@RogersHelps @Rogers Hey Rogers, For a company that is worth $18.73B you guys sure cheaped out on cyber security. On Sunday, October 16th around 8 pm my phone was no longer in service. Yes, that would mean “SOS only” status.

@RogersHelps can you please get my Sportsnet Now Premium that I paid for over a week ago to work?? There’s no clear SN phone number to call for help. Live Chat just makes you wait forever (over an hour) until you give up. The people emailing me simply disappeared.

@RogersHelps Our mobile services are down too in Bradford. Mine, my wife’s (both on Rogers) and my mother in law’s (Fido). Drove to Newmarket and was able to get my phone working.
