@REWoman @One_Percent1 @Rogers Left #Rogers after their big internet outage last year. I am getting much better and more reliable internet service at Bell. The only regret is I should have done it sooner.

@REWoman @Rogers 20 years of being a loyal sucker. No such things as loyalty with being Corps if ur a customer or employee. Keep switching between competitors for lowest rates or higher wage if your n employee. Cancel Rogers you will get call from retentions tmrw with lower rate.

@RogersHelps We have called and spoken with techs multiple times....same answer and same suggestions every time - not sure what another DM will do but what needs to happen is better equipment - ever since we signed up for Ignite we've had this problem

@REWoman @Rogers Their Customer Service sucks. They send you from one disfunctional Department to another, not to mention their outages, so I dumped Rogers long ago. Haven’t regretted it!

@spiffyagain @REWoman @Rogers I used to do Rogers customer service in college. They outsource it to a third party. I also did Bell customer service there. When I'd get a call it would tell me if it was a Bell or Rogers customer and I'd give the spiel accordingly. Same exact customer service reps.
