    @RogersHelps Well I had no interest all day yesterday. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I've had internet issues since APRIL and have had 3 techs investigate without a fix. I WFH so I need reliable internet (which is why I chose Rogers). Today my internet failed entirely, and I'm having to hotspot. Closest tech visit is Monday. unacceptable.

    @Rogers what are you doing about the scam calls I’m getting daily of people pretending to be Roger’s. I get one EVERYDAY. Each time I ask to be removed from their list. I know it’s not you guys, but you’re getting the bad rap.

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬

    @Rogers this is unacceptable. For months we’ve tried to fix my elderly parents’ bill after forcing them to upgrade their TV pkg. Now it’s doubled, you force us online to dispute charges when they have no internet, and you’re kicking me off the phone for “high volume.” #caregiving
