@NotitiaSophos @Rogers This was always so weird to me as an international student, the prices for anything related to network providers were so insanely expensive for how restricted/poor the service was and how few options were out there. I remember being met with condescendence when mentioning it lol

  • Natsunoz Brandon (@Natsunoz) reported

Wow still cant get my paypal texts or anything **** you @Rogers this is the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened you literally got ******* hacked for over 24 hours what a stupid ******* company

  • danwilliams2 Dan Williams (@danwilliams2) reported

@tosajohn @RogersHelps We have a Roger’s land line and it was down also.

  • LurphyOG Lurphy Lorrigan (@LurphyOG) reported

@WCoaster77 @thevivafrei @Rogers And that's not to say competition in Canadian Telecom isn't a big issue - it's one I've been talking about for 2 decades. But that has nothing to do with what happened yesterday

  • oilerstitans SEWB (@oilerstitans) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers That is simply untrue: the ramifications from this outage go far beyond individual usage needs.

  • Tboneator64 Tboneator 🇨🇦 #3XVaxxedMaskedFamily!!! 🇺🇦🥰❤ (@Tboneator64) reported

@Teresaq14 @RogersHelps Last night, I was seriously thinking each carrier should have some sort of emergency partnership with other carriers in the event of massive outages like #RogersLetsNotTalkDay so that maybe, the entire nation isn't basically shut down? This seems like a good idea to me. 🤔

  • lyoung04 Liz Young (@lyoung04) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers You may say the service has been restored but my wireless is very slow and my tv channels are not all working. A cynical person might think you are trying to save reimbursing me for a second full day of not providing service to the level I have paid for.

  • BruceApplewood Krumm (@BruceApplewood) reported

    17 hour outrage go **** yourself @Rogers

  • Dr_PNL Paul Nesbitt-Larking (@Dr_PNL) reported

The @Rogers response to the service collapse yesterday was a master class in how not to do customer service. Key takeaways: 1. Cliches instead of explanations 2. Inadequate information 3. A public spokesperson looking bored, distracted, faintly annoyed at being questioned

  • AnthonyGolden13 Anthony Golden (@AnthonyGolden13) reported

@trevlan006 @Rogers @Tesla damn, just saw this. No idea where you are, but if you were close to me I would have said come over for a beer and charge! 🍺
