Thanks to @RogersHelps massive service failure, my university child was unable to submit course selections for the Fall term. The students with Bell internet service filled the classes up.

So @Rogers outage caused by forgetting to apply a route-filter in BGP. Likely overloading the memory or the FIB’s. Well…. At least it wasn’t DNS this time…

@RogersHelps what happened to automatic compensation for the massive outage? Just received my bill, no sign of it. @Rogers I was unable to work Friday and had patchy at best connectivity until late Sunday.
