    @RogersHelps Thanks for being not helpful at all. Been trying to reach your customer service for 2 weeks yet always been told to wait. Shouldn't be that hard to talk to a real person!

    @RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.

    @RogersHelps @SuckMySocks12 This is a nationwide issue. I couldn’t watch the World Cup and all my other recordings the sound was going in and out. Terrible service

    @Stevest48366771 @REWoman @Rogers Both Rogers and Bell is down for me now. At least at bell I got a customer service representative trying to fix it. 2 hours on hold with Rogers for an automated voice to tell me to call back later.
