Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps The outage page is working it says there isn’t one in my area or at my address but my service is down the modem is blinking yellow and I’ve done a complete reset my unplugging the modem from its power source and plugging it back in and it’s still down.

I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes

I have a service appointment but they made a mistake and keyed in June 3rd instead of June 2.
