Hey @RogersHelps . My $200 a month internet service has been shitting out every 5 minutes for 4 days. Tech support twice - did nothing. Rogers in area - didn’t fix anything. This doesn’t work when I’m in meetings and having to hotspot off my phone, which is killing my data.

@RogersHelps I've been trying to get the Winback Dept to return my calls for 2 WEEKS. I came back to Rogers but now, once again, I'm angry at your terrible service. Please DM me for my # to have the Winback return my calls or I'm leaving with the 2 customers I brought with me.
