@Rogers oh no I won't be wasting my time on the phone with rogers, I already have my recorded phone call informing rogers don't renew and cancel the service once the contract expires and I'll be going elsewhere so as far as I'm concerned it's been cancelled and rogers has been informed

So @RogersHelps tells me work is being done in my area and service is to be restored tomorrow MORNING. ongoing issues since 2pm, yet I pay $130 for this service? And no compensation? Switching to @Bell

Multi-hour Internet outage in our region still ongoing. ticket already opened with @RogersHelps but lack of any meaningful updates makes it even worse :-( will definitely start looking for alternatives.

@Rogers please explain how when service was cancelled, equipment was returned and received the next day, a credit bill was issued the following month, then you lost the equipment, charged me for unretuned equipment, found the equipment when I questioned it and now can't provide

@BrianSYYZ did you get help @RogersHelps. Intermittent drops in ignite service since yesterday in Stouffville. Keep being told it’s ok. Not ok !!!!!!
