@RogersHelps sitting on a phone for 30 mins to more than an hour to speak to a human is ridiculous. After more than 9 hrs on the phone over 3 days and still problem not fixed!

After 3 hours of time spent, #Rogers was able to give a 30 year customer only $10 a month off over 4 services. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new service provider. @RogersHelps, can't justify this BS anymore.

@Bell_Aliant in the amount of time I've been waiting on hold for a supervisor I managed to get ahold of @Rogers , discuss my Tv and internet options and book an install. Awesome customer service guys.

I have had the worst treatment of ANY provider EVER. A rebate for poor services was offered pending a service call. Then the rebate was not honored. #goodbyeRogers @RogersHelps
