@RogersHelps After being on hold for 54mins, speaking w someone who couldn't help & waiting on hold for another 10mins to be transferred, we were hung up on. All this to fix a billing issue that shouldn't have been our problem to fix. Plz have someone call us back who can help

I can sustain a solid download but your upload is abysmal? It was PERFECTLY fine for two hours this morning and now we're back to inconsistent + drops. @RogersHelps sent out a tech and it made the problems worse, and now they're waiting me out by saying its a router problem.
