Gonmun/Bluesky bound (@therealgonmun) reported@Rogers I mistakenly paid to an old account instead of my new one. Now when I'm trying to get the payment transferred I'm being told I can only get a refund. AND your customer service rep is trying to sell me something after not being able to help. And when I call I get dc'd

Atomic Sh0cKer (@AtomicSh0cker) reported@MeasureMyHole No big loss really. @Bell and @Rogers has **** service across Manitoba!
-
Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reported@RogersHelps 2/2. When my phone is searching a network, it should find Fido, period, for LTE or 5G. No network as shown in the picture. Every day. Almost all day.

Jess Gibbons (@JG_GizmoJones) reported@RogersHelps I am trying to change/add a new service to my bundle. It shouldn’t be totally impossible for me to speak to someone to get this done. I have tried multiple times a day for four days. When I clicked that I wanted a new service, I immediately got someone who said he couldn’t help

𝓩𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓫 (@mindofzaii) reportedLeave it to @Rogers to have the absolute worst internet service and then have the audacity to have even crappier customer service…2 days now with no internet connection and no one can give me a straight answer after being on hold for 2+ hours today

Kevin G (@snakepliskin02) reported@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers What about my Roger’s (Shaw) home cable service?
-
Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps @jame69956 If you’re saddened, do something about it. I don’t know…maybe answer our calls for starters? I’ve never had 24/7 tech support ask me to “just call back later”

Chris Knight (@ChrisKnightfilm) reportedSame. Opened a chat window. 50th in the queue. Took an hour to get to No. 4. Then the window said "Your chat session has ended." @Rogers @RogersHelps (Rogers doesn't help)
-
Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yes!! Complaining will not do anything, you have to cancel the service. The only way to get them to listen is to take their money away. That is your only leverage. #cancelsportsnet

Dogfish Enterprises (@dogfishent) reported@RogersHelps I get that. My frustration has been that I was told someone would contact me and NO ONE has. I can easily give up the new phone. that is not an issue. I gave the CSR what the competition was willing to do and was told I would be reached out to. nothing.
