    @RogersHelps @savemilkweed HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

    As is usually the case with @Rogers @RogersHelps, I was on the phone trying to get through to technical support for close to an hour and, while on hold, used their Online Chat and arranged in just a couple of minutes to get a service appointment all while still on hold. Their telephone help line is useless. Donโ€™t even bother. Use their online chat.

    @RogersHelps Your customer service is the worst of the worst. I was at a Roger's store yesterday and they helped me send an email to the complaints department. Said they would contact me in 24hrs. I was at the store yesterday morning and still no callback ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Their customer care lines are continuously busy. Nobody is responding on phone call or on chat. This is pure denial of service. Now as the communication network is up their customer care is facing as outage.

    @HeartPatient105 @Rogers @RogersHelps I had to dump their cell service because of a dropped 911 call near my cottage. That is unconscionable.
