@RogersHelps I am cancelling my Rogers Ignite TV service today

  • Edna_Santos Edna Santos (@Edna_Santos) reported

@Rogers Disappointed for all the time that I spent trying to solve this issue with ROGERS. Calling Tony Staffieri to make it worth your millions of salary. Your system is slow, inefficient and does not support Canadians as it should.

  • Dee2thaGee D (@Dee2thaGee) reported

@RogersHelps is there an outage in the Dufferin/Eglinton Avenue area?

  • matthewgallant matthewgallant (@matthewgallant) reported

@RogersHelps Hi EY, how about instead of me going through the same line of questions for a 5th time, someone on your team can proactively look into my ticket C181297993 and contact me with an update. I would consider that great customer service!

Y'know, internet and cellphone services get a lot of attention for being ripoffs in Canada, but let's talk about home phones. My 80-year-old mom is currently paying @Rogers $65 a month for a landline. Basic service from @Bell is $52, but add any feature and it's $67. 1/3

  • heather_hear Heather Hear (@heather_hear) reported

@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Big fan of landlines but the pricing is definitely harsh. Moved from Telus to Shaw to save a lot of money overall (cable, internet, landline). Did not hurt that Telus remains one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.

  • TheDeadAreDumb_ Sher (@TheDeadAreDumb_) reported

The 2nd time this week my @RogersHelps internet went down while working. Never had this many issues before.

  • simplysandray Sandra Henderson (@simplysandray) reported

When @Rogers committed to making sure we never have a full-day outage again, rolling outages every 30 mins wasn't quite the alternative I had in mind

  • SailsAloha 🤿 🐳 Lindsay Stephenson 🦈⛵ (@SailsAloha) reported

@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Set her up with Ooma. VOIP, about $5/month, $10 for the premium service. She keeps her #, and uses her phone exactly the same as she does now.

@RogersHelps @rogershelp - Internet unstable for the past 72 hours in the Warden/Finch area. This is outrageous. Called support twice and they told me there is NO ETA. People are working from home and I'm forced to use my Telus phone as a hotspot. UNACCEPTABLE
