@AboutRogers @Rogers ‘Sorry’ and “we will do better” are patronizing. A 2-day credit for our inconveniences is insulting. Remember what happened in April 2021? History has repeated itself. Rogers must learn how to test better and fallback effectively when software changes fail!

@RogersHelps My internet is super slow and I haven't been able to connect with Rogers Customers yet. I am an ignite customer and i am getting 10mbps speed while my plan is for 500mbps. This is really frustrating as I am unable to download files. Need some resolutiion asap.

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos would not all roll out simultaneously. Also, the outages would be detected long before they reached a national outage. Unless the company was incompetent or they were hacked and the hackers had time on the network to set up all of the routers to install simultaneously
