AP (@ap210) reported@Rogers two hours of waiting for online support. When I got to front of line, the chat was abruptly ended. Customer since 2000 and fed up. Last call I waited 2.5 hours on hold for an agent and he didn’t resolve problem even though he said he did. Please help or I’m done!
