Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?

Jess Gibbons (@JG_GizmoJones) reported@Rogers is by FAR, the worst company to deal with Canada in terms of Customer Service. I am on DAY FOUR of trying to get in contact with someone there with zero luck including waiting on hold for 1.5 hours yesterday. SMH
