OMG. After being ON HOLD for an HOUR w/ Rogers, dude said he couldn’t help me but would transfer me to the correct dept that could…only to be told they’re closed & hung up on me!! I’m trying to deal with an error THEY made. Just been a nightmare since I switched. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps . Today is Wednesday and it is day 3 in a row of crummy unreliable internet service at Avenue and Lawrence in North Toronto. Why can your system not handle cold Canadian winters? Please don’t tell me to reboot again. I know the drill. Just fix it!!!
