@RogersHelps @RogersHelps home internet was finally up this morning however most of the websites did not open and timed out. After couple hours, the internet stopped again and is still unavailable for me here. But when i checked your website it says there is no outage in my area. Courtice, ON

@rogers our landline is not working, TV is freezing off and on, going to black, blurry, many stations are not available. We have ignite system. How about giving us credit for days until system is fully functional because it is pain right now!

@smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m just speaking as someone who works for a telecom company. If they will give more that’s great. Usually if someone calls in because they’ve lost a days service we credit them for that day. If you ask to speak to the loyalty dept they will credit more.

The #rogersoutage is nothing less than an event. An eye-opening event. Companies like @Rogers cannot have a monopoly on wireless/wireline networks. We've got to let @JustinTrudeau @theJagmeetSingh know that this country cannot experience a large scale outage like this again.
