@Rogers Trying to set up my new iPhone you promised would be easy. Nope! I waiting over 2 hrs on the phone only to be told they can’t take my call try again later and hung up! Another hour later on someone else’s phone I finally got someone to help. I’m ready to cancel my phone.

@RogersHelps @Victorie0000 What does it say that people need to reach out here! BTW time to stop asking customer to give 5 stars on every call and maybe pay attention to the Voice of Your Customer!

Hi @Rogers I’ve been having some issues with your co & would like to get them resolved with an actual human being in management. What # can I contact that I can speak to in person. I don’t want to talk to AI. I want to speak to a real human. Loyal customers for over 30 yrs!

@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.

@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.

@40PlusImmigrant @Rogers I've always known these guys were the enemy which is why I cancelled my service after they bought Shaw.

@EddieSheerr @DaveJSullivan @Rogers K. Didn’t know that 👍. Be nice to get away from cell thing but cost with Starlink might be an issue.

@RogersHelps No—my call got disconnected after waiting 1h48m. I need technical help that self-serve tools can’t fix. I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?

@RogersHelps Why would I give Rogers another chance? You didn't have any interest when I was a customer so why would I even remotely entertain coming back to you now?

@RogersHelps is there an outage in the Maple/vaughan area?
