Beware of @rogers. I was repeatedly told my SIM card would be delivered. Waited two months. When I asked for a refund for not having service they said I asked too late. I am Disappointed by the principals and values of companies that don’t take accountability to make simple fixes

@RogersHelps I’ve already cancelled my account after hours on phone chat with the agents today: Edwin from Kingston and Karen in Toronto. Too bad, as it’s a pain to change providers and it’s been years with you guys. But I can’t stand for a poor display of values and integrity.

Hey @RogersHelps I'm sure your happy the @BlueJays are back in town for everybody to see....except my mother who is still waiting to get her cable service fixed more than a week later, 6 calls and 3 technicians who refused to enter the L.T.C facility to do their job #letdownagain
