    @RogersHelps @Rogers So what internet at home is not affected. My hubby needs his data to stay in contact with me because of me being disabled. So I can not reach him if I need to. Disgusting it has been out this long with no understanding why!!!! Tell us why it is broken.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for keeping us in the loop and hope things get fixed soon. Disappointing that certain people tweet at you when your service is down for less than a day but likely wouldn’t voice genuine appreciation when things are going well 99% of the time.

    You know what @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps I get it, **** breaks and we shouldn't take things for granted but it wouldn't be as bad if we weren't getting charged out the ******* every month. I hope some sort of bill credit is due. Yes I know one day of outages is hardly any money.
