    I feel like unless you are buying a new product from @Bell or @RogersBiz they purposely put you on hold in hopes you hang up and they don’t have to deal with your issue.

    And the nightmare goes on @Rogers After at least 6 interactions to solve a problem created by Rogers, you guys managed to mess up with my billing and charged more than what I had to pay. This is outrageous!

    @RogersHelps incredible packet loss from my coda modem. Measured with pingplotter to confirm. Never at 0 percent loss and it's always spiking every few seconds with no trends. Can you fix my area.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Seniors who want to get #IgniteTv have to connect the box & wires from inside their home The Rogers cable guy won’t go inside home to connect & tell the customer inside what wires etc to connect So if your old & non-techie forget it These cable reps get paid the same 🤬🙏🏼

    Our internet has been down since 9:30AM this morning - @Rogers is sending a tech to fix it on Sunday evening and offered a $30 credit for at least 56 hours of no service (impeding our ability to work from home). After 5 or 6 years maybe it's time to switch to providers!

    @rogers we have a very upset teenager at home! Waiting in a virtual line for a PS5 and the internet dropped. Happens almost everyday and we pay SOOO much for this internet. What can you do to fix this? We live in Etobicoke

    @Rogers Really need to work on your EPP customer service. No one ever available for phone call, sent 3 emails over 1 month. Finally got response, except their answer shows they didnt even read my email properly. #badservice
