    @Rogers Can you please cancel the crave subscription that has been added to my account. It was supposed to be a free feature with my virgin mobile account but I've been charged $22.00 for it.

    @RogersHelps I FINALLY got a hold of someone today - that even had English as a FIRST language. Unfortunately, I had to select options to indicate I was BUYING SOMETHING in order to speak with someone LIVE. My other FOUR attempts today were hung up on. Big “F” for Cx Service guys.

    Hey @Rogers , i just wasted an hour on hold trying to get some assistance with my service, finally hung up as i can't spend all day on hold. I wonder how customer service is with @starlink?

    @RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!
