@RogersBiz I just tried that. I’ll have to wait in a queue again. Last time I did I got cut off after an hour’s wait. Can’t use your online service as the password to goes to my husband’s work acct. I’ve now lost an entire business day over the past year attempting to correctyour errors.

@RogersHelps We now have 3 chat transcripts with 3 different prices and still no idea how much anything will be and last rep hung up when we asked how to print the offer so we had a hard copy to review. Why is this such a problem for you?
