@RogersHelps I already have. @RogersHelps @Rogers Bank is jamming me with this charge I didn't make. We both know the charge is fraudulent but #RogersBank is sticking to their script. Why would I stay with a CC that doesn't support or investigate fraud? Why would I trust them again?

@Tuckeryal @Rogers @Bell Naw the techs kept saying "this isn't our problem", created a ticket for higher tier support, and then Rogers kept marking it as "resolved" a week later without notifying me.

@Rogers I had a new hardware and was told by agent that connection fee is waived off. When I called in again next day was told there are no notes to reflect waiver. What should customer do better next time instead of relying on what agent is supposed to do ?

@RogersHelps Well it's something that #RogersBank supports. #Fraud dept agreed the charge is suspicious but stuck to their script. I'm going to pay this garbage charge and saying goodbye to @Rogers. NO ONE should be using this bank. Won't ever consider other @Rogers services because of this.

@RogersHelps fyi you just lost a 25 year customer due to the “inability” to add the infinite premium to an existing account. Your practices are false advertising and criminal at best. Shame on you and I’m switching to a different provider. @CRTContactUs
