@Bell_Aliant costs. Will Bell be refunding any costs as they are unable to provide the service? People working from home are renting spaces with @Rogers internet as it is more reliable right now. 2/2

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Ummm. The case could be made to enact the Emergency Measures Act to assist a Canadian dumb enough to stay on hold with Rogers Help for hours when they have a call back option and nearly immediate online chat.

@RogersHelps You’ll be getting worst review and especially that employee at Fairview mall and his manager who have problems giving me proof of payment of services I pay for telling me they’re not a printing service. That’s how you treat your customers? It will use paper? Obviously. So so bad

@pxlx02 @AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Wonder what he would do if he had to sit in a waiting room of a hospital for 15 hours before seeing a doctor. Never mind I am sure he would blame PMJT for that. ;-)

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps They DO give you the option of asking for a callback & identify the length of time B4 call. I've used this option. (P.S. Rogers/Bell drive me crazy too but Canada is one honking big country and laying down internet to reach all corners is costly on a base of 38 million people.)

@RogersHelps really disappointed with the service. I switched to Rogers thinking I'll get better service but unfortunately I received worse service. Waited to get a customer rep after 2 hrs 14 mins, only to be transferred and then dropped. #RogerCustomerService #CustomerService
