    @RogersHelps Are you going to credit me for the lost sales, productivity, and profitability for my small business as well? This is the second outage in 2 years where you botched an "update" - this one cost my business about $350. Looking forward to that level of credit on my next bill. Thx.

    @David_Moscrop My tv still not working properly. How can they say it's only a few customers when their call centre is so busy that the line tells you to call back another time, or that the estimated hold time is 3hours for tech support? @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @RogersHelps It is now day 5. #IgniteTV is still not working. Can you please at least release information as to why? Instead of saying everything is back up and running when it clearly is not? I’m very ready to switch to @BellAliant
