    @RogersHelps why has every device in my house lost connection to the rogers DNS servers? The service went down and when it came back no device can connect to the websites.

    @Rogers I spent 1hr on the phone trying to reschedule an appointment. They couldn’t do it and were going to follow up. They didn’t cancel the appt. and the tech STILL showed up and told me I would be billed 2x! Why is it so difficult do anything with you guys??#rogers #badservice
