John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes. How is this acceptable? Why should I continue to pay my bill? I knew that switching from Bell was a mistake. 0 stars out of 5

Laura Brown 🍁 (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.
-
Neil Anthony (@NeilAnthonyLive) reported@SteveD29 @RogersHelps Keep fighting. They tried charging me for a service I never received and I kept calling and refusing. Eventually they gave up.
-
Realtor® Paul 🏠🔑 (@PaulLiberatore) reported@RogersHelps absolutely terrible “service”. Last 3 days on hold for 3 hours each time just to get the call drop when being transferred for the 3rd time. No service provider should have this as their daily standard. People should find alternatives with a solid CS dept asap.

Greg Falk 🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@falkkerG) reported@TruthFringe @Rogers Very pushy..I just let my dog stck her head out the door..problem solved..

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps @k_mclean More of the same “hey customer can you do more of our jobs for us.” Maybe instead ask all your AI tools to only contact customer who OPT in And share that list with other departments- FYI The entire Customer Retention group is a measure of your lack of quality & customer care
