    The @Rogers Ignite Promise: where they talk down to you & treat you like you have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve been asking for 27 days to replace the modem. For 27 days Rogers has told me I was wrong. Guess what. We got a new modem & the internet is working again.

    @RogersHelps since apparently thats the twitter account for support. I waited 30mins for chat support and was "disconnected". Absolutely horrible service.

    Why I will never be a @Rogers customer. Called to cancel my deceased aunts account and they are still expecting us to pay a balance for a service that has not been used.

    Hey. Just thought you'd like to know that @RogersHelps @RogersBiz does NOT require their technicians, ie those that are coming in our homes, TO BE VACCINATED. So, I need service but cannot get it because they can't guarantee that their technicians are vaccinated. DO BETTER.

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the reply. Never got through on the phone. Got chat live help after 55 minutes and they successfully resolved the issue. I'm grateful for that. But waiting an hour to connect to a chat is, to be honest, not good enough. Not when I see my monthly bill.

    @RogersHelps I have 2 sim cards. I can't find one right now. Is the one that I'm not using automatically erased or unaccessible? They are both for my same phone number. One was old so I bought a new one at a Rogers store hoping it would fix problems I was having.
