@RogersHelps 11:45 I began trying to get home monitoring and to switch tv packages. After being on hold in between tansfered to the wrong dept 3 times still nothing is done. That's alot of help.

@RogersHelps Thank you Kathy! All I get is “we are still working on it, could take up to 24h to get fixed”. This is not reasonable, sorry. If it really takes more 24h, that will mean 54h of service disruption. I lost 2 meetings today. Had a bard time trying to work. And no Netflix this Friday

@RogersHelps please fix your infrastructure in my neighbourhood, my internets out 2x a day. I’m 15 mins from Downtown Toronto yet my internet connection is acting like I’m in the middle of the jungle in Congo.. Canada’s straight up enslaved in this highly inefficient oligopoly 😡
