vi ☾ (@petterssonbear) reported@etherealhuihui @Rogers yeah its really unfortunate i think a lot of ppl will cancel their sportsnet subscriptions in protest😭😭 just really sucks cause if you have a tv and an average cable package you’d likely get cbc and so get all hockey games, but this will make it much harder for people 🥲🥲

Mission Ahlul Bayt (@BandeKhuda) reported@RogersHelps since last year Rogers support is gone down. You can't get hold of them. Time to move out of Rogersc
-
Graig Carlson (@GraigCarlson) reportedGood news we finally got on the phone with @Rogers and they created another ticket #. And maybe someone will contact us in the next couple days with a resolution. Could you imagine if a small business took 2 weeks to resolve an over night shipping issue?
-
Wyatt (@wyattd09) reportedTerrible day for Canadians. @Rogers has done nothing but ruin Hockey Night in Canada. This is just the final nail.
-
Prime Minister of Pylons (@PuckFuddleCGY) reported@Jay_D_Rosehill Nothing to do with CBC and everything to do with Sportsnet and @Rogers desire for a monopoly. It’s disgusting and they need to be shut down.
-
ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps Ya that is brilliant people are without internet and your solution is for them to go to the internet to see what is happening? Did everyone there stop brain development in kindergarten?
-
Chris (@Innes_lifestyle) reported@RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?
-
Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@RogersHelps Somehow they are not there today. Still my wasting two hours on hold is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You say that your technical support is open 24/7 which suggests you will actually answer the call! I’m seriously looking at other carriers now.
-
RT G (@Eshie4) reported@RogersHelps why don’t you take some of the people who have time to call me a million times a day for home security (which I’ve declined a million times) and train them to do customer service - because I’ve been on hold for an hour this is ridiculous.

Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”
