    @RogersHelps Yes I have. This problem has been going on since the last baseball season. It is NOT an app issue. I’ve seen other people mentioning it on other platforms. It is extremely frustrating that the Rogers response is always to reinstall. It changes nothing.

    @Rogers absolutely pathetic service, cancelled with you and told by a CSR that my account would be closed and the bill I received would be adjusted. I hear nothing and then a month later you send me a collections notice for the full amount? Shame on you.

    @RogersHelps Yes, nothing works..I have reboot my device three times, system reset all network settings. Still says Rogers is unavailable. it was working 50minites ago.. The last time a successful text message came in or out.
