Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • E_R0z1E E_Rozie (@E_R0z1E) reported

@orangefuzzz @OriginalGoove @Rogers The service agreement sections that covers outages is null and void by the CEO publicly taking responsibility for it and acknowledging it was their fault

  • lncogNeuro ✨🌙♀ (@lncogNeuro) reported

I still have no internet, no emails , no calls - I can’t work or even print 🖨 things I need for important meetings this week . 😭😭😭 @Rogers I might I loose my house, income, and health benefits over this …and y’all have no explanation? & I can’t even cancel my service now ?

  • kggunash KG Master (@kggunash) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Internet still down. Three days. Postal code M6N Toronto. Fully operational?

  • orangefuzzz orangeFUZZZ / Ricky B (@orangefuzzz) reported

@E_R0z1E @OriginalGoove @Rogers That's not going to happen. Rogers' terms & conditions outline the policy for outages. Rogers is therefore protected. No judge would ever greenlight crediting a full month of service for a missed day. It would set a precedent that would snowball into something insane.

@GetBAC There is going to be some major finger pointing @rogers Mon 9am. Testing in Production is never good.

  • Chris52673452 Chris (@Chris52673452) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers My elderly mother still has no internet connection in Markham area code L3P. Totally unacceptable. She is medically disabled and we need the internet to support her condition. She has been a customer for over 30 years! Truly shameful and disgusting.

@RogersHelps We are located in St. John's, NL and are still without internet, TV and phone. Any idea how much longer before the service is restored here? Sent a DM.
