@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers My recent call had this woman who didn't speak English, couldn't enunciate her words and mumbled. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.

    PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported

@RogersHelps AI asst. would ask for my name and then ask for me to spell my name and then would ask me to try again and it was never successful. I’d transfer to a CSR and the call would just drop after a msg saying there’s a “high volume of calls at the moment, call back later.”

T-Mobile In Europe it stands for Terrible-Mobile. Weak to no signal in several countries :( Our Canadian friend no dropout in same places. It’s called @Rogers no one’s ever heard of it, but it works. @TMobile

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They downsized all of their canadian call centers employees, including those who knew how to resolve your issues lol

  • Sky__16__
    Ds (@Sky__16__) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps 5.5 hours outage while I work from home = real income loss (~$250). Final resolution from Rogers Communications = $2 credit. This doesn’t reflect the real impact.

@Rogers waited on hold for 3 hours to discuss pending increase of fees ONLY for your automated response to end the call on me. What a waste of my time! Terrible customer service! Increasing my internet by 7 dollars/mth and phone by 5 dollars/mth What a joke! @RogersHelps

@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?

  • nailedvision
    Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers To answer your question when Roger’s/bell sees nobody wants to work a garbage job. You know what they do. They move there business to a foreign country where people will cause they don’t have any other option
