    Just got off the phone with @Rogers @RogersHelps again as I have had NO internet for 9 hours. Means no paid work today. It was supposed to be rectified by 4:30pm. It is still out. I asked why & they said it is due to a @LondonHydro outage in the area. WTF is going on for 9 hrs?

    @RogersHelps is there an ETA on the outage for Tillsonburg? N4G been without service since 5:30aprox.

    @RogersHelps 3 services from a 10 year customer that is now gone. Teach your staff some phone etiquette. You’d have my money for another 10 if you could do that.

    @KanavMehta7 @Rogers Rogers is down in the Port Credit area. Seem to go out daily now at random hours of the day. When u call them, they r not aware of any issues. They don’t have a clue of anything. Meanwhile I work from home! The most unreliable service ever. And the dumbest customer service reps!!

    @RogersHelps here we go. Day #5 of trying to get away from gross incompetence. Ordered two pod’s because @Rogers new ignite sucks. ( Go to @Bell ) last 90 minutes spent trying to get “NextGen” pods to work. They don’t. Surprise surprise. #incompetent #worst

    @Rogers Why do I keep getting several calls each week from your representatives to get me to switch to your company? How many times do I have to say I will never do business with @Rogers and to remove us from your contact list before you will stop harassing us?
