@Rogers is a pathetic company, makes its customers wait 2 ******* hours to talk with a customer service rep. Multiple Billion dollar company and they can't afford to staff enough people. What a joke.

@MattiHaapoja @RogersBiz I’m with Telus in BC, 1.5 up/ 1 down and I pay 105/m. They just released 2.5/2.5 and through discounts It’s 150 area. Rogers is sort of a joke out here, sorry they’re terrible, Matti.

@TeriHart @Rogers OK so it seems like its the tv. Check the settings to see if its connected to your network. or check your Rogers wifi hub to see if the tv is connected.

Day 5 of no wifi. This is worse than Rogers outage this year. I asked if someone higher up can help and they told me to fill out a form on their website. What is wrong with this company? Does any Rogers exec care what is happening there? This is how you lose customers. @Rogers
