    So others in @CityBrampton are aware. The internet lines for @Rogers are over capacity and will not be addressed until September. Such quality service you provide, the node is at 86% percent capacity and it doesn’t get fixed for 9 months. You were notified of this in January.

    @RogersHelps It happens every day I'm at work, has for years. It's been reported repeatedly to no avail. Hasn't changed, probably never will. Bell works geat here though, according to coworkers. So we'll see what happens when my contract is up next month.

    @RogersHelps I have tried calling to have calls dropped and we have put in complaints and yet nothing gets done so how is sending DM going to help me now it is 2pm today alone the outage is 7hrs and counting!!
