Well @Rogers is officially the WORST customer service in the country! Just spent an hour and a half on hold only to be LIED TO by 4 DIFFERENT AGENTS about what department they are in! When I asked the 4th 1 to NOTE THAT IN THE ACCOUNT before transferring me YET AGAIN, he HUNG UP!

@RogersHelps hey there, I noticed my service went up $6 before taxes. Can I get a breakdown of what service improvement have been made for the price hike? The service has actually been slow the last two months.
