@RogersHelps Worst service ever. Please reply me to solve my problem. Your customer representative are not able to solve it. Thanks

  • JoinerJackie Jackie J (@JoinerJackie) reported

@Rogers on my 59th minute of being on hold for transfer to a manager. Multiple hours so far wasted dealing with agents who don’t fix anything after a fraud attempt. This is how @Rogers treats 17 years of customer loyalty? #disappointedbutnotsurprised

  • ScottoftheBruce Scott of the Bruce 🇨🇦 (@ScottoftheBruce) reported

My community cable channel is broadcasting a show talking about crystals and how they “heal” you. FFS! So much for broadcasting something based in reality and science! They also broadcast tons of religiot programming as well. No wonder society is so stupid. @rogers

  • BMSR18 BMSR (@BMSR18) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps any reason that your browser streaming platform for ignite TV still doesn’t support loading in Linux? Was hopeful after your service dropped the awfulness which was Adobe Flash that your browser and OS support would enable Linux users, but no go. Why?

  • Noosiekins Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported

Try to call back and somehow I mysteriously wind up in the queue for "Rogers for Business" even though I'm a residential customer. @RogersHelps is anyone who works for your company even remotely competent? It sure doesn't seem like it.

  • Kingsclear Graham Neill (@Kingsclear) reported from Doak Settlement, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Service still unstable. Do you have a timeline when this issue will be fixed...now 3 days.

  • CuddlingGuru CuddlingGuru (@CuddlingGuru) reported

Imagine my surprise @Rogers and @RogersHelps, when I attempted to call technical support but instead was redirected to credit operations. See although I made an accepted payment plan on April 26 when I spoke to them by phone. Their system didn't see or recognize it. 🧵 🧵...

  • annagoytaras Anna GT (@annagoytaras) reported

Received $1.70 credit on my bill after the April 19 country-wide wireless service interruption that lasted over 12 hours. Just keep your $1.70, I don’t need it. #rogers @rogers @rogershelps

  • Kestur SK (@Kestur) reported

@RogersHelps is internet down in Brampton?
