    @RogersHelps All customers should be receiving credit for the time they lost using your stupid service. We should all pack it up and switch over to another provider. Then let’s see what you do.

    @RogersHelps At least take responsibility that it is not "Some" wireless customers and not "intermittent service". Totally useless at taking responsibility. Of course no different than the leaders at the top and other companies. Canadians will take it no matter what.

    @RogersHelps This is 2021!! No excuse for this, I am a first responder and this outage has become a huge safety issue. This outage has been happening since 8pm Sunday night!! Not just a few hours and not just intermittently. 911 services rely on your network!!

    @RogersHelps How long before service is restored, this is rediculous? You need to offer some credit or additional data for lost service.
