@RogersHelps The service is fine, thanks - I was just bemused (and amused) by the "monthly savings" in the offer I got. Which, BTW, was an offer costing more money for less service. The computer system needs work! Stay well!

@tickylongue @cbcmarketplace @Rogers I switched on Thursday and immediately all services are gone. Numerous tickets and calls and they can tell me nothing other than we are working on it. A big F u to rogers. Been a nightmare since we moved and unfortunately chose rogers as our service provider. I’m am done!

@Rogers waiting 22 minutes for cust ser regarding robo calls on my land line. Calls are every 5 minutes. No talk, no msg left coming from area code 306. I call the number and it's not in service. Now hire more ******* customer service reps. Going to Bell.

@RogersHelps Ok, as you suggested I’m on call with the move concierge and they still don’t know why my new address hasn’t been updated ( they are clueless and so am I) thanks @RogersHelps @Rogers for not solving issue wrt move after 4 days. I can’t wait anymore. Going with other reliable ISP.

@Rogers I feel compelled to say your Xmas TV ad is an agression to every sense, the laziest Fr translation, and so stupid and bad that it's unbelievable a non-brain damaged manager authorized it. It makes me want to volunteer, going door to door and make people transfer to Telus.

@Lightbarron @Bell @RogersBiz I think part of the issue is this switch to 5G service. Sometimes I am at some barns where I get LTE at one end of the barn. And 5G at the other end. I always lose service when I walk from one end to the other end.
