@RogersHelps internet down 4 times today. Reboot modem, finally told going to be down 3-4 hours by Rogers. Called them 3 times already. Never any offer to give a discount either. So fed up. Happens way too often. In Newmarket Ont long time client

Hey y’all, sorry I havent been streaming much. I’ve been having issues with my ISP since March 31st and I figured it would’ve been fixed by now. But…still no fix in sight it feels like. But hopefully soon… @RogersHelps I believe in you, you can do it D:

@RogersHelps still waiting for manager contact 1 week later and my modem issues continue to be unresolved. Ripping off customers with faulty quality equipment and service is deplorable .. when will you take accountability???
