@RogersHelps You don't actually but if you want to hear me in the ohine, its recorded. I have been calling you guys for 2mths now. Evening, weekend, middle of the day, morning, online, & twitter. No one answers for 45mins. I have NEVER had this problem before. Is everyone replaced with AI?

Seriously, @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, three hours on the phone with 4 reps, and even a call to a Rogers Store, and NO one can help me with an email I received from Rogers Business today about my account! @CRTCeng Does anyone know what they are doing at your company?

@RogersHelps Yes, I was using the app and only got error messages. I got the modem set up finally after nearly 3hrs, 1hr hold yesterday, and multiple days trying. Your support member was amazing though once I got through. I spend a lot on your services, hire more people.

@Rogers Someone from Rogers Loyalty Department had better call me immediately on my cell that you have in your system immediately or I will go on a social media blitz to let anyone and everyone know what horrific customer service I have received from Rogers.

@RogersHelps I have spoken to them on more than one occasion and there has been no resolution.

@Rogers hi! I want to make 2 complaints. 1) Your website says your online services hours of operation are Mon-Sat but I've called twice and have received an automated message that it's closed. 2 we cancelled our internet services in Dec but your workers didn't actually cancel it

WHAT IS @Rogers DOING?!?!?! CONSTANT OUTAGES AND INCONSISTENT SERVICE ALL YEAR! ALL YEAR!!!!! AND CANNOT REACH CUSTOMER SUPPORT?!?!?! COME ON!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

@wheelgirl77 @RogersHelps @RogersHelps is an unverified AI chatbot account with no verification checkmark. It will keep sending scripted replies, but no one is actually going to call you back to help. If you want a real human response and actual accountability, file a complaint with the CCTS instead.

@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?
