A guy claiming to be a @Rogers employee just came to the door. Said they just upgraded the infrastructure in the area and he was checking with residents for any noticeable improvement or degradation in service. Didn't provide credentials or proof of employment. Legit or not? 🤔

@Rogers keeps calling me (automated) to threaten to interrupt my internet service, even though I paid my bill weeks early, and since it's impossible to just call and talk to somebody (2h15 wait time), I'll just yell at them and threaten to change providers on here!

@RogersHelps why is it every other day my internet is done for the full day and customer service is deplorable. Been a customer since the dawn of time and they are rude and unhelpful, and very entice me to stay. Time to switch. Rogers is the least reliable
