    Anyone else’s iPhone CONSTANTLY searching for and dropping the Rogers network after updating to 15.3.1? Mum updated hers, but she’s with Telus - no problem. I’ve essentially had a handheld, Wi-Fi only mini-computer since yesterday. Any tips @RogersHelps or @AppleSupport?

    @RogersHelps It would play for a few minutes, stop, buffer, go a few seconds, buffer for a few minutes. Repeat. Other times it would play then say unavailable. We were only on one device and only had that error a couple times. The issue is not loading, buffering, and no service errors.

    @RogersHelps Hey, thanks so much for replying - @AppleSupport got in ahead of you and suggested a few things, and it looks like pulling SIM for a minute then putting it back in has worked. If the problem comes back, I’ll reach out for help.

    @Rogers Infinite is pure garbage! I am so tired of my service constantly going down and I having to go get my modem replaced, or box replaced after I have tired countless resets. What am I paying these ridiculous prices for...WHAT???
