@RogersHelps Had an Ignite internet move scheduled for yesterday 6-8pm, no one showed, chatted with support for an hour giving details only to find out they can't do anything, have to call, called the number he gave me and after wasting another 30min found out the number was for

@RogersHelps Aug 2 8-10am, which is the monday of a long weekend, I WON'T BE HOME!!! No one called even though I was assured that they always call back. Then I have to call, got hung up on, have to call back, only to find out there's nothing more they can do. So I spoke with 8 service reps

@RogersHelps in total, wasted 3 hours to find out that I will have to call back again to schedule another appointment. I still have no internet and probably won't until some time next week. Do you realize that it's a pandemic and WFH REQUITES INTERNET??? ROGERS SUCKS BIG TIME.
