@Rogers My wish is that someone at Rogers will take time to view your organization from a customer viewpoint. I am hours on the phone now (and yesterday) and being passed from dept to dept. Your agents need training.

  • aryst0krat Chris (@aryst0krat) reported

Just learned after not having internet in the house all day that a technician won't be coming by to fix it for another 42 hours at least 😬 Stellar service as usual from @Rogers I don't even work tomorrow, I'm going to get cabin fever without any of my usual things to do

  • TheAnnicus Annie Y (@TheAnnicus) reported

Oh, @RogersHelps. You charge exorbitant fees. Your help pages are circular. Your service has been down 3 times in the last three weeks. Your customer service placates us with zero solutions. Time to go elsewhere.

  • mattmmkay Matt (@mattmmkay) reported

Nice that @Rogers and Bell are the only two cable/internet companies regulated by the CRTC and @Rogers internet/cable service is constantly spotty. Thanks. I love having to use my data every single day

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

@jenkalant @FuzzyWuzzyTO Exactly - and they are those billing the estate after the accounts are closed with policies like extra month notice etc. They are not aware that when they do this they lose the living person for life as a customer. (take note @rogers)

  • SJHunter17 Stew (@SJHunter17) reported

@RogersHelps @TELUSsupport @Bell_LetsTalk the big three want total control over our telecommunications but can’t stop fake CRA scam calls from coming thru to our phones. 9 times to one phone line in a day. Just stupid #cra #scam #getoffyourasses What are we paying for?

  • kaziklu78 Rob Elliott (@kaziklu78) reported

@Rogers needs to do something about number spoofing. They really need to have some sort of spoof screening service. 22 calls in one day from 9 different numbers is a little insane.

  • ShannonR709 Shannon Reardon (@ShannonR709) reported

Anyone else having spotty @Rogers home internet service right now? Been like it here since at least this morning.

  • angryflowerz The Angry Wallflower (@angryflowerz) reported

@RogersHelps Internet is down in M4X since this morning. Come to this tweet, then to a forum that has ZERO info or updates. Working from home. Wonderful. 🙄

  • Cdianshield Rrrutgrrs (@Cdianshield) reported

@RogersHelps @311Toronto @TorontoHydro Sorry can't help any more than that. I was walking past that area and saw it. It's the only pole near to that address.
