    @RogersHelps I hope you sharpen your pencils. My credit needs to be substantial. Ignite tv problems: sound cuts out, picture freezes, channel takes a minute to load. Yes it’s working but not properly and I don’t pay for sub-standard!!

    @RogersHelps For those that still don't have service. Use your device & check to see if other Rogers wifi networks (neighbours) around you. If so, your wifi/ modem reset itself to factory settings. You will have to do the whole set up again as if you first received the unit new from Rogers

    @RogersHelps So what happened, and why shouldn't you be expropriated out of business for grinding a G7 nation's emergency and banking systems to a halt? You can answer in that order.

    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers Service is NOT back to normal. Yes, we have Internet. But half the time, connecting to a website ends in a "connection has timed out" failure. Can't seem to reach any website in the EU.

    @RogersHelps Yeah, phone is displaying LTE+ but won't load or do anything. Useless brick to me unless connected to WiFi. Your "bill credit" better include more than one day of disrupted service.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Mobile phone is working, but I have zero home internet or cable. Which is great when I work from home. Can’t connect with anyone in customer service.
