    Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

    @NightShiftMD I know how you feel. This week:1) Abscessed molar-requires root canal. 2) billing issues with @RogersHelps -impossible to speak to a human 3) City Of Toronto messed up my property tax bill for the first time in 16 years. Also no way to speak to a human.

    Hey @RogersHelps, my roommate opened a ticket with you in March. Our internet still crashes daily. This is no longer acceptable as it directly impacts my work. It’s okay. No need to respond, I’m going to take over the account and cancel it.
