@RogersHelps I keep getting phone calls from what I’m finding out is your “ambassador team”. But when I pick up the phone and say hello, there is never anybody there. That’s not much of an ambassador if they don’t actually speak.

@ighani4 @Canucks @Rogers The current system prevents tanking from guaranteeing the top pick. A system where the high end talent automatically goes to the last placed team, simply rewards failure after failure. That should never be the case. Failure should never be the goal.

@RogersHelps I'm not a customer and the account has been past 12 months. So Rogers can just keep my phone locked forever? That doesn't seem right.

@alancross @Rogers This is canada, we have no customer service. What you going to go to telus…lol

@RogersHelps After 65 minutes on hold I gave up and resorted to X. If there is that much crime in Ottawa it takes that long to even speak to someone, we have a more serious issue than most realize.

@RogersHelps I pick the Technical support option but keep getting your customer service team in Mania - I LIVE in Canada, I picked a Canadian co. - I DON'T WANT TO TAKE TO ANY1 OUTSIDE OF CANADA! I HAVE BEEN WAITING 24+ HOURS FOR A CALLBACK @CCTS_CPRST @CRTCeng - SO IF I'M NOT BEING SERVED???

@dogfishent @RogersHelps Bell is the worst for creeping rate hikes. Wasted 1 1/2 hours on a loyalty & retention call. Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs

@Rogers This is an ongoing issue. Rogers keeps raising their costs to customers but these harmful scam calls continue unabated!!! CRTC is not requiring more intervention by media companies on this issue. They should be!!!
