    @RogersHelps Holding an hour-and-a-half to talk to a real human! No internet today. No outages reported. Did all that’s suggested to troubleshoot the issue. What now!?

    @RogersHelps For the maximum amount of data on the plans that you had at any given time still only getting 11 gigs. Was it two gig data notification in 13 years I only approached two kids never mind 55 three times. And yet given this 10 gig nonsense that you offered me I run through that

    @RogersHelps now as of right now i am not paying unless my tv issues are fixed. Namely youtube jumping off for no reason. Number 2 my wife is not able to keep watching movies off her pvr without it shutting down half way through. This is poor customer service.

    @Canucks @Rogers Day one already on camera. Feels like the real work starts after the filming ends and the same problems are still sitting there waiting.

    @RogersHelps All devices. Not on the outage map, but down detector has lots of reports. It drops every few minutes. I've done all the trouble shooting, and the queue to talk to a rep is 86. Been happening since yesterday.

    @Berniceness @Rogers @Rogers won’t respond unless you cancel your services or owe them money. After almost 50 years as a loyal customer, I cancelled all my Roger’s services after they contracted out their customer service to people that are clueless and always give contradicting info
