    @RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?

    @zachnhso @Rogers Atlast they replied to you I been complaining for a week about it with out a peep 3 times on the phone wit support to be put on hold for 1 hour to than having the call dropped

    @Rogers oh stayed up for 15 mins ... 1 week of this issue and not even attempt to reach out ... really poor customer service
