    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are β€œletting maintenance know” because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @RogersHelps BT1409749 is the ticket number and Yes I have been to the store 3 times .. and will visit them again today for trip #4. SIM swapping to a new device and have been dealing with this issue since July 7, 2026 and it is now July 16, 2026.

    @RogersHelps It's happening more frequently lately. Mostly sound issues and sometimes network error issues appearing while trying to watch news stations like CTV.
