@Sportsnet hands down you are the worst sports provider in North America, constant crashing of streaming services. You would thing a multi billion dollar company like @Rogers could figure out a simple IT problem. You owe thousands of Canadians money, absolute embarrassment

@RogersHelps Are you for real? A stock response to complaint doesn’t help anything. Your sub company @sportsnet doesn’t know how to run a simple sports streaming app. The issue is it’s not working, it’s that simple, fix it

@SenselessEarth @RogersHelps This is why Rogers Ignite HAS TO release an app for Firestick or Apple TV. Xfinitiy has this already in place down South, why is Rogers not using that software up here in Canada? Bell Fibe has an incredible app for all streaming devices, Rogers is lacking in that space!

@RogersHelps You’ve got to sort out your SN Now app. Seems it’s froze on a lot of people mid Jays game, and it’s constantly glitchy, often requiring two goes to start the thing. And I’m paying for it!! Illegal streams don’t fail this often!

@rogers is there an outage of internet in Waterloo?

@Frank028 @RogersHelps Better yet, they should start the stream immediately at reduced quality while buffering in the background. Then gradually bring up the quality once the buffer is large enough. The stream will never be "live", but difference can be brought down to 3-5 seconds. Not 25-30 like now

@Rogers Glad to see @Sportsnet #sportsnetnow is back to their old tricks. Consistency is everything I guess. Why is the stream down now?
