    I have to admit that I'm a complete moron. Despite my better judgement and past experience I bought a wireless device from @Rogers. I know that their customer support is terrible and I know that their wireless service is even worse. I knew it and went ahead anyway. My mistake.

    @RogersHelps who needs tobe contacted for wrong account information and getting the run around ? Goto store, contact customer service after more than 2 hours on separate occasions and getting no where ?

    @RogersHelps Internet down locally in Brooklin since yesterday. Elderly parents are affected they have no landline, internet or TV. They are being told they might have it back by Wednesday. This is completely unacceptable - especially after a multiple day outage in July.

    Get this… not only did @RogersHelps not include the promised credit for the recent outage on my latest bill, they had the gall to ask me “what was the expected credit for?” when I reached out to them! @CRTCeng I thought this was being rectified?

    @RogersHelps There is a power outage in the area. Your rep just advised us. You guys should really get your ship together. Another day without work I see. Thank you @Rogers again for limiting your services to your customers and for not doing **** for your customers (credit, loss of income).
