@RexChapman @rgeccless lol I am usually the old guy on these things, but 6 for me. Although I have the exact same number and company now as I had with that phone, not many can say that. 26 years and counting (btw I get no real loyalty from @RogersHelps for that length of service)

@RogersBiz No internet for the last 4 days . Rogers sent 7 technicians but still can’t resolve the problem.Could you please share the contact information of CEO.Let him know last 1 month how many times I called customer support how many tickets opened to resolve 1 issue @Rogers @RogersHelps

so @Rogers who on earth thought it was a good idea to make it so that the only way you could set up your internet was with an app that needed to be downloaded... off the internet? it doesn't work on mobile data... and your rep just terminated the chat I see we're starting well
