    @TELUSsupport is just disappointing as @RogersHelps -accumulating four hours of back and fourth, getting disconnected, waiting additional hour to be on hold, wasting valuable time for a simple dispute of an unknown charge. Marketing does not reflect customer support. #servicefail

    @RogersHelps well well well i did not wanted to believe but now i have to after experiencing the worst service of internet provided by rogers. We have call you 4 times already and still the issue is not resolved. We work from home for which we need high speed internet plz help
