@AboutRogers @Rogers The “credit” I see on my next statement will 100% determine whether I stay with your company or not. I’ve paid Rogers roughly $3k/year for well over a decade. It’ll be interesting to see what your value of me as a customer is.

@InTheMeatrix @Rogers There's a law firm in Québec who started a class action lawsuit against Rogers. We'll see if it gets approved by the court. Giving 5 days worth of service for inconveniencing the whole country is ridiculous.

@rogershelps After 29 years as a wireless customer, and after 5 days of no services, and after receiving a bill today that is $100 higher than last month's because your company can't figure out what is Canada and what is the US, I am well and truly done. It's not me, it's you.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Bullshit statement. I've been in Europe for business and was without cell and data for almost 2 days and spotty service on a couple of others. You haven't considered that Rogers customers travelling abroad were affected and completely cut off. A few dollars credit is insufficient

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps We’re still having major issues. The credit needs to be more than 5 days. This is unacceptable
