@RogersHelps after connecting with CS rep online and told there was an outage in my area and to wait for my ticket resolution. I received the most vague “resolution” I have ever read over a text and my internet and cable issues continue and somehow the ticket is “resolved”.

@RogersHelps Internet connection is not working in our area in Ottawa K1Z 8G7, so ridiculous service even after blackout, no improvements. I would rather switch it to reliable internet Bell Fiber.

I will be canceling my internet service if Bill C-11 goes ahead. No way am I paying those already ridiculous fees for a censored and gov't controlled version of the internet. I have no problem canceling the same way I did cable and home phone service. @bell @rogers #fuckTrudeau

@RogersHelps We’ve been trying to use our data for over an hour, but no websites or apps will load! I contacted your virtual assistant to be told no outages and the problems on my end? Seriously. I don’t pay for our friends bills who are having the same issue with Rogers

@Rogers internet is out…again. We’ve tried all the usual solutions like restarting devices and unplugging and plugging it back in but no luck. Been down since 6am this morning…what gives?
