@RogersHelps thanks for leaving me stranded for 45 minutes with no way to contact anyone for help. I'll accept an apology when it comes with a credit on my account to reimburse me for the month on the 2 phones I pay for. An entire day without service is highly unacceptable!

@RogersHelps Its not some, its nationwide service down from last night. I didn’t receive any email notice, update, explaination and ETA. Many things you can do! Many! Like send apologies email, realtime update exact progress and ETA. Doesn’t matter ETA will be delayed, but an attitude respect

@RogersHelps Switch to Huawei. Abandon rubbish-like Ericsson network devices and you will find problem resolved. This is not the first time Ericsson core net device having issues, multiple cases happened in Europe.

@Travisdhanraj 6:29 no service still. This is why @rogers must be broken up. Canadian telecom is a worldwide embarrassment. How many stories today started with "Rogers investigating AFTER customer complaints"? They 100% have 24/7 network monitoring. They should be made to answer for this
