@Rogers i just spent 1.5 hrs on the phone w a great rep trying to make sense of a messy bill. Your calculating system/billing dept needs a serious restructure. Also, you took 20.00 from me due to a lack of proper prorated math. 20.00 I will never see again by your justification.
