    @RogersHelps we've had an internet outage in ottawa for a while now. Just called and waited over an hour so that I can get hung up on. No agent is answering my live chat. Completely unacceptable, internet outages are understood but the support has just been awful.Can anyone help?

    @RogersHelps My mom is in Bowmanville in a seniors building at 108 Liberty north and the building's rogers is down. Any estimate on when that will be running?
