@Rogers my internet has been **** for the past 3 weeks, everytime I call or ask for help we get the same answer. "Everything looks good from our end" "try resetting it". Like really?? It's been like that for 3 weeks :)))))

  • collingsruth Ruth Collings (@collingsruth) reported

Earlier this week Rogers sent an email apologizing for an outage that we weren't affected by, but now internet is down but nothing on their site. Anyone else in downtown Toronto out? @RogersHelps

@Rogers man your customer support is really showing me how much you give a **** about people. Pathetic.

  • RealManaVampire Nabeel Akhtar (@RealManaVampire) reported

@Rogers This is terrible for canadians, and if anything rogers is going to fire a ton of Shaw staff before those "new jobs" are added. We're not buying it We need more competition, not less

  • LansharkNV Nick Vavoulas (@LansharkNV) reported

@RogersHelps Nope, tired of troubleshooting. I'd love for customer service to call me.

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau (@cdnbeer) reported

@Rogers Bell said the same thing when they bought MTS but did it happen? No. It's gotten to the point that municipalities are creating their own fibre network because Bell and Rogers would never dare do such a thing in rural Canada.
