    @JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

    @RogersHelps Just recieved a call from Rogers regarding my formal complaint with CCTS in which they offered a vague apology and did not fix the charge against my credit. Filed another complaint with TransUnion

    @RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

    @RogersHelps Trying to reach the technical team for over 2 hours. No luck so far! Worst service that one can experience!

    @RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?

    @Rogers you're customer service is the absolute worst in Canada. Looping AI bots that you can't even contact a person. Some issues can't be resolved by your AI Bots. and it's offensive to treat customers like that.

    @georganneb @Rogers These ******* decided I didn't return rental equipment - kept charging my account but never billed - then hit my credit rating before I realized it - thing is I didn't have rental equipment - absolute ******** company
