  • socatease Jacqueline S (@socatease) reported

@RogersHelps @ItsJennyJ Is it 5 days per service? So if I have 3 cells, 2 tablets, TV, internet, and phone, it 5 days for each or just the acct?

@angelfroggy @RogersHelps The real question you should be asking , is if Interac is such a critical service, why don’t they have redundancy in their network to failover to another provider during an outage?

  • SpeedMediaGuy CommonSenseLost (@SpeedMediaGuy) reported

@RogersHelps - Nice apology email from the CEO, but our service is STILL not back to normal. Ignite TV freezes, drops audio etc. Reset router, Ignite boxes etc and still not working properly.

  • woodwarddotCA séafra (@woodwarddotCA) reported

Dear Tony Staffieri. **** off with the emails already. 2 emails in one week from you is enough to make me wish for another Rogers outage. Give me my refund then crawl back into whatever ceo hole you came out of. Thanks in advance. cc: @RogersHelps

  • TSFloranceK Florance.eth 🏳️‍⚧️ (@TSFloranceK) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Im refusing the credit and signing up for the class action. They wanna buy out Shaw and can't even manage their current network. **** telecom monopoly. We need more service providers not less.

@rogershelps After 29 years as a wireless customer, and after 5 days of no services, and after receiving a bill today that is $100 higher than last month's because your company can't figure out what is Canada and what is the US, I am well and truly done. It's not me, it's you.
