@strubee @RogersHelps TY @strubee we’re also experiencing the same thing; freezing, audio cuts out, tv goes blank, random connection messages, then tv goes blank for 20-30 seconds then back to the program 🙄 and recording tv show issues as well.

  • qazi_zaighum Qazi Z H Qureshi (@qazi_zaighum) reported

@Rogers What about @VirginPlus @Bell_Support #hotspot data usage charges during #rogersoutage and fiber cable damage in Brampton repair status?

  • DeadmanWalks53 This Doug Stands with Ukraine 🇺🇦 (@DeadmanWalks53) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps It’s been 5 days now and still my Ignite TV is freezing up during higher use times. Your CEO lied about the cause. I don’t want a 5 day rebate. All users should get a monthly discount of 25% until your service meets the contracted terms.

  • fivefortheDr DavisDrive Newmarket (@fivefortheDr) reported

So @RogersHelps is gonna give around $20 credit but if you call to cancel your service they will give you $50 to stay . So it costs you $30 to be a nice person .

  • JoshuaNLemon Joshua N Leamon (@JoshuaNLemon) reported

Everyone's riding @Rogers for the breakdown on Saturday, why isn't anyone talking about @INTERAC 's decision for exclusivity with Rogers with ZERO network redundancy. SMH

  • kevinwpg Kevin (@kevinwpg) reported

@RogersHelps Yay so my bill consists of $45 device payment and the other $55 is service ... Even though my device costs "$22 a month" according to when I first signed up. So is it based on my full bill or the service I pay after being lied to about paying $22 a month for a phone?

  • Nacho__Bizniz Nacho_Bizniz (@Nacho__Bizniz) reported

@fionaross15 @birgitomo @Rogers It's not just 'who' runs these communications systems, it's how many there are available to choose from. If one goes down, we should have a service in the home from another provider. eg: Internet with Bell; phone with Telus. You can still communicate if one goes down.

  • AngelicaTabina2 😇 AngelJagTab (@AngelicaTabina2) reported

@RogersHelps Is it normal that I only see one or two bars and not full bars for my service?

  • darcy_mcmaster theshortdude (@darcy_mcmaster) reported

@LeezerShort @Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps Can soundly say the "fix" was not deployed here either

  • Jessica83086523 JessicaC (@Jessica83086523) reported

Still without internet @RogersHelps, have sunk a good 5 hours into customer service/tech support with no hope in sight
