@RogersHelps I refer you to my original post Eric. I simply want to talk to a customer service agent who has some idea of how things work and some internal gravitas to fix customer issues. As a customer of over 10 years this is but a small ask.

@Rogers @RogersHelps is the biggest rip off in Canadian history! Literally spent 2hrs on the phone waiting for an available service rep. to only suddenly be told "high call volume, call back later" I WAS IN LINE!!! Waiting for my turn. Cancelling is now my next move.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Two agents One hour fifty minutes No resolution -> and I need to call back?? Because the agent said they cannot call us back. ALL in an effort to help YOU keep my mom as a customer.. The definition of irony #rogers

@RogersHelps So no then? Abysmal customer service.

@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.

@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.

@RogersHelps I called over 100 times, and We're busier than usual. The chat support is just as useless. How am I supposed to understand my bill or get help without speaking to an agent? @RogersHelps @Rogers This is unacceptable, unbelievable, unreasonable, and worse than every other provider.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Paging Eric, paging Eric. I gave you my email address so you can connect directly with the customer in question (i.e., my sister). Waiting for a reply, Eric ..... no, I won't go away until I hear from you. 🙄

@SturdyHugh @RogersHelps Spot on Hugh A communications company that makes it so frustrating to actually communicate with them. Frustrate the customer so much they just give up trying.
