Thanks to @RogersHelps massive service failure, my university child was unable to submit course selections for the Fall term. The students with Bell internet service filled the classes up.

@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport is full of more excuses than Rogers. Not worth the switch. I bet @Rogers has some better deals going right now after they lost a third of their customers so maybe it's time to switch back. Rogers - would you make me wait more than 2 weeks to fix my phone?

@RogersHelps My wife is one the phone complaining and the call was dropped, and as the national outage my modem is flashing orange which means NO SERVICE……again

@RogersHelps Maybe I'm just too dumb to understand... but can someone from @Rogers explain how it's possible that Cable TV & Internet are STILL down 6 HOURS *AFTER* power is restored? As stated by other Mississauga clients, 2nd time this WEEK PLUS the massive outage 3 Fridays ago?
