    @RogersHelps Prior to & since outage the service has proven unreliable & losing hours, days of access because clearly a business decision was made with Ignite to hamstring 3rd party gear. Before Ignite the service was reliable. Forums, threads show this.

    Oh FHS @RogersHelps Your internet service is down AGAIN (Barrhaven). Your online help session keeps timing out so I can't get any service. It's been 3 days of intermittent outages!

    @RogersHelps I have now been on hold over two days for almost 120 minutes. Today alone 60 and still no live agent!!!! Are there only 2 live agents? This is horrible and I have such a simple question to ask. I don't want to use your automated bot either!!! Help please.

    Has anyone received their @Rogers credit for the outage? I know I sure haven't. Or if it was that strange notification about am extra 5GB of data for the month, I never get through that. Totally useless.

    Continued ... @Rogers @RogersHelps on top of this 2 service technicians were supposed to bring new cable boxes they did not, they were supposed to bring an internet modem they did not. Do you hire people whose only skill is fogging up mirrors? I am now waiting on hold with your

    Worse customer experience ever in any capacity after being at @Rogers , I'm still in shock we were treating with absolutely no sense of customer service. And when confronted about it, there was no desire on their end to rectify it.
