@RogersHelps I've been a subscriber to NHL for many years. Currently I have an LG TV with WebOs, as well as a Roku stick, neither of which support the Sportsnet app. Basically a useless service now.

  • TonyCash85 Tony Cash (@TonyCash85) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been cutting out regularly since yesterday morning. The internet and TV have been cutting out constantly over the last two months. You have the most unreliable service in our country.

  • ShamanaDreams The Techy Tantrika (@ShamanaDreams) reported

If you’re still with @Rogers,check your bill! Our package=5 flex channels, the website is letting us only pick 4 & it literally says 4/4 for flex channels. Bunch of our shows didn’t record. The @RogerHelps staff harassed the other person in my household& won’t fix it #rogersoutage

  • WeirderIsGood WeirderIsGood 🇺🇸 (@WeirderIsGood) reported

@Tboneator64 @Rogers @BlueJays Sucks! In NYC we don’t have signal issues but the Yankees organization decided to take 40 of their games and put them on all different streaming services so unless we paid for THOSE and the Yankees YES network, we missed 40 games.

  • akay30 @($(-)@Y (@akay30) reported

@RogersHelps I already did DM’ed, people@in customer care don’t pick call when they do they love playing to transfer call from one department to other and eventually disconnect without giving call back.
