Hey @CBC and @RogersHelps for some reason there is an issue with the broadcast of the CBC channel. No other channel seems to have the issue. Has something changed ? It’s as if the speed of the image has been slightly slowed so it creates a choppy image.

@RogersHelps It took 4.5 hours in total to get to the bottom of the issue. Hopefully it has been resolved. Rogers needs to increase customer service, also add the call back option to calls that have a long delay on hold so this way customers aren’t put on hold for 2 hours.

Hey @RogersHelps your #prepaiddigitalsolutions card partner appears to have compromised my prepaid #MasterCard (through a foreign vendor) and now doesn't even have a real resolution process. You may want to reconsider this scam of a partnership. @rogers #fraud @Mastercard

@RogersHelps I’ve called in 15+ times this month. It’s always my iPhone or the 5g network or it’s the 4g or it’s my phone case. Never the Rogers network. I’m burning money for nothing. Can’t wait to go back to Telus.
