@RogersHelps To say few customers are impacted is an understatement, how is it acceptable that after hours of outage the issue is not known nor an ETA? awful customer communication & the link being pasted was updated 3 hrs ago !!!

@RogersHelps @Rogers should I expect a cheaper phone bill since my cell data has been down for almost 12 hours? My TELUS work phone is working just fine. Might have to make the swap!
