@peternowak Hahahahaha the "Gigabit" internet in Toronto by @Rogers is soooooooo slow so much of the time I have to either switch to mobile data or use my neighbours @Bell internet (with permission of course, and it is not much better most of the time). Oh CanadIAN BROADBAND

@Rogers 2 days over 2 hours on the phone. Both times the line was “cut” nobody called back. My problem not resolved. Unacceptable customer service. 18 year loyal client

@joe_warmington @Wilnerness590 @Rogers It's terrible. He broke into the industry when we had two iconic voices in Tom and Jerry. Very tough. But he hung in and found his own unique voice. It's very cold and heartless a move.

It's why I ported numbers over to @TELUS. The economics of business show it is cheaper/better to maintain an existing customer than a new one, despite what new activation fees would have you believe. All @Rogers has done is lose out on an on-time paying loyal customer of 17 years
