ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps 4 outage in as many months 14 hrs and counting on this one and another projected 4 hrs , I am not receiving what I am paying for, the services I pay extra to watch I am missing out on, when is someone going to fire a brain and put the fibre lines underground?

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps It mostly happens at home, and in and around the area I live. I’ve never had this issue before using Roger’s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.

Frédéric-Alexandre Decelles (@DecellesFA) reported@RogersHelps @Bratt_world This is a problem.

Jasmine (@xQwirk) reported@RogersHelps Don’t pacify me. Start hiring Canadians that speak English, and enough of them that every damn time I call it is not costing me time away from clients. Maybe I should start charging you my hourly rate.

David Austin (@davidaustin) reportedAlso @Rogers how are your customer support specialists experiencing longer than usual wait times when you are CLOSED!
-
Carole Gagne (@CaroleGagne108) reported@RogersHelps Customer Service= EXTREMELY POOR! I give it 0/10. They most certainly hire people with an I.Q. of less than 23!! I cancelled my services and my account with Rogers/ Shaw and I SIMPLY need a confirmation at my gmail account . A SIMPLE fking mail of confirmation.

これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?

Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!

Sue Leith (@soobird26) reported@Rogers @TSN_Sports @CBC Soooo….Rogers, you’ll be carrying the NHL games and playoffs for free then? Just as all Canadians have been used to for 70 years? You wouldn’t take that away from us, would you? That would be bad form. And bad for your reputation.
