    @EddieTheCyw @Rogers @RogersHelps They had me on for nearly 4 hours for a downspin yesterday. Then they put me on a plan on the wrong date at a price higher than I agreed and that includes a product I don’t even own. Can’t even go to a store for help apparently!

    Great. Once again Sportsnet is incapable of have a proper feed of a hurricanes game. It is breaking up so bad it’s unwatchable and they are showing the Kraken feed instead of the home feed @Sportsnet @rogers

    @RogersHelps Why is it every time that a customer wants to cancel your service, your send us on customer service call loop holes until the customer service lines are closed…. Super dishonest service to be honest.

    @RogersHelps mobile data not working for Fido customer in Vancouver all morning... appears to be another apparent cross-canada outage, so thanks for that. Truly hope this doesn't affect emergency services again.

    @RogersHelps it’s now been over 24 hours since I first noticed wireless problems with no comments from Rogers. Besides a chat bot saying “we’re working on it”
