    @Shawhelp Also @RogersHelps shaw said they will pay for my cell phone bill because of the slow internet because of the damaged cable

  • KoniHowie Howard Konikoff (@KoniHowie) reported

    2 - @Rogers you still charge the same for Nextbox that are refurbished & break all the time. @Rogers you're aware the economy is bad on Canadians, you act like it's 4 years ago. How about Seniors discounts? New Nextbox for certain customers instead of Refurbs? Good idea huh?

  • garrettmayne garrett mayne (@garrettmayne) reported

    @RogersHelps I was considering Sportsnet Now at the $179.99 advertised, but it wants to charge me $199 even when I follow my promo invite link. This doesn't bode well for the service.

  • KoniHowie Howard Konikoff (@KoniHowie) reported

    1 -@Rogers You're discontinuing Nextbox. Only refurbs that constantly break are available. So much for watching Blue Jays. So will you replace my good working tube TV in my bedroom in order to get Ignite? I like Nextbox. Even your techies say your refurbs are garbage.

  • Bgk1703 Brian G (@Bgk1703) reported

    @Sportsnet @RogersHelps @NHL Can someone help me watch the Leafs? I live in Ottawa region and should be able to watch all the regional leafs games using Sportsnet now premium. Was I misled that Premium would work the same as NHL live?

  • OlMrB 💬 OlMrB ™️ (@OlMrB) reported

    @RogersHelps it would be absolutely incredible if you could provide 100% data coverage between collingwood to Toronto. Or better yet all of southern Ontario. So many dead zones!!! Such incomplete service!

    @BlueJays @Sportsnet @Rogers Please come through and don’t let us down🙏🏾

  • OlMrB 💬 OlMrB ™️ (@OlMrB) reported

    @RogersHelps I should be compensated for all the times I don’t get service When I’m actually in an area where u service map suggests you provide service!

  • bloodbeard87 Scooter (@bloodbeard87) reported

    Where I live the whole row of houses haven’t had internet or tv in almost a month I’ve called @RogersBiz multiple times and they finally sent a technician out. That person identified the problem but forgot to put a work order in. Called again for the 4th time today
