    @BodyguardOne @Rogers @RogersHelps They are absolutely ridiculous! All of them are the same. These phone companies have such a monopoly on the market that we have no choice but wait endlessly! I'm with Fido now. 24/7 customer service. Not sure 8f they use Rogers but way better!

    @Rogers is the definition of #incompetence. Ordered iPhone 14 Pro, received iPhone 14, with wrong plan. After hrs on the phone to resolve issue, issue remains unresolved until they can pull up the call which will take 2-3 business days. Worst #CustomerService ref# I1932688264

    @britdjmatt @RogersHelps I don’t understand how any of the providers are allowed to charge the fees they do. I have nothing plugged in but paying for a phone I’ll never have, channels I won’t use, and a box in a closet b/c it’s cheaper than doing internet only.

    Wondering how many others are impacted? @Rogers sold us an internet upgrade, only to be left without internet/tv for over 72hrs. Alledgelly this was a known provisioning issue, so am wondering why Rogers wouldn't cease selling an upgrade with known defects. #stricterpenalties
