Matt Muszynski (@mattmuszyn) reported@RogersBiz @Rogers This has been going on for months. You sent me two QR codes via Purolator, both failed and when I asked for replacements, they never came. I have a photo of the error screen from the last one I received as proof. Now I’m being told they’re “past their due date” and nothing can be done, yet due to your own negligence, I’ve been running to in-store Rogers business locations and sitting through hours of hold times just to get this sorted. And somehow, I still received another QR code just last week that also didn’t work. So how exactly is this past its due date when you’re still sending them out? Now I’m told no replacement is coming and there’s nothing that can be done. That’s not an answer. I’m a loyal business client who has spent thousands with Rogers, and this is what I get, months of runaround, unprofessional staff and a 72-hour wait just to speak to a supervisor. Mistakes happen, but from a company like yours? Sort this out please.

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.

│Greg│³ (@gmg1968) reportedCould @Sportsnet get a better camera angles down the lines @Rogers center. Really getting tired of having to guess if #BlueJays hits are fair or foul in the corner. It's their home building for God sakes.

Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps The problem no longer exists, we are no longer clients. Problem solved.

Liza (Leeza) (@MendoncaLiza) reported@RogersHelps Same problem today. I wonder if it has anything to do with the 3 Bell vehicles parked outside yesterday. Is it possible the work they are doing is effecting my service?

Erico BOY (@GolfFiendE) reported@RogersHelps Why do I have 3 bars of 5G yet my phone can't load a damn thing?

Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@RogersHelps Thanks to a wonderful tech that we finally got through to fixed the problem quickly. The aggravation of spending hours on hold to talk to someone however really soured my experience. A simple set up shouldn’t have taken hours with added frustration.

Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps That comes up with nothing. The myRogers(Shaw) app tells me there is an outage but when more details are requested there is nothing.
