@RogersHelps I’ve spoken to Rogers Tech twice…we will be down until 430pm..I will be refusing to pay my bill and I better not be disconnected. From the time this original outage had gone down our services have been constantly going in and out…everybody needs to be compensated huge

@Rogers please explain to me how I have roaming charges on days that you had your little incident and I had no way to contact anyone? Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

@RogersHelps Internet connection cycling every 20 minutes here in Guelph. Randomly dropping over the last week. Ping spiking to over 600ms at times. Tired paying for poor service. Looking at Bell. Anything going to get better?

In this whole ordeal they even had me have to “go into the store” so they could “see” the offer. Not so easy for me at times as mobility is an issue. @bellcanadahater and Shaw care more getting our business than @Rogers @RogersHelps does.

@snowmanonfire @Rogers I switched to bell on my cell phone like a year ago and I hit dead zones 50% of the time. With rogers I had zero dead zones. I am really not a fan of rogers but their service is way better.
