    @Rogers @Bell Can we please get access to free calls to Iran. We don’t have working internet in Iran currently and friends and family overseas, especially Canada, are very concerned. Help us.

    @EE It seems to be a @Rogers problem, i manually swapped to @Bell_Support and now it works fine..... slightly annoying though that I had to do that I have the addon for roaming in canada

    the @Rogers at 764 Younge st in TO made an older gentlemen who clearly had some mobility issues and a hearing aid, wait outside in misting rain and 8 degrees, for 10 mins till they let him in the store. Claimed they were @ capacity, store had less than 10 ppl, terrible behaviour

    Since @Rogers took over @Shawhelp the customer service & quality of services in general has gone downhill. 1.5 hours + counting of waiting to talk to specialist via chat support. Website keeps crashing. Bill has gone up. TV connection issues. WiFi sucks. Ridiculous. @RogersHelps

    The irony is the @Bell has the worst long distance plan of any Canadian carrier. "Long distance? Who still does that?" I hear you say. @Rogers offers 1000 minutes to the U.S. for $5/mo. @Bell starts at $30/mo for the bare minimum

    @RogersHelps I need help urgently i got ignite internet installed yesterday but it stopped working as soon as team left,i am new in toronto and with no ph no wifi am lost,pls send someone urgently as i have tried troubleshooting but nothing works
