@niks_1985 @Rogers During last Roger's outage, went to BLS office at Gillingham Drive , stood in line for about 20 mins early in the morning and they said, due to Rogers outage, we can't do anything today. Glad that I switched from Rogers to Bell last December.

@RogersHelps Had a question about suspending part of our service. Anna couldn't help. I waited 30ish minutes to chat (with Amir) & was cut off in the middle of our conversation. I was on hold on the phone for about 1.5 hours but had to hang up because I had an appointment. Very disappointed.

Quite possibly the only way to get @JohnTory’s attention would be to tell @Rogers that you’ll be switching your carrier/service provider unless he stops being a spokesman for the @TorontoPolice and starts acting like a mayor #TOpoli

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous spending over 2 hrs on hold to help my senior mother and stepfather to be able to pay ROGERS more money and cannot even get to speak to another human being still. I am on hold on two phones trying to help them out. Disgraceful and terrible service
