    When you try to be handy and accidentally cut the cable and take out your @Rogers internet! Definitely human error. Thankfully, there is a technician in the area, and service should be restored around 4PM. 🤯😳🤯

    What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

    @RogersHelps Billed 12$ and tax for using data in VT for 3 minutes to submit CanApp data. Disappointed Rogers choses to profit off a Gov't requirement to re-enter the country. Been w/ Rogers for 6 years w/ auto-payments. You just motivated a customer to leave. 🕐

    @rogers Ignite tv unwatchable yet again. Problem started Sunday pm and is black screen Monday am. Bell has finished installing Fibe in my neighborhood. Time for a switch?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers been trying to get my mom's services switched from TO to her new condo in Whitby. Was told she can't keep her 416 # she's had for 50 yrs & gave her a new #, but new # is long distance from Whitby to Whitby. Spent an hour on the phone & agents can't offer fix
