    @rogers my next step is crtc complaint, enough is enough. Im mentally tired, frustrated beyond my personal tolerance and have no more solutions. Since i don't own the account, i'm only waiting for approval. Starting to look for legal help here.

    @Rogers I am here near turkey point where I have very internet access and I can’t even get my graduate papers submitted while camping. Thanks to Rogers wireless being so lousy this morning and afternoon. Time to get this network back up to full speed so I can go camping!

    @RogersHelps you sent a message saying the outage is fixed 15 after the outage was fixed and immediately after receiving the message service stopped again. I guess the bandaid didn't fix the boo boo. How about a real solution now?

    @Rogers you have no internet service in provincial park even it is 3G. Even in Toronto, 5G service is dropping always. How you are the best service provider IDK

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Today I called again & agent without listening ,said will send Tech and when asked why they made changes to modem he got rude. Big Mistake

    @Rogers @RogersHelps really frustrated/disappointed with the service I am getting with the device protection for my 12pro max. It’s been a month and still without phone or so called the reimbursement & getting lemons every time I call @Brightstar for follow up 🤬

    @freedomsupport How about telling me when @Rogers is fully in control of freedom and then maybe customer service will actually get better
