@Rogers your virtual assistant Anna isn’t helpful; was transferred to customer service & have been waiting for 25 minutes for a rep to come online. At the same time my husband has been on hold for 1.25hours without anyone picking up the line. Horrible service. So disappointed.

@RogersHelps I think I am gonna cancel the deal. Given how pathetically you are dealing with my case. With zero interest in solving it.🤦

@RogersHelps I was with Fido then I switched the Carrier. I think Fido is owned by Rogers. Someone from your sales team from Montreal reached out to me with an exclusive offer. I was skeptical due to scams happening nowadays. But I confirm by calling your customer care if it was legit call.

@ColinHodd @RogersHelps I have to give credit where credit is due, though - the customer service from @RogersHelps through the bird app has been great

@RogersHelps I'll send a DM, sure, but I've already sent a request to Apple for a refund. everything I have found online says it doesn't work if you subscribe that way...which is annoying because the email offer specifically said to do it that way.

@RogersHelps It was the call from rogers. Woah was not expecting this from you guys. You did not even ask me about my mobile number and redirected me to Fido🤦. What should I expect if you can not give support to the guy you are selling.

Hey @RogersHelps sure would be nice if you fixed the SNNow app so you can actually connect your apple subscription to it. Never have I been so frustrated trying to use an app. Needless to say I've asked Apple for my freaking money back.
