@RogersHelps TY, after numerous calls I have been escalated (2x).Hopefully tech will show up with a new box 2morrow.Point is, cust. service people are trying their best - it’s a bigger problem; we are paying for a service.Imagine going to a movie, and it fails - you would want money back?

@RogersHelps In my original thread,I updated my tweet. I’m also going to go ahead & delete the email from that person. As for the Ombudsman contact Michelle, I’ve been trying to respond to her but bc of health issues, I’ve had several medical appointments so I’m worried about my May payment.

@Rogers speaking to your live chat agent felt like texting my crush, whom I respond immediately while she takes her sweet time to respond. It took 25 minutes to fix a spelling error in Account Holders name and I am not including wait time in it. #HorribleService #rogers
