Now nobody answers calls. I have screenshots, emails, phone numbers everything documented. Terrible service. Next stop might be court.

BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@RogersHelps I've tried that. It doesn't work. I was able to get cable using my Bell wifi, but it doesn't register as connected with Rogers service. To the point they "canceled" my service in March, but they still billed me in April. and then billed me this month for "non-returned equipment".

I will pay all my outstanding bill & port out my number. It seems that Rogers doesn’t care about loyalty & repeat business.

We're living in 2026 and I still have to call an agent and wait an hour to cancel a subscription? No wonder you are having to layoff people. Rogers is a dying business and will not exist in coming years.
