@GregEll03955411 @RogersHelps Surprisingly I only had to wait 15 minutes to talk to an agent. All they say is that the Ignite Tv issue is a known issue they are working on and they don’t have an ETA. My worry is they know there’s an issue but they don’t know WHAT it is and HOW to fix it

@markblei @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully ROGERS should have set up a fail over connection. Don't blame the consumer, they are paying for a service, it's the providers responsibility to provide what is promised "Canada's most reliable connection"

@RogersHelps I am waiting since last 2 days to know the rejected reason, if you have capability to find from @Likewize kindly provide to me. Otherwise please ask them without providing any reason to the customer why they are rejecting? Thanks for your help
