    @RogersHelps so I take a fancy new internet connection after changing from my awesome @Bell_Support - now I see some one time charges of 150 dollars which was clearly waived off when speaking to sales rep and again confirmed with Customer rep.. really regret this now - how to ?

    @Rogers please improve wait times and customer service!! December 28 called at 12 pm ..hold for 35 min ..talked to an agent for 3 min and call dropped !!Called again ..hold for 28 min and call dropped after talking to an agent for 2 min.Called again and on hold for 52 min …

    A guy claiming to be a @Rogers employee just came to the door. Said they just upgraded the infrastructure in the area and he was checking with residents for any noticeable improvement or degradation in service. Didn't provide credentials or proof of employment. Legit or not? 🤔

    @RogersHelps Well it's something that #RogersBank supports. #Fraud dept agreed the charge is suspicious but stuck to their script. I'm going to pay this garbage charge and saying goodbye to @Rogers. NO ONE should be using this bank. Won't ever consider other @Rogers services because of this.
