@RogersHelps This is absolute trash customer service. I DM'd i mentioned, no response, i go on facebook no response, so i your anna livechat... you jack the rates on me during covid and throttle me when i try to take a conference call for work. A+

@Rogers on phone for over an hour holding, tech support & cstmr service....deep into sorting new services & the rep loses connection.... Since I have my home & cell phones with you, why wouldn’t the rep call me back rather than me having to start over? That would be true service.

Rogers website sucks and like all the time. It’s so slow and literally takes more than 5 minutes to load. Checked with all major browsers and with multiple different laptops. @Rogers @RogersHelps #BlackFriday2020 #Website #poorwebsite.

@Rogers You just increased $3.+ for phone $3+for internet and $3+ for cable TV. How is this not price gouging? During a pandemic where everyone lockdown seniors, disabled limited income. $10. increase in services? Rogers never gave us a break one iota.
