@AboutRogers @Rogers Thanks but no thanks, already switched my internet to bell. Cell phones still staying with rogers only because I learned not to put all eggs in 1 basket. But you will never get more than cell phone plans from me!

  • ta2eddork Diane (@ta2eddork) reported

These people who are screaming about @RogersHelps & @FidoSolutions "5 days credit is not good enough! wE dEsErVe AlL tHe MoNeY!" need to relax. Christ, your network was done for 15 hours, they did not throw you down a flight of stairs and eat your puppy. Take the credit & STFU

  • YaYaBoeufers Shelley LeBoeuf (@YaYaBoeufers) reported

@RogersHelps My home phone not working right...TV Picture freezing...not receiving channels...TV picture cutting out and looping...internet wonky...

  • tejasaivalli Tejas Aivalli 🇨🇦🇮🇳 (@tejasaivalli) reported

The CEO of @Rogers sent out an email apologizing for the outage last week. AT 11PM!!! What The ….??!! Who sends an email close to midnight, and that too about a national level outage?! #rogersoutage

  • Manibouy83 Mani (@Manibouy83) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Credit that you keep referring to, whether its 2 days or 5 days, i think most customers will be happy to give YOU the 10 bucks out of their own pockets! What kind of world are you living in? And $10 buys what exactly??? Terrible company showing its true colors...

  • Z3R0_B0N3S Z3R0 (@Z3R0_B0N3S) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps yeah it’s not reliable bc it’s not working AGAIN- my computer can’t connect

  • deltaxsingh delta (@deltaxsingh) reported

@JustinTrudeau @CRTCeng What happened with @Rogers is a disgrace. The Canadian Telecom industry needs competition to bring prices down and a public infrastructure so people don't die from 911 calls not being connected.

  • YaBoiParkour YaBoiParkour 🏳️‍🌈 (@YaBoiParkour) reported

@Rogers I have no clue if it was your router or your network dropping for a moment but I am getting really sick and tired of your network problems.

  • horseshoe7 Stephen O'Connor (@horseshoe7) reported

@RogersHelps North London is still unreliable since the great outage. Not to mention the outage itself preventing an entire day of work. 5 days of credit is a nice start, but not really adequate compensation.

  • BunBun295 Pynku (@BunBun295) reported

@RogersHelps internet down AGAIN. you'd think maintaining the baseline function of a service you provide would be a priority 🙄
