@SadiqSalah1 @RogersHelps Sadly on July 8 a friend found her husband dead in his bed,couldn’t call911. By luck a worker came by to check on planned work in their home, fortunately he had another service provider and called for help.EMS arrived & found my friend having a heart attack!!!

Switch from @Rogers to @Bell_Support and already regretting it 2 days without service great start by bell. Rogers was providing shity service but atleast there was service.

@RogersHelps your service has been bouncing up and down in Kanata for days. When is this going to be fixed? I'm literally trying to check out to move to a competitor because of how unreliable your service has become and the connection dropped AGAIN!

@RogersHelps what is going on with ignite internet?? Been sporadic all day so far internet/no internet almost missed a delivery because the landline doesn't work for intercom/buzzer ROGERS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

@Rogers So far worst customer service. I disconnected Rogers home internet in June and I was told by Rogers agent via chat that I will be receiving refund pro rated as per my usage. Surprised that I am still being charged every month
