@RogersHelps After almost 30 years as a Rogers customer, I will be moving on to any option that treats its customer better than you. All over an Ignite box that I returned 2 months ago through @CanadaPosthelps that THEY lost but Rogers is charging me $109.99.

@RogersHelps Ok, so you have no news on 5G, but how about some support for areas just outside of St. John’s. I am told that we should be able to jump on Bell or Telus towers, but that doesn’t happen

@Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers

@RogersHelps is there an outage in Hamilton? Ignite tv doesn’t appear to be loading. Internet is fine. As is home phone.
