    @Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is not intermittent. It's a nationwide outage that's lasted over 12 hours now. I expect all customers will be compensated. You do realize people cannot call ANYONE if they have an Emergency. Not the Fire Dept, Ambulance, or Police !! This is unacceptable !!

    @RogersHelps @candelicious That post on that page hasn't been updated in 3 hours. Maybe the person responsible for updating it has lost their service and can't update it. After 3 hours there must have been some progress made in understanding/fixing the issue. Please provide an update.
