    @RogersHelps It’s not intermittent... it’s been off for close to 7 hrs! What if there was an emergency 911? So bad. Also why didn’t you notify us ...there’s been no communication! Are you notifying us when it’s up and running again?

    @RogersHelps purchased two 40$ extra data!!!!! Shouldn’t even be applied to next months bill. Shouldn’t even be slowing any internet down at all!!!

    @rapsdiehard @RogersHelps If you pay $75 a month, your compensation will be $75/30=$2.50 for one day outage. If your earnings depend that much on a cellphone, you have failed to build redundancy into your business.
