SHAUN T. CARSON (@SLINGN_THE_COUV) reportedI trust there was some exec support @Rogers to NOT take away from the public/customers today 👏. The execs that benefited 💰 & bonus, PROVE how backward the model is; Shareholder wealth being the priority NOT service delivery. @BCAA is the opposite and THE service delivery model that prioritizes service over profitability. Membership based/owned. SAD SAD DAY. #bluejays next?

Hafeez Noorani (@feezy_does_it) reported@RogersHelps I'm now on hold on chat for 2 hrs to get a SIM card activated. It's a biz account. I don't have the old sim and the self service won't work without the old sim. This after 3 to 4 calls just to get a phone shipped to our new hire.

Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reportedI didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.

GrandmaSavage (@h81418541) reported@Rogers Refrain from Hiring Customer Service employees who can't speak Proper English to us. Incoherent Un-Intelligible .. Call from a young man I could barely understand. He didn't know his job and what the supposed offer was either. He called his supervisor who let the call Drop. before explaining Do better!!! You haven't learned a thing. CSR's MUST SPEAK AND BE UNDERSTOOD IN ENGLISH.

Clement W (@TheClementW) reported@RogersHelps Hi, all recordings made today have issues with the audio, as well as the fast forward feature and other functions. It’s pretty much unwatchable, and leads to an error message eventually. Very disappointing. Is there a way to salvage the recordings?

Cadence Grace (@cadencegrace) reported@RogersHelps You can start by firing Keona- this is the second time I’ve dealt with her and she is the direct reason I will be going elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, wastes your time and makes your business feel unwelcome and unneeded.
