@RogersHelps we just had our modem moved to the main level from the basement, since then, it sucks. Was never really that good before. For that price it should work.

@Rogers I don't have any residential services. I was calling about one of the several business circuits I have that has been affected all month due to a maintenance issue with no ETA. I need someone to call me that can deal with the SLA failure and the impact to my business.

@Rogers I have been a customer with Rogers for so long and this is the respect that I get? You guys are so quick to send a fkn bill but don’t want to give me the credit you offered me and on top of that have rude and condescending staff answer the phone call and disrespect me.

@Rogers I WAS SPEAKING WITH RACHEL she didn’t let me talk at all! She kept talking over me and cutting me off. She was so rude and condescending I have never felt so livid in my entire life. Is this how you treat your paying customers???????

@Rogers is literally so terrible that they would rather lose a customer than let them keep their monthly fee the same. They try and jack the price up every 12 months and now won’t honour your previous fees. Anyone know a good internet provider that is reasonably priced and

Pretty standard behaviour from @Rogers but I'm not surprised. Get forced over to #ignite due to a move, and so far we've had our service cut out over 120 times through a hub swap, a 5-day monitor (that wasn't started) AND multiple tech support calls. It's been 2 weeks.
