@RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

@jefflegault @RogersHelps Same here. Phone and Internet working no problem. TV cuts out, stalls and even rewinds which is strange.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Ottawa ignite TV not functioning. All channels freezing or going black (both Canadian and US networks). Used the ignite app to reboot. Didn’t fix it. Unplugged everything and replugged. Still not working. Internet not affected. Please fix!

@RogersHelps @hewieduck Same issue in Ottawa, Ontario. Rebooted modem, router, cable box. Volume cuts out, video freezes, streaming doesn't work at all. Internet is fine.
