@RogersHelps Its not some, its nationwide service down from last night. I didn’t receive any email notice, update, explaination and ETA. Many things you can do! Many! Like send apologies email, realtime update exact progress and ETA. Doesn’t matter ETA will be delayed, but an attitude respect

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps just an apology is not acceptable. U must compensate all who are effected because of your network failure for so many hours. They could not go online to earn money. Many people like me depends on network to earn with food services like skip the dishes and Uber eats.

@RogersHelps @Rogers my phones been stuck "not on mobile network" for almost 12hrs. This isn't okay, I need my service that I pay for. I expect a #credit for #rogersdown/outage ALL DAY LONG. my 74yr old demented mum is without phone service & out of region. Not OK
