@RogersHelps @Rogers Imagine for a moment humans live in Mars, and suddenly Rogers is down, for a day, just like yesterday. First 2 hours all our oxigen machines are down, first 4 hours we all start to feel heated and suffocated. Earth has not realized anything but just noticed we are too quiet.

@RogersHelps “Progress” okay. I wonder how many customer you’ll lose. Second major outage in two years. And how many millions the company will lose from refunds and retention resolutions.

@Rogers Although my internet service is up, there are still routing issues. I can't reach services on the Cogeco network, on the Hostgator network and parts of the Microsoft network, just to name a few. A complete blunder on Rogers' part.

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers Oh, there is a push for CRTC inquiry on the 911 issue, as they would have broken a condition of license (or whatever it’s called for telecom). That part is likely a breach of the Telcom Act.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers outage reminded me that you are a "TV cable provider" (i.e. entertainment purpose only) at root and your communications & transparency yesterday demonstrated that you are still not mature to be a critical infrastructure provider. Root cause analysis report is due next, ok?
