  • prasanjitsingh_ Prasanjit Singh (@prasanjitsingh_) reported

@Rogers placed an order to get an internet connection. Scheduled an appointment only for no one to show up and get transferred from department to department when I called! Spending 6 hours on a call lol you guys really have to get your **** together.

  • Toronto_Chad AZ Moderna Pfizer trifecta 🇨🇦 (@Toronto_Chad) reported

@RogersHelps Since the incident reported here a couple of weeks ago with Ignite TV issues, every time I change the input on the TV, the Ignite remote stops working and the only way to restore is pull the power on the Ignite box. This is very frustrating.

  • DavidTucciarone David (@DavidTucciarone) reported

@RogersHelps I am facing huge connections issued and total drops from the brand new router in the Square One Mississauga area. Others in my building reporting the same issue. Any ideas?

  • DhallaRahim Rahim Dhalla (@DhallaRahim) reported

@RogersHelps is there another outage in Ottawa? On a Monday morning!!! Totally unreliable overpriced service. Your costing many small businesses lots of $$$ I think it’s time to switch.

  • YyzMarko MarkoYYZ (@YyzMarko) reported

@613muttsu @RogersBiz @caliber_comms In fairness, construction sites are frequently robbed, so *temporary* surveillance there is needed. But yeah, they can **** right off when going "beyond crime" and into mass surveillance just because.

  • TaraOram Tara Oram (@TaraOram) reported

@Rogers What’s with your customer service? How many customers will you guys continue to disappoint with your “technical issues”? You want us to pay a full bill, for intermittent service.

  • safestassets SA (@safestassets) reported

@Rogers My internet is currently down, again, for the second time this month. This is routine for you guys. Get your sh!t together!

  • j_st_cyr John St Cyr (@j_st_cyr) reported

.@Rogers is funny. They send text message reminders to pay your bill, but what about providing infrastructure in major urban areas where I can use my cellular services without poor signal. This is not new information to you either. Build more towers!

  • neurdygirl α (@neurdygirl) reported

@Rogers it is absolutely ridiculous how horrible the signal is in the M2N area. I can’t connect and it’s driving me crazy. Such a waste of my time and money.
