It also kicked me out of the chat queue twice after waiting more than 1 hr each time. Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service. The government needs to legislate you guys to have actual customer support.

They did tell me I would need to get in touch again later when my contract was cancelled though to get the fine waived...
