    @RogersHelps @Rogers you need to do better. Customer service hung up on me first, then transferred to wrong people who have to re-transfer me. Such a waste of time for a simple task. Wrong transfers are the norm.

    @RogersHelps Still no service in Hamilton east mountain! Pathetic and no meaningful compensation from the last outage. I’m switching and I encourage everyone to as well.

    After @Rogers convinced me they'd improve their service, I visited one of their stores to upgrade my phone. After waiting 45 minutes, the only staff member working was unable to complete the process due to tech difficulties. I left.

    @ChiefSanity @RogersHelps Its def ISP related, my pc has been fully optimized by a reputable company that does many popular streamers. Also my friend in my complex 9 doors down experiences the same issue when in game with the same ISP, meanwhile our other friends dont.

    Shout out to @rogers for being out yet again. Outage start last night at 11pm and well it is 18 hours later and here we are still down. You would think after the last one they would throw the kitchen sink at this issue and fix it. #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps I purchased a phone instore and was sent a email copy of the warranty with all my personal information including phone model, HOWEVER they listed they wrong number . now rogers won't honor my warranty, ive called customer care , and they had said there is no warranty

    @Rogers someone want to explain to me why two months AFTER the massive outage I have yet to see that credit your CEO promised? Tired of the repeated emails claiming how much is being done for customers while still waiting for a credit!
