    @RogersHelps I have been down since 6 am. No phone, no text messages and no internet.........apologizes are not worth the paper they are written on. Where is a credit??? I am on month to month.........hey Bell here we come.

    @RogersHelps Frig off and get your damn service back up and quit making your network(s) so frigging vulnerable to a hack. That's probably what it is as to why the network is down. Anyone wanna bet $10?

    @RogersHelps I will expect my bill this month to be waived, if this bleeds into tomorrow I am going to need a large credit applied to stay with your service. This is ridiculous. No updates, the same old "we are working on it" isn't good enough. It has been over 12 hours.
