@RogersHelps I’ve had continuos problems with wireless internet. Recently upgraded to Ignite 500. Problems actually worse. I’ve been on hold for hours and the calls keep getting discontinued. Please DM me as I need someone to call me. Thanks.

@Rogers my customer service experience. Call rogers 8:30am get through to agent 10am. Working on solution got disconnected at 11am. Called back on hold for 3 hours and counting its 2:24pm. Excellent as always!

@rogershelps I had some major connection issues at home. After some troubleshooting connecting my computer directly into the Rogers modem in Bridge mode, I found that your IPv6 is offline. IPv4 traffic is fine. I had to turn off IPv6 on my router to get back to browsing.

@Rogers After waiting for over an hour and reaching an agent “Kevin” who starts the process and gets my details, he tells me he’s having technical issues and he’ll have to transfer me to the onboarding team with another 45 mins wait time. This is utter nonsense.
