    @Rogers I’d like to thank Jennifer (did not get a last name) for finally helping me to resolve my internet problem Tuesday night at like 9pm. She knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it…still annoyed, but she was great #GiveHerARaise

    @MobileSyrup Hey @Rogers why don't you just pay off everyone's bill. You clearly have the money for it and if you want to keep your customer base this would be a great place to start

    Dear @rogershelps, receiving a bill that is $100 higher than last month (for no apparent reason) immediately after last week's outage was, after 29 years together, the last straw. I am breaking up with you.

    @RogersHelps I am still having problems with my my internet and and my TV still freezes and cuts and blacks out, so your 5 day reimbursement is not going to make up for what a lot of people are still going through!

    Lol @RogersHelps strung me along for over 45 minutes claiming that's how long it takes to cancel an account.. while spending the entire time talking trying to guilt me, or make me feel stupid for not staying. **** you, **** your support and **** your company.
