Hey @RogersHelps - I've tried calling you folks 10 times with four phones in the past two days and each time your initial IVR request for phone # entry is not understood by your system. You may be having an issue. I've used a hard land line, an VOIP and two cell phones.

Love when companies like @Rogers has sales teams that lie about their products, does not give credits for non service like their team had promised and have customer support that can't do their jobs properly.

Visiting family in rural-ish Ontario, doing the usual computer/tech stuff to help them out. Rogers bought out the local cable internet provider. My god are folks getting rinsed here. 50/5 for $100+ per month? Shame on you, @Rogers.

@Rogers I have had internet issues this whole week. This is ridiculous. I have work and I have to spend so long talking to reps only to find out that there are problems in the area every single day.

Seriously @Rogers 45 minutes to get support, one chat, two specialists, and still cannot work with anyone to assist? Send me to another support specialist…? So far your “plan solution” saves me 43 cents per month.
