@Rogers I was checking online and the company STILL doesn’t support @Apple eSim quick transfer and the customer has to go to a STORE to scan a QR code if they get a new phone and just want to transfer the eSim!! Shameful! ESim has been around for years now.

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@RogersHelps you should just suggest your customers switch to a different service provider. That is quite frankly the most immediate and permanent solution.

  • Crypto_2656 SupTrading (@Crypto_2656) reported

@RogersHelps my internet service is disrupted again..this is ridiculous. You guys are unreliable. Working from home is getting tougher with rogers network interruptions. #rogersoutage #rogers @AboutRogers @Rogers

@noeljuliet @RogersHelps I would recommend making the switch to Bell immediately. My landlord made the switch from Bell to Rogers last month. I never had an issue with Bell or the internet in this unit. Since the switch, I’ve lost 6 entire days of internet connectivity. Never one issue with Bell.

  • AndrewWinn14 Andrew Winn (@AndrewWinn14) reported

@RogersHelps we are having interruptions to our home services in Saint John NB. Is this a known issue? Went out three times today.

  • computermorah Shayne Train aka Computermorah (@computermorah) reported

Internet has gone down for the 3rd day in a row. Support says: "engineers are fixing it." We work from home and have MSc thesis and a certification due today. Your "we will do better" TV ads are enraging. Stop advertising platitudes and fix this. @RogersHelps #rogers @Rogers

  • noeljuliet Noelito (@noeljuliet) reported

@Rogers Not sure how serious you are on this commitment. It is our 2nd day without internet, TV, and home phone. Tomorrow is our 3rd day with no resolution on sight.

  • Sackroad The Road Less Travelled (@Sackroad) reported

@Rogers Why am I having the same problem with my internet that you've already fixed twice before? Why does it keep coming back? Why should I have to have a tech come in to my house and look at things AGAIN when it's clearly not a problem inside my home? I'm tired of this.

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@Sackroad @Rogers Time to switch to Bell! Same issue here. 3rd time for me as well.

  • Rickwl123 Rick Lavigne (@Rickwl123) reported

Well, Rogers TV service continues to suck! the audio dropouts have worsened to the point of making it unwatchable. @Rogers @RogersHelps Thank goodness Bell almost has their fibre work done
