    Wanna know what’s more awesome than navigating a stay-at-home order because your province is on fire and the people in charge don’t care? Not having cell service and being unable to text or call my family. That’s what. Thanks @Rogers @RogersHelps (what a joke.)

    Sending some love to the customer service peeps @Rogers and @Fidomobile along with everyone trying to repair things. It sucks to have to deal with so many angry people at once especially during a pandemic. Be kind.

    @RogersHelps Crazy 17 hours later - no explanation nor any eta on resolution. Even a broad range would help me know when to pivot to another solution - we are remote so rely entirely on Rogers wireless services, we run a business out of our home. 4 students, 2 execs wfh - all down!
