    .@RogersHelps This is ridiculous - NHL Live is down and you aren't admitting it's YOUR problem. Giving such basic "troubleshooting" tips - it's a system error. That's YOU! Very crappy experience for paying customers #nhl #rogers

    @RogersHelps Can you announce if the NHL Live is down? I see all these complaints, but nothing official from Rogers. I can't log-in to the opening season game and getting no help!
