    @RogersHelps I still cannot access extended coverage areas on my phone, is this an issue that's being worked on? Have not had access to this since the everything went down yesterday. Very frustrated as I rely on going on other networks as I work and live in an area with sparce Rogers coverage

    @ernielittle @Rogers No. The issue for Canadian carriers was whether Verizon would receive a discount on the spectrum costs. And even so, VZ chose not to enter the market. Why? If prices were so much higher than costs, wouldn't you think the profit opportunity would have been too much to pass up?

    @blogTO Yey! I’m getting a 4$ credit on my account because of this ridiculous issue! I had family on hospital that I was not able to reach in any way possible! Do @Rogers have any serious idea how hard my day was? 4$ is the amount I’m getting from them! #stupidity

    For the love of god can someone please tell me how to change the number of rings before it goes to VM on Rogers. I have a dying pet and the vet keeps calling but I can’t answer before it goes to VM. After yesterday’s *********** I desperately need help @RogersHelps
