Still spotty after 3 days. Does @Rogers think this is acceptable? Never signing again with them, customer of over 10 years.

  • Michael_Brent55 Michael Brent (@Michael_Brent55) reported

@KellyPickard3 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers That’s terrible. It sounds like it could be that way no matter what company one was with.

  • cardamomaddict Jasmine Mangalaseril (@cardamomaddict) reported

@viktor_haag @RogersHelps Am curious if the CEO, CTO etc get paid less than a Starbucks coffee a day. Because clearly they think that compensation is appropriate for their clients as well as businesses reliant on Interac, and people unable to buy groceries (or dinner) because ATMs went down.

  • CrushbbMullins Mullins (@CrushbbMullins) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Prior to the outage, our internet connection would go down 1-2 times per day. Our TV would freeze multiple times per day. I’m guessing living in a rural area of Mississauga we have to expect this. I’m the fool, paying for this shoddy service. I call, nothing changes.

  • JohnWindisman JW (@JohnWindisman) reported

@RogersHelps My Mom who is 89 years old have no phone service. She lives alone. Your reply is so lame. Put on the big boy or girl pants and do something. Excalate to CEO if u have the courage.

  • DanSimon_13 Dan Simon 🇨🇦 💾🥅🚛 (@DanSimon_13) reported

.@RogersHelps Still having issues with Ignite TV freezing, screen going black and losing audio. Don't tell me it's fixed or reply with your "form letter drivel". Fix the problem back to 100% 🤬

@PnPCBC The "vast majority" still no service and it will not be ready on Monday either, malfunction for 4 days for maintenance is a lie. @Rogers come clean and say what really happened. #internetdown #vastmajoritylie #rogersoutage

  • CrossTheReavers CrossTheReavers (@CrossTheReavers) reported

@RogersHelps I'm not getting intermittent service, I'm getting NO service at all. Wrapping up day 3 like this at L6A. When will I be part of the 'vast majority'? Need help, Rogers.

  • JohnWindisman JW (@JohnWindisman) reported

@RogersHelps You think that is helpful? My 89 year old Mom has no phone service and she cannot make or recieve calls. She lives alone. Time to put on the adult pants and escalate the issue to the CEO. 8f u have the courage.
