Rogers Internet (cable) has been out across a large swath of Ontario for over an hour and @RogersHelps is just replying to individual tweets asking people to DM them? Why not just acknowledge there’s an issue and say you’re working on it?

@RogersHelps I would have loved to but without internet access and lte also not working, I have just got back on. Another 2 hours of no service and missed work. Unacceptable.

Anyone else having issues with @Rogers and/or their sub-brands (#chatr, #Lucky) wireless services? Data isn't working on a handful of phones UNLESS the phone is in a call. This isn't happening on just one device, which leads me to believe a network issue.
