Update 🚨 well after dealing with @RogersHelps for the last 5 days, the problem has finally come to an end. No, my internet did not get fixed I switched to @Bell. Won’t be running until Saturday but I’d take that over the lies @RogersHelps spews.

@RogersHelps problem: I am having volume issues with my ignite box when on tv channels only. Trouble shooting: Picture is perfect. Checked tv remote: volume not muted, Netflix app volume working fine. Checked ignite remote, volume not muted, Netflix app volume working fine.
