@Rogers This question has been asked of myself several times and I think it is a fair one. How could you send #Tweets on @Twitter on 07/08/2022? Data was not working for Rogers customers. I think this deserves an answer, please, and not a routine canned reply. #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps When will it be fixed? You want to earn the trust of Canadian's, then fix the issue. Forget the credit - we want service that is uninterrupted. I have ignite TV and the cable freezes up, goes silent and jumps STILL - 5 days in.

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Your **** service cost my wife and I over 600$ in lost wages. How in the hell do you think 2 days credit will mean jack ****.

@RogersHelps I find it inexcusable that you designed your network to allow a single failure to take out both cell service and internet service. Like designing a building with the feature when the elevators are out of service the stairs become unusable.

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I'm still waiting for all of my tv channels to turn up and not drop out? How much compensation do I get? Also, if I spend 3 hours on hold waiting for tech support (???) can they fix my problem?

@RogersHelps ALL Canadians were impacted by your outage, not just your customers. It harmed everyone who couldn’t pay for groceries using debit, who couldn’t send or receive money via e-transfer, etc. Listen to us as well.

@RogersHelps Your going to refund 5 days service! So on an average of 70 dollar monthly bill your crediting account automatically $11.66. Which is nice but what you really need to do is pay your workers more so that they can make better decisions when updating your network. More fail safes!
