@jeffhendrick @Rogers For sure. I call usually once a year to “cancel” my cell (3 of them) with bell. We buy our phones outright every 3 years or so right from apple. Do the same with our internet provider (we are rural).

I'd like to know if @Rogers will see a hefty fine following the recent #rogersoutage. Essential services like 911 not working put millions of Canadian lives at risk. If not, then it's time to clean house @CRTCeng as they clearly aren't doing their job. #anapologyisnotenough

@AboutRogers @Rogers My elderly mother still has no internet connection in Markham area code L3P. Totally unacceptable. She is medically disabled and we need the internet to support her condition. She has been a customer for over 30 years! Truly shameful and disgusting.

@RogersHelps Its not yesterdays problem. Service still hasn't been fully recovered. I lost money on Friday because of this. How much do you think you cost Canadians because of this. Time to break up the monopolies
