    @RogersHelps call forwarding not working. Turned it on from device as well as *21*number#. Both way and still not working. Chat representative can't help because of increasing fraud cases. Please help

    After spending an hour yesterday explaining their job to them to adjust my bill, today @RogersHelps sucks the bag by having my Ignite TV go down at 4 pm just as the @TorontoFC game starts - and nothing but dead air as I try to call in for help. You truly, truly suck Rogers.

    @Rogers Can anyone help me please I got a scam call they said they were with Rogers and I got plan from them. I have reported the account as fraud since the scammers tried to charge my credit card a $1000 but rogers did nothing. Two days ago rogers cut my phone said I owe $1500.

    @RogersHelps April 1/22: No internet southwest Brampton ON. Please advise status. Also, not helpful messaging to go online for info/help or download apps if we don't have internet!
