@RogersHelps got to love a communication company who can’t even communicate with its customers why they have had no cell service for 3 hours. I’m sure they will keep taking our money though. Just acknowledge there is an issue and inform your customers of a path forward!

Spent an hour trying to figure out why my wife's new phone was not working. Turns out that there is a giant @rogers outage. It would've saved me some time if they had actually CARED to communicate this. But @RogersHelps doesn't seem to be in the mood for helping. #CustomerService

@RogersHelps I have no service since around midnight, I can’t make phone calls or whatsoever. Is there a service outage going on around Oakville area? I went to the virtual chat for outages, put my postal code and it says my wireless is fine and normal, but it’s not.
