@persuasionista @RogersHelps I'm thinking about moving from fido to bell. I'm on bell for internet and I'll never look back. I've also been with fido/Roger for 20years... is this the end of my last rogers service?

@RogersHelps Rogers Internet down again, this happens about twice daily and you are unable to diagnose. You even changed the cable and still have interruptions.

@RogersHelps Somehow likewise sent my device to another city. I'm not sure how this happened considering my first device was sent to the correct address. It was sent to Melita MB apparently and I had to argue with the customer service rep before the case was opened
