Never have I felt more helpless and defeated then when dealing with @RogersBiz agents. All I wanted was a new phone... But their obsession with saving (see: costing) me more money has left me questioning my will to live.

@RogersHelps Internet has been down all morning in my neighbourhood. When I called I was told a ticket had been opened. I have work to do and children missing school. Please provide an ETA on services being restored in North Oshawa.

@RogersHelps internet outage for the Nth time in the last two days. Outage from 4pm today. Seriously!! WFH not possible. Switching to a different provider.
