    @globalnews Rogers are jerks. Tried to cancel cell account, got left on hold for 45 minutes then call would be dropped. Took me 4 hours to finally cancel it. @rogers stinks!

    @Rogers I've DM'd you before and the bot sucks. It's a 45 min to 1.25 hr wait for a GD call back from a technician who'll tell me to unplug my modem. Well, it feels like it's unplugged multiple times a day. So no, I won't DM you. #mediocre #whereisverizon
