@PaulaJR34 @AboutRogers @Rogers Agreed. They're just posting this for damage control. Everyone I know that uses thir services, is still almost entirely down. Debit machines are still unresponsive city wide as well; so in my opinion, Rogers is fully full of sh*t!

  • bpet71 Barbara (@bpet71) reported

@OGabernathy @RogersHelps @Rogers Not working for me either.

  • nannukuttyz Subir (@nannukuttyz) reported

My @Rogers internet is still out(2nd Day). There's no way of contacting them. I was on call with customer service and they said they'd call.. They did.. But then disconnected immediately. Chat isn't available, busy.. Cell network is sh*tty slow but showing "5G".... #Rogers Help?

  • TheKingK9K TheKingK (@TheKingK9K) reported

@RogersHelps Yesterday no internet signal Total blackout today signal with no service what should I do and when contacting and agent tells me no outage in my area and I'll be only credit for the no signal day so who's fault is this I can't open or browse anything

  • Debba1c Deborah (@Debba1c) reported

@misterdevans @TraceyKent @RogersHelps It’s probably not a strong enough signal for internet. I even unplugged the coax from the tv box and plugged it directly into the modem. Still not working. I can find my wiifi network but it has not internet. Ugh

  • RobGoodie Rob Goodfellow (@RobGoodie) reported

@rogers my tv service is sporadic at best since the entire day of outage yesterday…terrible customer service when you try to engage anyone with online chat…going back to Bell

  • alavender Anne Lavender (@alavender) reported

@RogersHelps Still no internet, and very limited Cable TV in the N2N postal code (Kitchener, ON). When do you estimate service will be restored?

  • keanosha OshaggyK (@keanosha) reported

@Rogers No service still, yet they claim the vast majority is back up. NO Customer Support, “we’re too busy to help, call back later”! Something needs to be done! Have the personnel in Accounts receivable to support, THEY always get their job done right. #toobigtocare

  • Robkilin Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported

@RogersHelps I was told to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! with what phone!!?? there were 2 employees there just watching TV. Why can't I just use your phone instead of telling me to go find a phone why are they there watching TV

  • alavender Anne Lavender (@alavender) reported
