@RogersHelps, you can’t call your data plans “Unlimited”, when you throttle the speeds for the unlimited part to point you can’t load anything. The more time I spend loading, the more battery I use. Which means, you are devaluing my device, while I’m paying you. **** that noise!

@rogershelps @rogersoutages more periodic drops again today. I just don’t understand. You’ve had plenty of time since your canda wide debacle to be more stable. I’ve been a customer for many years but I think it is time to say goodbye.

@RogersHelps Rogers internet not working on my phone here Vic Park/Ellesmere area..Rogers changed our building over to Ignite yesterday. I have also changed over to Ignite 2 a week ago

@RogersHelps My internet connection keeps on getting interrupted. Our modem keeps rebooting usually 10-20 times a day. We also got a new modem last friday and the same problem still exists. This is literally unacceptable

@Rogers Rogers call centre simply transfers you to another rep until 2 hours pass and no solution is available #quitrogers
