@Klopp_NormalOne @_marlanderthews @RogersHelps Crazy. Never occurred that it would have that much of an impact. I was able tobhave a normal day just paying with credit only. Hopefully this is a good reminder to have backup methods of payment ready in case this happens again.

@RogersHelps I'd like to know which Executive is getting fired for this? 1 outage a year of this magnitude is absolutely unacceptable. This is beyond your own customers this is critical infrastructure that went down and an epic failure.

Can @Bell please focus more on the people up north? I'm with them for phone service and it sucks. Please bring more up to the Northern part of the GTA. @Rogers goes down atleast once a month.

@RogersHelps happy Saturday. Great to have Rogers Ignite service back up and running in my area of Willowdale. All devices working properly except for Ignite TV. Experiencing excessive judder. Picture and sound freezing up constantly on all channels. Some channels not loading.

I feel bad for customer facing staff at @Rogers, @RogersHelps.. It's not their fault that their employer screwed up. But they all have to face the wrath of nasty customers. Folks, try to be kind to these workers, they had nothing to do with the Rogers failure yesterday.
