 o’clock at night. NOT OK
