@RogersHelps How is it that one single channel (CTV on 12) is completely unwatchable, but the rest are fine? The game is jerky and slow, but commercials are fine. Been like this for three weeks.

Missed a goal because my @RogersHelps cable keeps freezing. Not to mention my internet has been trash and lagging the few times I do try and play video games. I had my issues with bell but it was never as bad as ignite has been the last month

@tinman_scott @Rogers Very true. Which is so backwards. As a new customer I can much great deal elsewhere, it’s like loyalty and being a long time customer means nothing anymore

@RogersHelps waited two hours on live chat while being transferred twice and your business expert didn’t properly send the verification link and all I could do was close the chat and waste my time, super frustrated with your service.

I absolutely dislike dealing with cellphone companies. @rogers is the worst ever. No loyalty, for being with them for 15 years years. If you have a option to go else, please go. Horrible service, don’t do it!! #worstsericeever
