    @Tammy_Ritch @Rogers Just received a call from a @Rogers rep. I will keep name and number private. Asked how our services were and I explained we have absolutely no tv services. Her response was okay and then to hang up. This is what you call customer service from Rogers. 1/2

    @RogersHelps I don't know. 50 or 100 bucks off my bill will not be enough. This **** is deep man. We're talking no bill or Bell situation at this point.

    @RogersHelps When will service be back to normal? Here in central NL and tv keeps cutting out off and on, landline doesn't work at all and internet is slowed to the point it's almost useless. I think we've been waiting long enough. Would take less time to switch to @Bell
