.@RogersHelps -- I have a billing issue that I don't understand. We had a Save and Return, and it was returned early (about 2 week). Plan was adjusted to reflect this return. However bill jumped by $70 (it's a $50 plan). Can you go over bill and explain like I'm a toddler?

Very disappointed with @Rogers ! The internet/tv service has been intermittent for over 2 weeks now. Numerous calls, messages, emails and tech service to the home. Any suggestions for an affordable and reliable internet service provider in Cambridge, Ontario?

@RogersHelps OK, I found the error. They charged us $75 for a Preferred Program Enrollment fee. Two problems, we already paid for this 2 years ago when we got the phone, and two, when I returned the phone they never told me I was going to be charged for this PPE again.

@RogersHelps Modem was replaced on Friday. Within a couple hours service was off. We have had NO service more than we have had service. Technician cut the cable to the neighbours home as it was being shared with ours without our knowledge. Neighbour is also upset about this.

@RogersHelps wow I’m very disappointed that as an existing customer I’m paying more for my phone lines than new activations. And I can’t even connect to support to try to change my plan to lower my bill. Seriously considering changing all my services over to bell or Telus
