Burnstation3D (@Burnstation3D) reported@MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

Rob (@screws1974) reported@Rogers in Aurora, internet was to be back at 7pm, then it was chabged to 8 now 9? No update on what the issue is. Can't even call to speak to anyone. Had a branch fall on our line this afternoon. It seems intact after I removed the branch

Chibuzo Nwankwo (@ChibuzoNwankwo2) reportedI was on phone yesterday for good 4hrs trying to get the @Rogers customer care team guys for my home internet issue, no one picked. Went to live chat, the fellow said they can only help through the care team department. That’s after being no 190 on queue @RogersHelps.

Paul Andersen (@pandersen) reportedGetting a lot of reports of @rogers outage which seems wide spread - at least in Ontario. Calls failing to complete at high rate.

Todd Bealor (@ToddBealor) reported@RogersHelps call center support is utterly useless! Called to try and resolve an ethernet issue with my XFiniti router and somehow got some that could barely speak or understand English, let alone provide any technical support. No supervisor available.

これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.

Canadian Rositta 🇨🇦 (@wheresrosinow) reported@RogersHelps We are so not patient anymore. It will be 5 days without tv which is ruining the world cup for us. Many thanks and Bell will get a new customer.

Krista P (@kristakree) reported@RogersHelps My dad who is with Bell, got free 50 gb data for their outage. What exactly is Rogers doing for their customers given your (much longer I might add) outage?
