@RogersHelps 100 bucks a month to for a cellphone, the damn phone should work every day with no problems. With the rates we pay in Canada there should be contingency plan after contingency plan in place for this..

@Rogers Some clarity and transparency as to why it's been 18 hours without any service for millions of customers. There must be some major infrastructure issue or cyber attack and or hacked. At this point I've lost all trust in Rogers. I'll be leaving after some sort compensation
