@RogersHelps the hold times to get through to an agent over the phone are truly awful. Are you trying to get rid of customers? I will be cutting services with you just because I don’t want this hassle everytime there is an issue.

tried for days to get a person on the phone at @Rogers becuase to cancel service you *have* to to a person in a speical department you can't access with out calling supprt and stting on hold for 3 hours, answering security questions, reassuring them you are moving to a provice

I tried for days to get a person on the phone at @Rogers. to cancel my service. To cancel the service I *had* to talk a person in a special department I couldn't access without first calling general support and sitting on hold for 3 hours ( which i did 4 days in a row )

We signed up for regular services as per our conversation with the bulk team. We just found out that no one else in the building was told the same thing. No one has been double charged. We tried to resolve it. We were listened to by @RogersHelps customer care but…
