@Rogers why has my TV & Internet package been canceled for no reason? I did not request cancelation nor do I have money owing. Your support team told me 6 hours ago they would text me when fixed but nothing so far and your telephone support right now states 2.5 hr wait time..👀💀

@Rogers totally unsatisfactory service even , i can’t browse anything in search engine. Bad quality calling service. Rogers must work on it. When you go out of your fast speed data you cellphone become useless without internet.

Hey @RogersHelps Why do your reps suck at explaining my bill? Also, why do they cause problems on my bill that force me to call in and find out that they suck at explaining the problems on my bill that they created? You owe me $80 and two hours of my life back

@RogersHelps No need to bother, Rogers would rather value a new activation over a long time customer of over 16 years. It’s such a shame that new customers can get better plans than the loyal customers who have stayed for such a long time. It’s time to make the switch.
