    So we finally figured out what happened with my internet. 4 years ago there was a car accident that damaged the rogers box in my area. They did a poor job repairing it. 4 years of plenty of calls, arguments, techs coming out and they didn't look until now. @Rogers

    @Rogers My mom (a senior) went to a Rogers store to purchase a new phone with my brother’s help—both from the same household. Associates said only one of them could be in the store at a time. My mom isn’t comfortable making a purchase without his assistance. Any advice?

    @Rogers Did not bother to inform home internet users that there would be home internet outage since 3 pm EST yesterday in Scarborough. Trying to reach out to helpline to know update and wait time is more than an hour with no call back option. This is not a good example @Rogers
