Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

So Mino (@storytellrwendy) reported@Rogers you are a horrible service. We’re trying to cancel our account and we’ve been on hold 3 hours, re-directed by 4 different reps, and have been told it’s not possible to cancel. You’re now stealing from us. Awful customer service. Awful company.

I’ve followed all the steps (no dashes or box #’s etc) and it’s just not recognized (according to YOU) by Canada Post, and yet I get mail w/o issue. The PROBLEM is trying to speak to a live operator to correct this and I can NEVER get through.
