    @Rogers calls me so often to sell cell service I don’t want that it’s making me reconsider the services I do have. You should be able to remove me from marketing calls (and your third party marketing calls too).

    @RogersHelps After a 2 hour wait I spoke to a Customer Care Agent in Cambridge. His name was Amrik and he was amazing. Knowledge and personal and engaging. Knows his stuff.

    @RogersHelps @PearlJamPat But this is what your hired staff do, I had one try to force himself into my house to try to convince me to buy your service. I was about to stab him before he walked away.

    @RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

    @Rogers extremely poor service. Internet down at 16 Cindy Ave Cambridge N3C3J2. Customer care is extremely unhelpful.

    @RogersHelps I appreciate you asking but I'm good on giving Rogers anymore of my time I was a good standing customer for 10 years and treated like trash, not wasting anymore on your company lol

    @Rogers I need help, I am still struggling to get full service in Mississauga, as soon as I drive off the 401 in meadowvale I lose service down to 1 bar and I have no way of calling someone or anything even when I am outside.
