Jaskaran Singh (@jzsingh91) reported@Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing β every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?

Zara Smiles (@ZaraL) reported@Rogers so actually got to speak to someone at Rogers. There is an issue with phones being able to connect to the extended networks. A team has been working on this for a while and it could take up to a month to fix. Absolutely unacceptable #DoBetter

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. π (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.
