    @RogersHelps It was cancelled oct 12. My numbers were ported to bell then every month after i kept being charged for 2 lines.I called in November to cancel the account. They never did as well left the lines going and kept charging me. Go into account you can see the lines have never been used

    @RogersHelps Itโ€™s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time

    @VirginPlus why is it that you can't / won't provide your internet service customers with a public ipv4 yet @Rogers offer this as standard???

    @RogersHelps after updating my plan my phone seems to only work on wifi. I've been on hold for so long I drained the battery of one phone, lost the connection and have had to call back and another (and lose my place in "line"). Please help!

    @RogersHelps My Rogers bill is around $1000 a month. I went to a Rogers store with a hardware issue, they told me I have to call on the phone. I have been on hold for 90 minutes now on the phone with Rogers, still holding. Is this the best you can do?

    @nuttyskadork @RogersHelps I had Shaw but I finally dumped them after they increased my internet-only service from $55/month to $128/month over about 8 years, for essentially the same service.
