@RogersHelps Cable box works fine. Noticed issue 1st on my home computer so tried mobile app on my phone. Both connected to home WiFi. Both have the “Watch” button greyed out. We can watch all the Canadian channels.

@RogersHelps What a joke. They can’t even keep day to day services without problems. 🙁

@RogersHelps CTV news story I linked earlier identified a major problem with your authentication process. As 1 of 2 major telecoms in Canada why do you not use text-to-verify? Or perhaps, internally notify the tech support agent that caller has selected "following-up" on a previous ticket.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Can you please supply me with an email to log a serious complaint against Rogers? No, you can't help or fix it, I just need an email address to make a VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT.

@RogersHelps Considering your day to day service isn’t great, I’m not optimistic about winter storms. I tried DMing you and the person I spoke to stopped responding and then someone new started a conversation like the previous one hadn’t happened. Not inspiring.

@RogersHelps So you’re saying there is no local outage in Mississauga? Because I don’t feel like burning through more cellular to get this answer

@RogersHelps So you're telling us that your state of the art communication infrastructure might fail even though we are paying some highest prices in North America? Where is all this money going?
