@RogersHelps Day 8 without Rogers internet, even though the power has been back since Thursday. And no one has a clue when it will be restored. Rogers has demonstrated its network is not resilient enough. How can one work from home? We need answers!

@Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers Pro on the Go more like Rogers No Show x2 Not once but twice. Don't trust this service. Complete waste of time. You are a no show yesterday and now cancelled the rescheduled appointment today. Can I cancel my service and get my payment back?

@RogersHelps My issue is the lack of any sort of ETA, I haven’t been given a concrete answer, just a run of the mil generic response of “we’re working on it”, but surely, someone somewhere has to know what is affected, how long to repair, and a timeframe of full restoration. Bad communication

@RogersHelps I'm going to need to use my compensation from Roger's to pay for the overage on my Bell cell phone. Been offline since 4pm Saturday May 21st and all I get are the same copy and paste message from Roger's. For a telecommunications company, you suck. BTW, Anna doesn't help!!!

@RogersHelps UPDATE: Saturday 9pm, still no internet or TV. If we had stuck with their home phone service before switching to ignite, we wouldn’t have it either. You get daily texts and emails but they say the same thing. They gave me an 5 gigs of data, watch an hour of tv news eats a gig!

@RogersHelps I was not impacted by storm related outages and now since 9pm last night I’ve had no internet. I have a test today, online. I can’t even access my account to prove there is an outage right now to defer my test. The amount of internet issues over the last two years is insane
