@RogersBiz I’ve been on hold, waiting to speak to an agent for 55+!minutes (and counting). this will be the 7th agent I have spoken/transferred to. spoke to 1st agent almost 2 hours ago. Any help would be more than appreciated. 🆘

  • samirabasir Samira (@samirabasir) reported

Spent 2 hours on hold with @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, which is a good chunk of my Saturday evening. Beyond disappointed by the lack of service provided. I understand agents are busy.... but to be told all I can do is wait and then be disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous.

@FidoSolutions That does seem a bit unfortunate consider self-service is not even a possibility. Fido should re-examine this fee's application and only apply it to transaction that are self-serviceable. @RogersHelps @Rogers

@Rogers I figured out your scam. You provide free Tablets but assign a phone number to it. When you switch carriers you maintain the line and charge it to the secondary Tablet line. It's even in the contract that if you switch... that's terrible how you do this to your customers.
