You all act like the CEO is sat infront of a pc just grinning and evil while he singles you out and throws your bill at you. Tell my your bill didn't come through between the 8th and 10th last month? Insanity.

    @angelfire198500 @CP24 Fiber cut perhaps or more likely some form on segmentation or augmentation to the network which is generally done in the background and all of the redundancy that are supposed to be in place failed. Don't worry, your bill will always be on time @Rogers

    @RogersHelps My Internet service came up at around 2:15 am so it was a 21 - 22 hour outage. Needless to say it was an inconvenience for all us. Although we don’t yet know what was the root cause, let’s keep in mind there were also a lot of people working long hours to get it restored.

    My 17 year-old Nephew from Lethbridge visiting Toronto for the first time. He took the Go Train to Hamilton yesterday to come see me, but he got off at the wrong station accidentally. @Rogers was down so he was just missing for a couple of hours. Fun night!
