For once, I just wish that @Rogers would properly maintain their network like they were told to by the #CRTC almost a full year ago now. Then customers like me wouldn't get ripped off because they're not getting what they pay for! #RogersSUCKS

Thanks @Rogers... Your network is so congested and overrun that it simply CANNOT handle delivering me the speed I pay for, but yet I still have to pay for it. What a rip off! #CRTC

@Rogers customer support nightmare. 5-hour phone wait to cancel the service at the end of January because we are moving. My account is paid in full but they canceled my service immediately. Now I'm in without service until I can speak to billing which is not open. Ugh.
