@RogersHelps I spoke to a customer service person who informed me that Rogers not offering any credits or discounts following the outage. Is that correct? Not sure how well that’s gonna go over with customers, especially those who also need to replace all their food

@Rogers charging $50 setup fee just to add a tablet to your plan is robbery. Service is $10 a month, you really going to tell me it I should pay equivalent to double service fee for the first 5 months!

@RogersHelps Internet is down since last two days. Every time i talk to a support person i get a different response. A technician was supposed to visit today between 4-6pm and the support person said that the appointment is cancelled without giving any reason. Please help
