    @RSWalrond @RogersHelps Damn that's brutal. I was using rogers at my family's place and had solid speeds so this is a shocker. I prefer Teksavvy over all but unfortunately they're not in my area.

  • KebabsRLyf Kebabs (@KebabsRLyf) reported

    @RogersHelps hi! tryna compare Rogers internet vs Bell but website doesn't disclose speeds. My address is brand new so I can't search for it on your site to get the packages. I'm looking for your fastest dl+upload speed to compare against Bell Fibe 1.5 offered at 89/month, help?

  • treena8799 girlnamedbean (@treena8799) reported

    @Rogers Will people that were unable to work due to YOUR PROBLEM receive a larger compensation? A day of lost wages bc of some problem with YOUR service is not equal to a pro-rated credit. SMH

  • DoraGamz Dora Gamz (@DoraGamz) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Would be nice if Rogers would use someone who can properly put sentences together. All 3 tweets with grammatical errors! Disgraceful for one of the No.1 telecommunications companies.

  • leafsin2030 Blue is the Colour (@leafsin2030) reported

    @BKerdman Had a lengthy DM chat with @Rogers that evening about compensation. They insisted that as much as they wanted to help they could not. I responded that i was very disappointed and if they really wanted to help they would. A token $30-40 would have been nice but they don't care.

    @Rogers I’m disgusted by you Rogers. I’m insulted in this credit. 21 year customer lost

  • _JonChu_ Jon (@_JonChu_) reported

    @RogersHelps A credit on 1 days worth of service does not equate to the loss revenue due to the outtage. Not acceptable

  • cjdalziel Cheryl (@cjdalziel) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps you promised a deduction on my phone bill for an entire day without service. My bill today that covers April 19 outage is higher than ever. 15 yrs as a loyal customer just might end.

  • RealMobinKhan Mobin Khan (@RealMobinKhan) reported

    @Rogers So many people were depending on your service. Many lost their jobs and earnings that single day. Surprised that an organization like Rogers didn't have a proper backup plan for this kind of situation ? What's next we're for anyways ?

    @howardnlis @Rogers @natale_joe Terrible.
