Usually @RogersHelps phone CSA are quite helpful & I've been pleased with the service. Not this time. Apparently to get what I see clearly advertised on the Rogers website, I need to go to a store with a web screenshot. CSA can't do it and have conflicting information. Sigh.

@NHLTVSupport @RogersHelps Is there a plan to fix the @NHL Live Chromecast issues that everyone is experiencing? Every game freezes/buffers to the point of being unwatchable. I don’t experience this with any other app. Can’t justify spending money on this if it doesn’t work!

All i'm saying is, pausing my internet for no reason is kinda cringe, but then not resuming it on the date scheduled (Friday) cause "we don't feel like coming out to do it.", and now not showing up today either is very stupid, tf do I pay you for if you don't do your job @Rogers?

@tkreidl @Rogers Scariest was the fraud department not being able to pinpoint how this happened. Trust is gone so had to cancel everything. Cellphone is next, four lines to be cancelled.

I wonder how much @Rogers having a monopoly on the @WWENetwork in Canada has cost it. I would happily pay at least $20 a month for the proper American version. As opposed to ****, watered-down Canadians are forced to be stuck with thanks to @Rogers F the fans right?
