Be careful of the customer service at @Rogers. After screwing up my delivery time for my pro on the go TWICE they decided they didn't have to do anything to fix the solution! I talked with several loyalty agents and nothing! Hard time seeing myself with @Rogers once contact is up

Here I am, just trying to watch some NFL football...and my internet service that uses @rogers cable infrastructure isn't working. I've had intermittent service since Friday and @rogers keeps closing the ticket with my ISP saying it's fixed. IT AIN'T FIXED!

Tell me how I was finally able to get a wifi appointment with a @Rogers technician and he calls me the morning of to tell me it's actually self install due to covid. Why is there a fee and why am I being informed only now? Rogers has failed me at every step of customer service.

Of the 4 @RogersHelps reps I spoke with today (it’s been a long *** day), 2 of them were rude (the other 2 were great & apologized for the others). The @TELUSsupport rep was pleasant & offered me a $350 credit & $10/month discount if I switch over. Hmmm... tough choice! 🤪
