@RogersHelps It took some poor lady in Montreal to iterate information properly. Literally the 5th person I had to speak with just to get the right information, @Rogers and this has now resulted in a $1500 bill. At least.

@RogersHelps Still out in L9W... since Wednesday morning! Keep being told it's being worked on, and could be up to 24 hours for a fix... hard to work from home to pay for a service I don't have! Lost my patience - get this fixed already! @rogers @CRTC

@RuthKapelus @RogersHelps It might be different in Canada but the lesson learned down in the states is that taking stations and parsing them out to become streaming you’re actually going to pay more in the long run for watching something that I think he would by separating it out
