  • cine_shmooz suzy (@cine_shmooz) reported

@RogersHelps I'm travelling and want to make sure I'm not accidentally getting charged for roam like home. I cant access my Rogers account to confirm via the app. Can you please help

  • polarsmurfs Smurf (@polarsmurfs) reported

@Rogers Also, lets not negate the fact the thousands of customers had rogers service until well after midnight AFTER the storm rolled through at 4pm. So it was working after the storm and then out of no where its cut for thousands. #dobetter

  • 1gboy Gee Bwoy (@1gboy) reported

@rogers my wifi has been down going on 4 days now. No doubt I will have to pay for a service you did not render. Because I have no WiFi I have exceeded my data for the first time. @rogers you really need to double dip like this?? Crazy!! Not right!! Not fair at all.

  • Schoobee David Schumann (@Schoobee) reported

@rogers Outage in the K0A2E0 / 613 area since the May 21st storm. When can we expect service to be restored? Why don’t we have at list limited cell service for calling?

  • _wander_wonder Rohit Tayal (@_wander_wonder) reported

@RogersHelps … but it is now getting to three full days without any service, when your competitors’ networks have been up throughout this time.

  • polarsmurfs Smurf (@polarsmurfs) reported

@Rogers Sorry but promoting a team you own and not addressing the struggling customers who have had no service in ontario for over 4 days is baffling. Yall really dont care.
