    @Rogers I had an emergency alert test for pei come through on my phone this morning even though I have two nova scotia towers closer to me than the pei towers. What would cause this?

    @rogers #rogers #horriblecustomerservice Been cut off line while talking, and more... one person told me "we can't cancel without your permission" but I suppose they can keep taking money from my account without my permission even though they knew I had disconnected the modem..

    @Rogers rep lied to me about the plan I'd get in order to get my business back. Just got my bill... Was told I'd get unlimited NA calling and only got Canada wide. Can't believe I was stupid enough to give @Rogers a second chance. Learn from my mistake guys.

    @Rogers They have stated what they wanted to I don't see how they will resolve it they are trying to tell me to contact the CCTS when it's out of their mandate. I called CCTS and it's just terrible.

    @Rogers To contact when the issue is with rogers CCTS said it's out of the mandate and I would have to resolve it with the provider

    @Rogers in the past 2 weeks I've talked to many ppl from rogers, none had read notes on my file, had to explain over and over... I'm #cancelling my phone, and my wifi with @Rogers the experience was #terrible & I still wasn't able to get any refunds for the service I never used

    @Rogers I called Roger's Aug 21st 2021 to let them know I'd moved out of my unit on Aug 7th & no longer need the wifi service. They suggested I put it on hold so that I can transfer the service to my new apartment. I did. I put on hold for 2 month.
