    After storm-July- @Rogers texted -issued me a credit. Awesome. Then got an email saying that I haven't paid... Never got bill - which to me supported the text credit. I call got no help..I wait-wait-wait - for mgr.. then mysteriously disconnected! Been a cust 20+ yrs. No more!

    @Rogers customer service is the worst. No one ever willing to help. Just willing to take your money. Calling at the employee at the stores liars.

    @RogersHelps feels that a $40 credit covers wages lost among other things because they couldn’t keep their network running. #ripoff

    @Rogers literally has the WORST customer service reps I’ve ever come across. It’s always such an UNPLEASANT experience almost every time I call. How this company has managed to monopolize so much of the market is beyond me. Time to switch to @Bell

    @RogersHelps switched 3 phones over to rogers. Not 1 is connected to the network. 24 hour have past so I looked for update and was told “oh no could be 72 hours.” Now I’ve been on hold for 1:01 minutes with no help. Way to make someone instantly regret switching to rogers 🤬😩..

    SHOUTS OUT TO @RogersBiz FOR BILLING ME AN EXTRA $100 AFTER I DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT I SPOKE TO GAVE ME THE WRONG BILLING DATE

    @RogersHelps I was watching a video on my phone and then I completely lost reception. It says that I have no SIM card in the phone but I haven’t even taken it out. Please help
