    ..this essential service. I have requested a call back from a manager. No call. I don't understand how big business can GET AWAY with this and not be held accountable. Customers obviously don't come first for @Rogers Profit over the welfare of Canadians during this time #evident

    @Rogers In a few years Starlink will hopefully be cheaper and even if I pay more for internet, I won’t care because you’re not a new company and you still produce abysmal results. It’s 8 pm.. the internet should never be out at 8pm. Never!!!

    @PierrePoilievre This merger will mean hundreds of more job losses in Western Canada ... There is a REASON I chose NOT to be a @Rogers customer and, if needed, will make the same choice again. #ShopWesternCanadian

    Just tried to buy IGNITE from @Rogers Gave up after a two hour ordeal w “support”. Then received a text saying they’d scheduled a tech. When I tried to cancel (because I never asked for one) they wanted to put me through another 2 hour ordeal. Gonna dump the whole thing.

    @RogersHelps so it turns out myRogers account can get blocked by their social media department. WTF this aint fair when you access the accounts properly. @rogers has terrible security precautions and wastes customer's time.

    @Bell_Support @bell_support I’ve never been so blatantly disregarded by support teams. 5 calls later and no one can provide me with a stable connection that lasts longer than 2hours - switching to @rogers
