    @boejurt @RogersHelps Exactly what happened to me, my acc got hacked for two month I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply until i got in contact with @champtechs who got me back in immediately Dm him he should help with yours too

    so @rogers told me i was getting a loyal customer discount but rlly tricked me into my contract for another 2 years 🙃🥲

    @BrianLumsden1 @RogersHelps Roger's, please note that I have received multiple messages of those experiencing similar issues. The main account holder is invalid, assigns a "key" to each account on wireless. Home computer does not let you make any changes e.g. signatures. Doesn't show all emails.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I live chat and am put on hold for 1 hour due to horrible internet issues x 1 week. No update on wait times, get disconnected due to.poor internet. Now told I'm.priority and next tech will be right with me. Hour 2 is clocking in. #worstCustomerServiceEver

    @RogersHelps “A breeze” - Rogers. 2 tickets have had to be opened, both with 24-48 hour turnaround times. Stupid.
