_.damien5 (@damienvermande5) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for 4 hours now regarding a wifi outage, can someone please contact me to resolve this asap?

Paul (@nizon) reported@RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?

SJ (@cafveteran) reported@Rogers you have horrible customer service: 1. Your AI is utterly useless. 2. I call in and have to go through your AI and other prompts only to be told that you cannot handle the call at this time due to high call volume. BS. You don't make people do all that only to tell them that you can't do your jobs. 3. I receive a discount through your Rogers Preferred Program as I'm a veteran. It's through the CF One program. I received not one, but four emails recently to confirm that I am still eligible for the program. Well duh, I'll always be a veteran! 4. I've been trying for over a year to change my address with your various systems, yet you still have my old address. 5. I went into one of your physical stores to try to resolve all of these issues and was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. The gentleman wanted to help, but he showed me where he was restricted by your own systems to fix the problems. 6. This is all on top of your complete and utter failure to safeguard my phone number from being stolen in May 2025 at one of Chatr Mobile kiosks in the St. Laurent Shopping Centre in Ottawa. The thief then went into multiple bank locations and stole $75,000 from me. Police were contacted and have an arrest warrant out for the thief. Get better customer service and protect our privacy.

Karen (@karenfamily1) reported@ColtKo @Rogers Same problem here. Did you finally get through?

Fred Randell (@menewfie) reported@Rogers you have the shittiest customer service I’ve ever experienced- absolute madness :(

Heather Foster (@eventidefarms) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Funny, I asked that question 8 weeks ago and got roasted for it. We have a job shortage in Canada, but Rogers has customer service all over the world and not here. Hmmmm.

dineshjagasia (@dineshjagasia1) reported@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, can you explain this? Our office number is still showing previous business caller id after 4 years of us getting the number. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, we have not got any resolution. What kind of business do you run?

Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers breaching your own contract and pinning it on customer to pay early termination fee, is just horrendous.
