@RogersHelps My problem is that your corps can charge such extravagant prices without any real checks. I mean $135/month JUST for Internet? What the hell kind of a scam is THAT? Rogers as a company overcharges for these prices to rope people into contract "deals".

@RogersHelps That's cool and all... But, out side entities are using phone numbers on your network that are not active. I'm not sure how I can help with that. Sounds like a technical issue on the providers side.

@Rogers I’ve been a long standing customer and the lack of care or priority of this is troubling. I have never had an issue. And the lack of prompt service is disturbing. I have spent close to the length of a marvel movie trying to resolve this issue with no result.

@RogersHelps So you might be losing a customer as I’m trying to switch plans with my account and my family account. The one location had great customer service but there internet was working (embarrassing) and the other location wouldn’t do anything to help out my situation.
