    @Bell_Support So 2 full weeks without internet and tv. Five service calls. Escalated 4 times. It takes 2 weeks to fix some wires? Been told 24-48 hrs 4 times. Also told 2 weeks is normal to restore service.Ridiculous! @RogersHelps how quickly can you install internet and cable?

    So when @Rogers suspends a line we owe them $50 bucks, but when it was down all day … we only got like … $6? Need some equity there.

    Can @Rogers pls switch texting back to the sms network & off the chat/data trainwreck. Everytime I'm out of area or their internet goes down I have to manually switch to sms to send/ receive messages. Sometimes they don't come thru for hours. Just so they can bump data usage.

    Second @Rogers outage today within a month in my neighborhood. This is only getting more irresponsible since the major outage.
