    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.

    @Rogers just severely nerfed its rewards program. If you were a loyal customer and accumulated $1,500 in rewards, they are now worth $1,000. This must be some kind of a record. Is @Rogers going to make it right with its most loyal customers?

    @RogersHelps my daughter’s phone was stolen. I bought the premium device protection plan. I keep getting sent to Chatbots that don’t work, phone lines that keep hanging up on me, or partner websites likewize that don’t actually work. How on earth can I get a human being to help?
