@Rogers It's what I've come to expect when dealing with Rogers, so I figured I'd share my experience. I had to argue with tech support way too frequently. They kept threatening to charge me for the techs coming out because they claimed that my internet was completely fine.

Hey @Bell_Support. How is it that I try to upgrade my service, and instead someone cancels my service? Then after calling at 8am, I'm told there's a priority on it - Cut to 4pm, still no tech has shown up. @RogersHelps you guys do business internet right?
