    @RogersHelps the face this keeps happening consistently now is driving people away your wifi isn’t that great to start with now we can’t even connect to it. We pay for your service that should be working 24/7. If you don’t fix this by the end of the day say goodbye to your customers.

    @Rogers Awesome customer service, I tried adding a new channel and got put on hold for over 20 mins, while the guy was making the changes. I just hung up , shouldn't take 20+ bloody mins.

    Hey @RogersHelps, why do you all keep calling me to switch to Rogers Cable/internet/home phone when I’m already a customer??? I’m getting tired of all these calls and may switch services out of spite if y’all don’t stop!
