@MattMesluk @Rogers Rogers is awful. I cancelled last month. Was told it can take up to 2 billing cycles to close an account. Funny, if you don't pay it's shut off pretty quickly. Tvs been in and out all day at work, i eep having to switch my data on for my phone to work 🙃

@RogersHelps One of my wifi pods isn't working. It isn't registering in my app and the chat support says a technician needs to come to my house instead of just letting me swap it out? They're basically plug and play so having someone come to my home is silly
