    @billsully22 @Rogers Escalating cost and diminishing service have become Rogers hallmarks. Many angry phone calls to Rogers over the last many months, because this seems to be my daily internet response. Excuses are creative and varied. It's my "gaming" neighbourhood, kids at school online, or others

    @RogersHelps We do not have that service here - We do have a lobby,camera and your rogers tech should have buzzed superintendent or me to get in to the building. Do you know what I mean? Your contractor didn't buzz us to get into the building !

    @RogersHelps I did login and the webmail has only one bulk folder while my outlook mail has 2 and some of my regular emails from people in my contact list are going to the bulk folder. Just started about a week or two ago.

    @RogersHelps It has been over a month and issue still not has been fixed. Opened numerous ticket and calling every week to get an update but I am being told rogers is working on the issue since early May and yet I am paying full cost of non functioning internet.
