    @RogersHelps @Rogers have sat on hold for 30+ minutes your online assistant is useless. How about at least a regularly updated recording about progress and timelines for restoration. Services were fine until 10pm last night so how come problem hasn’t been rectified?

    @cbcmarketplace @Rogers =Robbers DO NOT work with this crooked fraudulent company. Staffs are awful liars. They steal your money and waste your time. By charging u extra @Rogers /Robbers compensate for its loss of costumers due to its misconduct.

    @RogersHelps I have had no internet, home phone or tv since the technician was in my home since FRIDAY! This had nothing to do with the storm and technical support has been useless! 3 days no service!

    @RogersHelps Technical support said give them an hour and they would call me back. That hour has turned into 3 days. The issue is with the brand new modem I received and it not working on Rogers' end. 3 days. I've used all my data. Will I be reimbursed for that?
