@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

@Rogers they just keep transferring from collection department, to home monitoring, to customer service with long waiting calls. They receive the equipment in a mail room. I gave all the info a month and half ago. And i was told they wont call anymore. But today

@Rogers Reliable??? Seems you forgot what happened on 19 Apr 2021 !! Biggest outage of not just data but cellular network in the country, that should have taken your reliability score to 50%!! Will never forget that day as it had added mountain of anxiety in such challenging times !!
