@RogersHelps @marmalak03 Rogers, the link you post here is of no use. Contains no updates. Get it together, please. This outage is dangerous during a pandemic. 10 hours' outage is too long for people whose only contact with the world - and assistance - may be through your service.

@RogersHelps I have been not having service from morning and I’m unable to work from home , as my VPN is connected with one time passwords and the network which I have is Rogers .

People probably think, at times like this, I wouldn't want to be the twitter support person for @rogers @rogershelps,. On the contrary, at times like this, it is actually a really easy job. All you have to do is cut and paste one, or two cookie cutter responses to everyone. :)

@RogersHelps It’s been FOREVER since I’ve had ANY sort of cell reception. I believe we at least deserve to know how severe this issue is and get some kind of timeframe around this?

@Rogers seriously? My work cell and personal cell are both through Rogers. I've had 0 contact with anyone today due to the problem unless I can go from coffee shop to coffee shop for wifi. Kinda crazy it's still going on
