For over 24 hours now our Rogers Ignite TV has been freezing, glitching and giving us a black screen and our WiFi keeps dropping. Have unplugged all boxes and reset them without the issue going away. Others in my neighborhood are also experiencing same problem. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Since December 24th when I changed my service, every monthly Ignite bill has been wrong. Including this last one. I have wasted over 14.5 hrs trying to resolve. I’d like to cancel everything.
