@cc_pover @Apple I wouldn’t trust companies like @Xplornet or @BellAlliant or @Rogers etc. because I don’t wanna have to pay the extra charges 💰 for my iPhone 📱 @Xplornet1 but I would wait until I get my own 5G Service and keep getting new updates for my iPhone 📱 and I keep using @Twitter

@Rogers My internet is down again this morning. It was down the day before the outage and it’s been extremely slow most of the time since it came back on after the nation-wide outage. A week’s refund would be a nice apology. #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps Things happen but this looks like same problem twice so no excuse this time. Must have been a way to verify to upgrade before going live? Partial implementation would seem wise.

@shurmanator As a residential customer I agree that $5 or $10 credit is pointless. But as you know, there are real financial losses for retail etc., and the @Rogers Cover-your-***, limited liability clause seems tight.

@RogersHelps I know Rogers is telling people they will be giving everyone a refund for the outage time… but current download speeds are under 15 mbps. That is not the service that I am paying for, so I don’t believe the problem has really been resolved.
