    @RogersHelps Same problem today. I wonder if it has anything to do with the 3 Bell vehicles parked outside yesterday. Is it possible the work they are doing is effecting my service?

    @Rogers Yes. My service is still down and according to your website, it is an outage in my area that has gone on for almost a full 24 hours now. Your tech support has submitted a ticket yesterday, but no response has been received yet.

    Trying to cancel @Rogers plan and the agents keep dropping the call before it can be completed. Always after they pitch counter-offers. Extremely shady

    @globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.

    Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.
