@RogersHelps I am rogers internet customer at L5R0G9. At the end of Jan, I had an internet outage and was because one of the Rogers technician disconnected my services. The same thing happened with me yesterday evening. I am out of internet and there is no help from Rogers.

@RogersHelps So I’m on the phone with your customer service, and they’re telling me that in order to get the offer I want, I have to physically go into a Rogers store. Our province is in lockdown due to Covid so this seems insane to me. Can you please help?

WORST SERVICE EVER @TekSavvyCSR we have had no internet for a week. @RogersHelps is being totally uncooperative and we’re stuck in the middle between “We’ve told Rogers” and “You need to check with Teksavvy”
