Due to unfair billing practices I will be switching away from @AboutRogers and @Rogers wireless effective immediately. It’s a shame that you have chosen to annoy a long time customer like me. Enough is enough with your lousy customer service and overcharging!

@AboutRogers @Rogers Mr. Tony Staffieri, internet has been out today, and yesterday and the day before. Totally unreliable! "Nodes down" as described by your customer service managers. Will it take 3 years to get a reliable network? Might be ok and expected for a $10 a month service but not $100+++

@jiangu @atoonk @Rogers In the grand scheme of things, no. Especially if you are critical infrastructure. Ending up on the front page of every newspaper, reputational damage, and spending the next two years getting a ****** exam by every regulator, and a flogging from every legislator - very expensive
