  • ZifToledo Francisco Toledo (@ZifToledo) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers The service still horrible, it cuts every minute. When are you going to solve completely the outage.

Woke up to service not sure how I feel rn still a bit distraught. @Rogers played with ALL of us.

  • sammysunshine Sabrina Harnish (@sammysunshine) reported

Do you suppose that @Rogers will automatically credit all of their customers? Or will it be one of those things where the customers have to stand on their heads and spit wooden nickels and their account will be grudgingly credited, eventually? #outage

@Rogers postal code M6N in Toronto, still no landline internet!!! Over 30 hours!!! At my pay rate, that's over $1000. I hope that retroactive credit talked about, is a credit for an entire month of service, or more, if not, I think the permanent switch to Bell will be made

  • RobertGaragan Robert Garagan (@RobertGaragan) reported

@RogersHelps Define vast majority. Here in Komoka we got service back at 5:30; lost it again at 06:10. Been out since then.

  • ThisIsKyleRamey Kyle Ramey (@ThisIsKyleRamey) reported

@INTERAC sort your **** out. It's an absolute embarrassment to have our national debit service fail due to @Rogers' incompetence. It's 2022 - there's no excuse for not having network redundancy.

  • ReviewsBreak ReviewsBreak (@ReviewsBreak) reported

@Rogers Internet outage forced families to talk with each other, children were playing outside and people actually read books! @RogersHelps.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I lost my whole day of work because of you guys and also same for my housemate. You can calculate how much it will cost us. We want fully 2 month free service. Don’t do a bulls**t of giving only $5 credits on account. You owe us more than that.

@reading5050 @birgitomo @Rogers If anybody had died, Rogers would be in one hell of a lot of trouble
