@TELUS I have been your customer since only 6 months...one thing to note is that your network service is pathetic!! I was with Rogers before and their network and customer service was absolutely fantastic!! Once Rogers gives me a great deal, I am going back for sure!! @RogersBiz

@RogersHelps What's up with your support? My ignite service was erroneously disconnected by Rogers a week ago & I spent 2 hours on the phone getting service back. Now my bill is wrong because you didn't apply the promotions I had originally. Been on hold 1+ hours again. WTF??
