    Damn it @Rogers … sure Shaw was a smaller regional company, but at least someone would answer a phone one in a while. I’ve been trying to switch my internet package down to a different plan. Been at 2 hrs and counting…

    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?

    @RogersHelps is there any issues involving poor audio quality right now.?When I switch over to apps available (ie. YouTube/ Prime/ Netflix) the sound quality is awful
