@cablecableinc @rogers what is going on with service in the Kawarthas tonight?! Let's see how fast I can change ISP after tonight! Because 3.5 hours and counting to stream a 90 minute movie is not worth what I'm paying you.

@RogersHelps Man, I don't care. This is just another glaring example of how Rogers doesn't do what it says. Just like you aren't Canada's most reliable network, nowhere in any of the letters or press releases did the CEO say NEXT bill. "Proactively credit", doesn't mean in two months

@RogersHelps I have been meaning to mention this for some time now. The 4K sound experience and quality of audio on Stingray Now4K and Stingray Festival 4K on Rogers Ignite service is severely degraded from what used to be available on these Stingray channels on Rogers Digital

@TELUS understands CX! 🚀@CodezillaKids is a new biz customer. Rhea helped on Friday nite of a long weekend! 🙌 Flip side: used @RogersBiz for 3 years prior to COVID. No specs on site, 5 poorly trained CSRs & 1 bad in-store experience 😐 #canada #telco #smallbusinessowner
