@Rogers I like using Rogers Services. Have been a long time customer. Yet my fees go up due to expiring promotions, requiring me to call annually at minimum. Then I have to concede with less services to keep my bill lower. Paying $30/mo more with less services. Why? Not Happy...

@Rogers home monitoring sucks. No integration into other smart service products like Google, and a 2 year contract on equipment charges for subpar products. Weak.

@Rogers Worst reception... worst company overall for customer service.... U have made the LIST! Two decades strong of burning & gouging customers... remember Cantel .... can’t hear... can’t talk.... if it was free service I wouldn’t even take it... Too bad SHAW is invested

@JohnPaulDanko @RogersHelps We’ve had so many issues! Recently upgraded and this is the first one. Just spoke to them and it sounds like there was an outage yesterday and a signal issue today that will be fixed in 24/48 hours. Ours is back right now and hoping it stays. I had to use my data for a mtg today

I’ve been a Rogers customer for years. You would Think that they would want to keep customers happy Today I find out I’ve been paying $35 more a mth for family plan offered @ lower price for over a year. Shame on you @Rogers now looking for new provider. Suggestions anyone?
