✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported@RogersHelps I don't have the device because customer care can't seem to help or understand what I want.

Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@Rogers I accidentally deleted my eSIM while switching phones. Now, I’m trying to set up a new eSIM on a new phone, but I can’t because I don’t have access to the old phone number. When I visit the store, they says there’s an issue with my identification. Can u help

D (@OllKorrect_eh) reported@RogersHelps So you guys are acknowledging that you don’t hire Canadians? When most of your branding has always been that you guys hire Canadians - you’re looking at one small portion of the problem. When companies aren’t even hiring within the country itself, it makes citizens lose faith.

Drew Harris (@drewtheprinter) reported@RogersHelps @dprihodko How can he let you know, if he has no service to connect ?!!
-
Rick's (@RixRixx) reported@RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.
-
Laura (@laurapott) reported@RogersHelps @uncut_jurist Your outage page you keep linking is ALSO not working. Please stop directing people there and to customer service - both don’t work.
-
Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported@RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while
-
Repenix (@Repenix) reported@RogersHelps @Wtimbers It's even parts of ottawa that says the internet is online. South Keys area is offline despite your own outage map saying otherwise.

Chris (@cdormsy) reported@Ferreira_nszuki @Rogers They cut the service to the town I’m in. I have to drive 30 km just to check voice mail. I pay $118/ month for the ability to text if I’m in the right area. 17 months left in a contract and do you think these asshats will do anything?
