    No phone, no internet, no cell, @rogers you need to do better. Internet is not a luxury but an essential service that requires uptime especially during emergencies. Very disappointed customer.

    @RogersHelps Why can't my mother access her Rogers mail online? She keeps getting error message that either username or password is incorrect; tries to rectify the problem, & gets same msg over and over and over again! Thanks.

    @RogersHelps did ignite go down for London just now? My app won't even say its on and I see the box has a flashing green light. Plugged out and back in still no internet. Please advise.
