Pathetic service of @airtelindia for International roaming .I recharged for 3 months pack around 10 days back but still they have not activated it. I have long chat in DM's of standard responses but no resolution Unable to receive & make calls 😡 FYI @Rogers

@RogersHelps worst company ever.... internet never works, reps just put you on hold and hope you'll hang up. 3 day wait to have someone come look to fix the issue and no emergency crews or ownership of terrible products/service. crooks

@RogersHelps So called preauthorized plan gives to Rogers ability to withdraw money from client account without client contest or charge validation from his side. In any case of disagreement customer may face uncontrolled actions from Rogers. That is something what people would better avoid.
