@normsworld @Rogers @FP_Champagne It’s Rogers…they have never seen a law they’d follow. They absolutely refuse to share signals and equipment, and the ISPs will not ever pay each other money. Or else they would have signed on to BAI years ago…same for Bell and Telus.

  • Sekhonjatt1412 Supreet Singh Sekhon (@Sekhonjatt1412) reported

@RogersHelps I have sent you a DM. Even in the morning we chatted on DM and there was no resolution.

  • Doretta_Wilson Doretta Wilson (@Doretta_Wilson) reported

@RogersHelps Is that what it means when she sent a signal boost is th e same as a reset?

  • Sekhonjatt1412 Supreet Singh Sekhon (@Sekhonjatt1412) reported

@RogersHelps 2 days and still unable to fix an issue. You really need to invest in good technical support. How much more time do you need? #Rogers #rogersdown #rogersinternet

  • PasCPhoto Pascale Chenier (@PasCPhoto) reported

@RogersHelps Everyone has reached out. The 2 on Rogers have service calls booked, just like the other 3 customers with 3rd parties. Entering our 5th hour without internet. Same exact thing happened on March 17th, which was just 3 weeks ago. We want and deserve answers!

  • jerkitfatboi Random Retard (@jerkitfatboi) reported

What’s this, Canada’s number one internet out again? Yessir ofc it is. Fix it dogs. @RogersHelps

  • JoanMacKinnon Joan MacKinnon (@JoanMacKinnon) reported

@Rogers earned your “worst customer service” reputation. After spending 3hrs+ on the phone to have smoke detectors replaced I still don’t have resolution. Now I’m told to contact sales, which btw is closed bc it’s after 10pm. @RogersHelps #customerretentionfail

  • JayH_YYZ Jay H (@JayH_YYZ) reported

Hi Everyone, after numerous years with @RogersHelps, I’m leaving. Their Customer Service is absolutely brutal. Managers can’t make a decision about $10. Do not pick Rogers. After 5 business days, you have to call and remind them that you’re expecting an answer.

  • EscapeIsAtHand1 MyName IsPrivate (@EscapeIsAtHand1) reported

Hey @BellAliant thanks for not bothering to show up for my installation appointment today. And thanks for not bothering to call. Terrible #CustomerService. There’s always @rogers I guess.

  • bslobodin Boris Slobodin (@bslobodin) reported

@timothypeckover @Bell i'm in ottawa (thanks to extreme amalgamation), but rural-ish and very low density. so i kinda get it, but they also need to do better i think. @rogers here has 1,000/50 service, but it dies after a couple of hours after a power outage...
