@RogersHelps Bell fibre has way more than 30 mbps... Perhaps upgrade your infrastructure quicker. No issues with quality service with them.

@RogersHelps when do we get our internet back in Toronto. Give us SOME info. You will get less hassles if you give us an estimate of how long we are without service. Come on. This is basic customer service 101.

@RogersHelps Who? Defntly nt its Customers. Hv bn trying to gt an issue rsolvd since Aug. Customer Care : Long wait times + they keep transferring call from one dept to another. No one wants to tk responsibility (Either staff is not trained well or not motivated enough to help)

7 hours now... And no communication from @RogersHelps ... Community forum not updated. Incident ticket not updated. By now you should have an ETA ... Or at least a quick update... Some customers are less autonomous with this, for example my old neighbor who asked me for help.

Hey @rogers there appears to be a hacking incident going on with a family member’s email where it appears to have sent messages and in investigating the Rogers/@Yahoo email portal is problematic and not even letting her send emails to correct.
