    @RogersHelps @ryanlindley @ryanlindley I suggest you never call on a Sunday (but if you must it’s best to btw 12-4 ). Also, if it’s a one off tech issue with your account that isn’t resolved on the call the rep should be able to provide you with a case #, and get ID# for the call for easy follow up.

    @EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace How about Rogers actually opens up the plaza for away games too? Toronto does it in Jurassic park! It’s so stupid we don’t have that option instead of going in the arena and buy $100 beers

    @meidasrosie @Rogers I have been having ongoing internet and cable issues for a year and a half. I work from home. Trying to get it fixed is a nightmare. They finally gave me a 4k pvr because none of the ones sent to me worked. We are on a bulk condo package. I got dinged $20 for the box.
