    Only @Rogers can offer a "promised speed", but have a clause in their terms of service that says that they do not actually guarantee the speed, and that they reserve the right to throttle your connection because they don't like you! Read the ToS carefully. It's INSANE!

    Remote working is NOT going away. Children, that have spent most of the past year home-schoolin the past 16 mos., will soon be HOME w no school. @Rogers CABLE access is controlled throught their 'Net service. FFS!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE in 2021.

    @RogersHelps I have asked 2x to change my phone plan to a lower rate. Both employees told me it would happen and my bill would be adjusted. It's been almost 3 months and no change. I would like someone to actually help me pls.

    @RogersHelps What is happening with the service in the South end of Barrie Ontario? I am a Health Canada employee and this is creating a huge disruption to the work that I am doing related to the pandemic. This is the 2nd day I am experiencing issues.
