@RogersHelps @RogersHelps seems, like your definition of quick is incorrect. I haven't had service all day, how is a company such as Rogers this susceptible to an outage, when they are quoted as being the mightiest in Canada?

@WanderingBigfo1 @RogersHelps @Rogers Almost certainly an infrastructure change-- could be hardware or software / both . These changes always scheduled Sunday Night / Monday AM Very bad environmental testing pre-installation. They are busy backing the unsuccessful change out ... which is often really hard to do
