@RogersHelps Is there an outage in the M1J area? No connection since AM

  • him00719 Himanshu (@him00719) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers is there a rogers outage I cannot connect to the internet..???

  • samsadasivan sam (@samsadasivan) reported

Sometimes I can’t believe @Rogers gets away with this. Honestly how is this service not audited by now

  • james_janeiro James Janeiro (@james_janeiro) reported

Anyone who thinks the private sector is inherently efficient or customer-oriented should try upgrading internet through @RogersHelps. Five days, five calls, a combined six hours on the phone, and a Byzantine bureaucracy that Kafka would love to write about.

  • CajunFox64 Cajun ⎛⎝ Fox ⎠⎞ (@CajunFox64) reported

I find it sad that a company like @Rogers can shut your phone down in a second if you don't pay a bill but I've received over 60 spam calls from the same number over the course of 2 months and they can't put two brains cells together to block spam callers on their own network.

  • EvvyWrites Everett ✨ (@EvvyWrites) reported

Wow @Rogers raised my cellphone rates by $35 per month while we’re still in a pandemic. Apparently some promos ended, but it’s not the amount I agreed to and had no idea they were limited time. Chat support was no help 😕 we need our phones and this stuff hurts our $ a lot.

  • DForgay David Forgay (@DForgay) reported

@james_janeiro @RogersHelps Agree. My experience with Rogers has consistently been. Nice people. Poorly trained. Terrible results.

  • ShilpaRaikar Literary Advocate (@ShilpaRaikar) reported

@ArijitBanik @RogersHelps Honestly, I can't believe a behemoth brand like Rogers can be this bad. In what world does it even make any sense, to charge a customer for 2 different residences. It's so ridiculous, it's not even funny anymore.

  • ZACKCOMMAKERSKA Zachary Kerska (@ZACKCOMMAKERSKA) reported

@PlusEVAnalytics @RogersHelps That’s hilarious. Please don’t try to get the guy in trouble.

  • SamiraFayez3 Samira Fayez (@SamiraFayez3) reported

@pozpiggy86 @Rogers Most companies tell you that 60% of what you pay for is fine because of other people using the network or some other excuse. I have 3 items on the wifi and they say it’s why they can’t even come close to my speed that I pay for.
