@Akramalboji @Rogers It’s not just you. I had a panic attack, and while I was on hold for support, I had the bright idea to check my boyfriends phone, that also wasn’t working. Rogers clarified it’s an outage! Rest easy!

@TennisCanada @Rogers More covered courts don't matter... I have some.. the government doesn't let you open.. the young healthy athlete is deemed too high risk for covid. We need a full change in government mentality and society to promote MORE physically activity and exercise and not close us down

@RogersHelps Just want to tell you guys that the customer service experience on both Live chat and Twitter has been worlds better than the phone support I've received over the last 2 decades (phone support has improved as well but I haven't had to deal with retention so well see)

  • misskadventures Karmen (@misskadventures) reported

@RogersHelps, remind me again why I pay so much for your services when I never actually get to use them because you have some sort of outage... again. 😡

  • manan1207 Manan (@manan1207) reported

@RogersHelps no Rogers doesnt. It has been a week of trying to connect Internet and no one can figure it out. Spent over 8 hours on phone with people who are as clueless as me and with no solution in sight. I have had bad experiences but talk about customer service nightmares!!!

  • CGhould Cghoruilsd (@CGhould) reported

@Rogers 4 days straight now.. I can’t send text or use any data… I have LTE service… wtf is going on..? I don’t pay outrageous prices to have data speeds from the 90’s

  • eb_elmarie Elmarie (@eb_elmarie) reported

@RogersHelps, it’s been 5 hours and 30 minutes today and the internet is still not working. 3 days in a row. Several over the last couple of weeks. Sounds like time for a new provider doesn’t it??? Your customer service keep saying 24 hours. Super frustrated!
