    On god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider

    @RogersHelps Hi, feels like every so often we start getting issues where the internet gets disconnected every few minutes or hours (as if it refreshes) and the router flashes orange. This is very frustrating to try and work from home with. I have DMd you as well. Please respond!

    @rogershelps Would an agent be able to test Internet signal strength in my residence by doing remote diagnostics on our Rogers modem? Connection has been frequently dropping over the last 3 hours, forcing us to use the personal hotspot on our smartphones. TIA.

    @Rogers Helps me move right over to another service provider because @Rogers is too lazy to dial 10 digits. Customer service is a lost art & @Rogers lost it for me a very long time ago.
