    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    Dealing with @ROGERS is definitely an exercise in frustration! For a company that relies on it's customers in order to survive, @ROGERS seems ok living on life support!
