    @RogersHelps @Rogers Yesterday marked TWO WEEKS of intermittent mostly out Internet, home phone and TV service. Lots of apologies and hours on hold listening to crap muzak. Called customer service and was disconnected. Yesterday's appointment was a phantom, didn't happen. Bell ?

    @RogersHelps I do, i find it sad that i got quicker response on twitter than i did through customer service. Your AI response is basically a firewall to discourage people from complaining

    Msged @RogersHelps online to make a move order for my wifi and they cut it off right away. I was like β€œwait it’s the middle of the work day, can you do it tomorrow?” They said yes and then proceeded to cancel my internet entirely instead of giving me my wifi back?

    @Rogers I've spent over 3 hours on phone since Saturday to schedule installation of my Roger's internet modem. It's been a horrible experience so far. I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond.

    @Rogers - we've been on hold for 2 hrs every day this week and instead of talking to someone, it hangs up on us. We've done this for the last 5 days. One of your wires is hanging on our property and we need help sorting this out. It is starting to become a hazard. Pls contact us

    @Rogers I gotta say, it's a BLAST trying to watch something on the pvr with a "connection issue" (AGAIN. BIG ******* shock) every two minutes AND the sound cutting out. Fire all of your useless employees and maybe hire people who know what they are doing? You are the most
