@Rogers is the worst company in the world I paid them $700 yesterday and they’re calling me begging me for more money from a bill through a pandemic for one month that I was over charge for in the middle of nowhere for ****** Internet while I was dealing with a death of my best

. @RogersHelps I have no phone, internet or cable service and am being told no one can help until Sunday ?? This needs to be taken care of sooner

  • oceanfrees sandy (@oceanfrees) reported

@yurkshirelad @RogersHelps if you have a CODA 4582 modem, they had disabled OFDMA for 1 month. It was causing constant disconnects. They enabled it again today, so it's probably not coincidence. The Rogers techs know nothing about it. Go to the Rogers Community Support Forum on the Rogers website for info

@RogersHelps @chrisheffler Perhaps they had tuned into an American channel and this still happens. Perhaps a good idea for Rogers to look into this, as it is Rogers that changes the American signal to a Canadian one. It's annoying and I do know what Chris is talking about.

  • bedrockbabe2009 Mary T (@bedrockbabe2009) reported

Thank you @Rogers and @RogersHelps for the all day (now estimated to continue into the evening) outage at the office with no explanation, compensation or apologies. This isn't the first time and, most likely, not the last.

  • FahadSalim Fahad Khan (@FahadSalim) reported

@Rogers more than 2.5 hours on online chat yet no agent was available to help.

  • Ray0Scythe Scythe_镰月刃 (@Ray0Scythe) reported

@Rogers Your pro on the go service promised to deliver my device in two days, however, on the day of delivery, the Enjoy Pro went silent for the whole day and sends me an email claiming they are not able to reach me. Not only I was not able to get my device, I was also falsely accused.
