Dale (@DaleV73) reportedBeen seeing a bunch of @LedcorGroup vehicles on behalf of @Rogers in the area (before the outage as well.) No notification of construction in our area yet they're there. What is this about? Perhaps Fibre Optic in our area? @RogersHelps

Michael K. Hewitt (@MikeKHewitt) reported@Rogers a five day credit which amounts to “minuscule” is a slap in the face to your customers considering the high cost of your services and your quarterly profit margins. Suck it up and put your money where your mouth is re: “Canada’s most reliable network”

Richard Price (@Richard88611795) reported@RogersHelps Our internet is out still. I share a house with other people. The outage not only disrupted our tv computer and so on What about those users not on Rogers who rely on wifi that's not there. Now I am burning up $$ and data usage from my own carrier. Who is going to pay that.

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. 🎗 (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@musicsmith14 I wish I could have seen it but true to form the last few days, my @Rogers signal paused right as it happened. When it came back the camera was on him running to home.
-
Jacqueline S (@socatease) reported@RogersHelps @ItsJennyJ Is it 5 days per service? So if I have 3 cells, 2 tablets, TV, internet, and phone, it 5 days for each or just the acct?
-
Cosmochyck (@cosmochyck) reported@Rogers so second outage in 2 years, caused internally AND I've never had the speeds I have been "guaranteed" over and over again.

Debbie 🍁 (@Debisme27) reported@RogersHelps Hi Rogers. Thanks for the message. I haven't had any issues today, for the 1st day, but apparently you've been sending emails to customers about the issue and I haven't received a single one. How is it I'm not getting those emails? You email when my bills are ready.

Marcus Levis 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 💉 (@MarcusLevis) reportedMy @Rogers internet is down again….wtf

Liam1313 (@Liam13135) reported@Bob_Allan1 @AboutRogers @Rogers I had Rogers Legacy, went to Ignite and back to Legacy in 15 days. Having Bell home Phone on their legacy LAN allows you phone to work even in an electrical outage.👍 The legacy doesn't allow home phone to work in an outage at all. WIFI runs the home phone on Ignite. 👎
