    @RogersHelps What about the ppl who had at least 7days of service being low quality/glitchy as of Thursday night? So they get 5day credit for 7 poor days of service? As my mom has been with you guys over 20yrs and is debating leaving as the credit feels very half hearted. Should she leave?
