@RogersHelps Yesterday the whole day the internet was not working and I was working from home. Do not trust Rogers anymore. The 2nd time happened. Need to change to another provider.

.@RogersHelps we have been trying to get tv set up for my grandmother-in-law. We have been on hold, cut off, and transferred over 8 times since Monday. The tv is essential for a senior with dementia. Your moving concierge is a horrible experience and far from ‘easy’.

@RogersHelps I’m still on hold which is ruining my day. What can you do? I’d like reliable service. When there’s an issue I’d like a proactive notification. I’m not looking for a cheap rate but rather a dedicated service that works 99.99% of the time.

@RogersHelps 1/4 I'm saving over $2500 over the next two years for triple the internet speed and a thrown in home phone that I'll never use. You can't match it.. at least invest in the infrastructure when you're charging that much. I was forced to switch to ignite from a grandfathered plan.

@joshsflickr @RogersHelps Rogers gave me incorrect bills that were very high, services were terrible, had to switch to bell due to absolutely no customer service to resolve billing errors, my mother had exactly same experience, we a bell customers now and have much faster services for less
