@RogersHelps I just for our no phone service until tomorrow 2pm

  • Caitlincalipup Caitlin (@Caitlincalipup) reported

@RogersHelps When will we receive credit on our bills for this? I am more upset about missing a covid vaccine text than have no service for 12+ hours

  • cynthia_chan Cynthia Chan (@cynthia_chan) reported

@RogersHelps You need to compensate us for the trouble. 911 services were disrupted because of your snafu. 911! How many people died because they called 911 and were forced to hang up? It’s only a matter of time before we launch a class action lawsuit over this!!!

  • ladyisbudd Judy Wood (@ladyisbudd) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@maej43 @RogersHelps I am in Burlington and still down. It has been all day!😡

  • jsebean JSE (@jsebean) reported

@RogersHelps any plans to credit us for losing service pretty much all day? I still can't receive SMS...

  • RyMorgy ƬΉΣ ПΣPΉIᄂIM (@RyMorgy) reported

@BobBushkowski @telusmobility @RogersHelps Telus is also down because it’s Rogers. This meme sucks.

  • RobotPete RobotPete-Trudeau is a China Loving ******! (@RobotPete) reported

Phone just went nuts with voicemail and text messages. Guess @Rogers has fixed their issues.

  • Cestvraila1 C'est vrai la (@Cestvraila1) reported

@RogersHelps Derailed my entire work week with your near-24 hour outage. What steps is @Rogers taking to compensate people who've been impacted? The interruption was anything but intermittent, and seemingly every customer of yours in my social and professional network was impacted.

  • sadlon11 Steve-o 🇨🇦 (@sadlon11) reported

@xHarveyKiddx @RogersHelps @Rogers Exactly!! And to be honest that's all I really wanted cuz all it does is get you more frustrated trying to figure out what's going on on your own, I just feel so bad for the people that rely on the service for work, I'm sure some of them are really feeling it 😔

  • Ace_5555 Muhammad Saleh (@Ace_5555) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers You better be giving us discounts on our next billing cycle because we did not get "your service" and some of us lost considerable business who have cell phones only to do that! Who is gonna pay for our losses?!
