@RogersHelps In Burnaby and data isn't working. Had to use wifi to go online. Is there an outage affecting BC mobile customers?

@rogershelps No internet again. Your DM leads to basic bot whose information takes one round in circles, waiting for “Live Agent” ever since. It would be respectful for @Rogers to admit there’s a service outage rather than this tedious dance-yet again, while the problem is fixed.

@RogersHelps Are you kidding me? I know more than your internet phone techs. I test everything before I even call your support. They send me a text so they can see video of the modem lights. I know which lights should be on.

@RogersHelps I was on a call & told i was being transferred to Retentions. There was 10 mins of hold music that cut out, I heard a voice whispering to themselves for a minute, they didnt hear me and now i'm sitting in dead silence for the last 8mins. Am I still on hold or not?

Hey, @rogers, I just looked at my 87-year-old dad's Rogers bill. You sold him a 32 gb iPhone 7 for $485 in March of this year. This is pretty much elder abuse, in my view. Phone is worth $200 tops. And he can't even see the tiny 4.7 inch display. Will u fix it? #elderabuse
