@RogersHelps Hi, check your DM and confirm that you’ve received my message. I cannot report the outage on MyRogers without dealing with your automated assistant Anna. There is a 2 hr wait time to speak to a rep on the phone. What is ETR? How are you not providing updates on twitter?

@RogersHelps @PeterTrajdos Nepean badly affected, too. We know you are working hard against very significant damage, but can you provide a timeframe for when, say, customers in Nepean will start seeing service? Right now, having to use precious cell data which will result in considerable data charges.

@wrestlingescape @RogersHelps I cannot report the outage on MyRogers w/o dealing w/ your automated assistant Anna. Should be easier to report an outage on an app. I’m on the phone on hold, there is a 2 hour wait time. Many of us WFH & require reliable service. What is the ETA? Check dm for acct #
