@Rogers majour fail today. I spent 4 and a half hours on the phone trying to add an internet connection to my 89 year old parents who are in a seniors home in a pandemic only to be told everyone is going home, call back tomorrow. The height of lousy service. Wasted time

@RogersHelps Thanks but we called retention and they sent us to tech and they did w.e and then said they'll need to send someone out but can't until Friday. The previous guy fixed the last guys mistake. And now our line is down again, they believe it's the physical cable got cut again.

so @Rogers is making me RISK MY SAFTEY in a ******* PANDEMIC to go to the store and FIX their mistake.. ******** are trying to charge me for 4 airpods when i bought 2 half the stuff i was promised would be taken off a, im being charged for !!! WHat a SCAM!
