    Anyone else's Internet been down for over an hour now? I'm with @Rogers in Mississauga. This kinda sucks that I haven't been able to access my wifi for this long with no explanation.

    @Rogers Decided to switch to Rogers Ignite. Received 2 TV boxes and a modem. Turned out 1 TV box was delivered in error and not set up for immediate use. Called in Friday morning. Still waiting for the fix.

    @RogersHelps my wifi has been down for over 2 hours, agent said there was an outage in my area (Etobicoke) but I don’t see any notice of that online. Is there an outage here? Thanks

    Canceled Rogers , returned all the equipment and got a bill for next month, called support and they said “just ignore it”, in 2021, you can’t toggle a switch to update my balance? If I make a payment it’s reflected in a day. What if I accidentally paid it? @RogersHelps @CRTCeng

    @RogersHelps Sorry for late reply. We ended up getting Bell Fibre, as we couldn't handle the daily outages. Technical couldn't find issues, but my neighbours were all having issues. Bell Fibre only became available last week, so here we are. How do I return modem?
