@RogersHelps Nothing too bad, it's just slow. But I just want to know what the problem was, so I can make a call if I'd like to go with another provider, if possible, could you please let me know what happened? I'm not finding more info online. Thanks

@RogersHelps Get your own house in order before even thinking about buying Shaw or another telecom. Why do we bend over backwards for this bloated, poorly run, over priced company? Run by a family that likes to vacation with dictators. Rogers is bad for Canada.

@RogersHelps Once is a let down! Twice is unacceptable!! You have a responsibility and a obligation to provide a reliable service and seems that you have failed to perform such a simple task!! A full month of free service needs to be applied and some accountability!!

@RogersHelps Just want to say congrats on your huge accomplishment! You have taken over 1st place from Air Canada becoming Canada’s worst run organization. Your tech sux and customer service is even worse. Well deserved!!

@Rogers My Ignite cable still isn't working properly. Sound goes out, it pauses, pvr recordings (which is almost all i do) don't work. We're on day 5 and counting. Plus my cel phone didn't work and internet is slow. Curious what this "compensation" will be.
