@RogersHelps That would be still not enough. Not enough for those who had to stress out to go to office since there was no internet, for those who vouched on emergency services and faced challenges. All subjected to just 5 days of service. It should be 3 months of free service at least.

  • MrHertz_NFT Mr.Hertz | CryptoDials (@MrHertz_NFT) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers offer free month yo wtf

  • cronos0729 Jason (@cronos0729) reported

@RogersHelps When are you going to fix ignite TV. Mine still is freezing and or no sound. Done all the tricks of unplugging and restarting. This is getting ridiculous and then have to wait and take time off for a tech. Very effen annoying

  • Nicolas59948634 Nicolas Evans (@Nicolas59948634) reported

@BakedBee420 @alex_zamuruyev @RogersHelps You wanna pay the 3k in missed business? And that's a tiny business. Comping me $15 ain't that chief. This was just gross negligence by rogers. NEVER has people not even be able to ring 911. Someone died.

  • TheKenKurz Ken Kurz (@TheKenKurz) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Wow, five whole days? I doubt you will ever be able to restore our confidence. You lost my confidence during the April 2021 outage, which was also attributed to an upgrade gone wrong.

  • JudyIkebata Judy Ikebata (@JudyIkebata) reported

@RogersHelps So customers who were inconvenienced for 15 hours /one day. Get the same amount of credit for those who were out service ,interruptions for four days.

  • CarolineeAudrey Caroline (@CarolineeAudrey) reported

Lol at our @Rogers internet going out 6 days after a national outage.
