@Rogers Why am I still getting texts telling me that there's still a "delay" in fixing a problem that was resolved two days ago? Yes, I signed up for text updates, but the problem has been FIXED, and yet I'm still getting daily texts telling me you're sorry it's not fixed.

@IDCavanagh @RogersHelps yeah, screw that noise - in my 5-6 years of being with whom i'm with now, i've never received a bump in cost nor had the notification tucked away because they knew the user will miss it.

@Rogers I don't think anyone can assist me. Only rogers network engineers might be able to help to find way to manually change the channels. Ur technical support couldn't even help.

@Rogers had an issue today and it seems you don't care anymore. Took an hour of arguing and requests to talk to a manager to "sort of" resolve my issue. So disappointed as you were always easy to deal with. @Bell expect a call soon
