    Anybody experiencing problems with #visualvoicemail for iPhone with @Rogers ? I have an open ticket I have been told that #Rogers is aware of the situation and that I am not the only one. It has been a while and NO solution. How good is #voicemail when the message doesn’t show?

    @RogersHelps Sent a DM. Apparently a lot of people in the area are also having issues as well with slow speeds and outages. Is Rogers working on this??

    @RogersHelps why do i have to wait for 2-3 every time i call customer service no matter whats the issue? Plus they keep tossing customers from dept to dept. You dont need any experts to solve this problem and it can be solved with very simple solutions. Waiting for 138 mins now

    @RogersHelps I am having trouble getting nhl live to play games, just black screen on computers and won't load on xbox. I've tried other computer, webbrowser, cleared cache and other settings. It works fine on fire stick and roku

    @Rogers Was put on hold from a live agent never came back almost 3 hours on the phone being charged for ignite tv which I don’t have!!!! Horrible company!

    @RogersHelps it is really appalling how disorganized your client service is. I have been trying to upgrade my services for two weeks, called in 5 separate times, have waited on hold for 40+ mins plus several times. Poor way to treat a client of 25+ yrs. My next call is to Bell.
