    @Rogers @dcmorrison I'm getting this too and I'm ready to cancel as well. The Rays-Red Sox game is unwatchable. "Playback Error" every 10 minutes.

    The new snnow app on appletv is horrible @RogersHelps - dropped frames, out of sync audio, playback errors, can’t rewind. Previous app was far far better. I am paying for this garbage - what are you doing to fix this?

    Seriously @RogersHelps your lack of service this weekend in Whitby has been beyond ******. Pre-ignite, at least the TV worked. Now, when the internet goes down....like half of this weekend, there is also no TV.

    Hey @rogers yet again can't stream the baseball games on SportsnetNOW without it stopping every 3 or 4 minutes... why am I paying for a service that doesn't work?

    @RogersHelps We actually received an sms telling us that they haven't solve the problem yet so they must have opened a ticket. We were hoping to watch this show over the long weekend and here we are, weekend over and no resolution in sight. So disappointing and frankly, a huge waste of money.

    @RogersHelps Hello my AnyPlaceTV stopped working, and I know the service is discontinued Oct. 10th. But this is a big loss for a paying TV subscriber. If I must use the IgniteTV, does that cost extra now? I dont have Ignite Internet so how to I watch cable shows remotely now?

    @RogersHelps I have purchased an NHL Live plan on my Android phone, but I am unable to login properly on my Windows PC. I'm logged into the same NHL Live account.
