    @RogersHelps Rogers cancelled the service call today and now pretends they will send someone tomorrow. 4 days with no cable. You couldn't care less what I'm going through dealing with such horrendous treatment. You treat me like a piece of garbage.

    Imagine if @Bell and @Rogers followed #productmanagement practices like leading SaaS tech companies, I wouldn’t have to tweet about their outages. Their issues are a good example how they don’t know how to build and deliver for longterm needs and focus on short term goals
