@RogersHelps Its been a disaster dealing with you guys over the past 2 weeks. Agent offered a deal and connected me to something else, plan changed twice in between! The agent Im talking to now is not even interested in keeping a customer- good bye!

As a single parent my plan was to use the gift card to help out for Christmas. Now I won't hear from anyone for 4-6 weeks and another 4-8 weeks to receive it. @Rogers not good enough. #ShouldHaveStayedWithBell
