Sir you need to get an understanding of customer experience and start being more proactive. I guess having the luxury of being 1/3 major (only) cell players in canada helps.

It must be particularly frustrating to have to depend on a wireless provider like @Rogers, only to have it go down with no estimated time of fix. I can only hope that people aren't having warrants issued at because they expected to be able to call in to make their appearances.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Billions of dollars in profits by having some of the worlds most expensive cell services, there better be some compensation for today’s (maybe tomorrow’s) outage!!
