@RogersHelps I need VOICEMAIL that works!!! I thought 72 hours was a ridiculous time frame, and now it’s just going to take some indeterminate length of time beyond that? If they can’t fix it, they need to cancel the whole deal, put my phone number back where it was, and be done with it.

@RogersHelps any information at all on why internet has been down all day in Guelph and when it’s going to be fixed? You will be including a credit on the next bill for this, of course. Not paying for services you don’t deliver.
