Since the outage, I have pretty well no @Rogers mobile internet on my phone. I can't even load a webpage on data. Wifi only. It says LTE but it lies. I even had a free increase of high speed data added to my account @RogersHelps can you explain this?

@RogersHelps Havn't had LTE or 5G service in a day and a half. What is actually happening with this company? Tech support was no help and I have reset everything. Absolutly ridiculous.

@RogersHelps Worst customer service experience I’ve dealt with. I’ll be filing a complaint to the CRTC as well as cancelling my Rogers services. Scam artists.
