    Hey @RogersHelps - we gave up after being on hold for over 1.5 hrs on your BUSINESS accounts. Also NO DATES available for online appts in January. We are a 20+ yr legacy account. This never seems to get any better. Anybody suggest alternatives. #fail #rogers #CanadaIsBroken

    @RogersHelps Why is this your pinned tweet? Even when confirmed with a rogers help agent that there is an outage in my area (EVERY DAY SINCE WEDNESDAY!) this link doesn't show anything.

    @Bell_Support So I have now been without internet since Jan 1st. 3 full days now. Talk to odynet in London ont for the ticket numbers opened. It is just some copper line Please fix this. I thought @Rogers was bad

    @RogersHelps hi i am new in Canada and just experienced one of the worst service from a telco operator. I have been waiting for more than 3hours to cancel my TV subscription from my package. 3 Hours for nothing I hang up the line,insane! Help!

    Internet still down almost 6 hours and no idea on restoration time or what is wrong besides outage. Chat I was on hold for 3 hours and no one ever came to the chat tried on here waited and no response till way after I left. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps my home internet is not working I have tried to connect via chat 5 times and keep getting disconnected I had a technician at my house yesterday and replaced the modem I need help pls

    @GeorgeGhalayeni @RogersHelps You may need to follow up with their support directly. First time this happened to me I ended up having to call in and got bounced around until I ended up speaking to their return department directly.

    @RogersHelps An hour+ later, yes. After being transferred multiple times I might add. Was looking to cancel a wireless SIM card order that wasn’t received.
