@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

@AboutRogers @Rogers I lost my whole day of work because of you guys and also same for my housemate. You can calculate how much it will cost us. We want fully 2 month free service. Don’t do a bulls**t of giving only $5 credits on account. You owe us more than that.

@Aboodnasswr @RogersHelps @Rogers I thought about it too but I regularly get service where my friends and family do not with Bell. I'm going to stick around and hope some redundancies get added into the system so this doesn't happen again

@RogersHelps I’m in London area. My Ignite Internet shows connected, but the actual Internet access keeps on and off frequently. The available time can’t last 1 minute. I was wondering if the Ignite Internet issue was truly fixed in my area.

I am wondering if @Rogers heard of crisis management or communications management during crisis by any chance because WTF! You don’t go radio silence during a national crisis caused by your company 🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯

Would be nice if I could get the 5G network I’m paying for @Rogers. My service is not restored if you haven’t restored me to something beyond 3G.

@RogersHelps Full TV service still out in Ajax. *Don't* have Ignite. Seems I only have basic cable channels (eg, get TVO, CP24 but not Food or HGTV). Internet is working. Is it just me?
