  @RogersHelps I spent the last 2 hours without internet, checked online, no outage listed. Contacted the chat and they couldn’t tell me if there was an outage and to call back during business hours. Suddenly internet is back, sounds like an outage to me. So frustrating.

  @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Write the CEO a strongly worded letter of complaint. Address it as personal & confidential. I did it after almost two years of terrible service delivery. Good chance you will be referred to a specialist group. Worked for me. Service delivery is good now.

  @RogersHelps canceled your trash service after all theses years and moved to telus. The only service i ever used or requested was shaw internet, nothing else. I havent watched televsion or own a tv but for someone reason i owe $200 for an entertainment box that i never got? wtf?

  @RogersHelps It's now an hour that I have been on music hold. I am calling billing for two reasons. One, I switched to Xfinity last week and I was told when it was set up I have to call to cancel my old Nextbox account as they are set up separately and getting Xfinity doesn't cancel the old one. Second, my Nextbox account had Crave and it's not on my new Xfinity account and I want to get it added. Both are simple but being on hold for over an hour with no end in sight is beyond ridiculous. No wonder people cut the cord.

  @RogersHelps is there an outage in southwestern Ontario? I work overnight and can’t get connected.
