@RogersHelps Been with cogeco all my life and I can’t remember if I ever lost my services once but I moved to Hagersville 2 months ago and only could get Rogers out here but it’s been down twice for over 24 hrs each time and the internet out here is slow . I can’t wait for cogeco to get here

@RogersHelps ETA was changed from 2 AM from 12. It’s now after 6 AM..and nothing. Outage is now going on 32 hours.

@RogersHelps Define most. The only thing worse than being a Roger's customer is not being a Roger's customer, who must rely on their service as our service provider relies on your equipment. Last ETA was Sept. 11 at 2 am. It is now 6:44am and still no service

@batoot2022 @RogersHelps Do you have any concept of how many ppl work from home and lose WAGES when this **** happens? They don’t need excuses or a fkn $20 credit when they’ve lost a DAYS PAY *******. They have every right to be PISSED. MY advice to you is to keep YOUR advice to yourself. Unreal.

As per usual with @Rogers system, it has to be reset!! But THIS TIME, the Rogers system is down for maintenance (on a Saturday night!! Good plan) so I cant acuqlly DO a reboot... no tv for me tonight. Thanx for nothing... again!... Still horrible!
