@RogersHelps it’s 3am, you changed the ETR thrice, and have so many upset customers it’s terrible. My service came back <10 hours ago and you’re already killing my data because I NEED internet and it’s been a day without it. What gives man? 😩

@Rogers To contact when the issue is with rogers CCTS said it's out of the mandate and I would have to resolve it with the provider

@Rogers Let the media see what kind of company rogers is, I thought id try to resolve everything internally but they don't want anything to do with this issue. I have got 15 phone calls now and they told me to talk to CCTS and that's how they just hand it off to another company for me

@RogersHelps @SherryAFlegel @RogersHelps why can’t you just publicly post an update? There have been several people asking about the outage in strathroy and you just keep asking people to DM. Just give a public update so everyone can know!!

Wow just when you think @Rogers couldn’t get worse they do. Clueless customer service representative’s, technical support that lies to you and a manager that can’t figure out how to do their job and now wants a technical support person who said only a manager can help to do it.

@RogersHelps I flipped over to NYR during that. But it's really really choppy right now. Uninstalled and reinstalled no difference (of course). It's just this game that's awful.

@RogersHelps Commercials seem to be fine. Live hockey does exacerbate framerate issues because you notice the lack of smoothness more. The constant camera motion too.

@RogersHelps I have given up on getting help. I have called many times a day, messaged, texted, emails daily. Your service people are great at talking over . I was never given a chance to explain what I was so angry. Nothing I can do. I guess we will wait another 3 weeks.

Attn @Sportsnet @rogershelps @RogersMediaPR - the feed of the WSH - FLA NHL game is unwatchable. Major video frame rate issues. So glitch it gives me a headache. Awful.
