@AboutRogers @Rogers Credit that you keep referring to, whether its 2 days or 5 days, i think most customers will be happy to give YOU the 10 bucks out of their own pockets! What kind of world are you living in? And $10 buys what exactly??? Terrible company showing its true colors...

@RogersHelps Dear Rogers, Please give honest description on what really happened so we can make an informed decision whether your network is actually secure and safe and reliable in the future. You keep saying vague things about improvement and earning people's trust, earn it, by details.

@RogersHelps As I have limited energy and in a world that instead of technology making it easier that increasingly inspects the impossible despite the prevalence of communication disorders - how is your service this bad with a side of what certainly looks like fraud. Mythical services.

@CHEK_News Geez...I might get $5 for all the inconvenience for 15 plus hrs. wheeee, go grab a coffee. If there had been an emergency to 911, would have been screwed! and no cell tower in #Nanaimo #Hammondbay notoriously bad anyways. @Rogers

@RogersHelps I have spent 3 and a half years trying to access a disability discount. Incredibly when my phone was stolen I put money down which should have meant 20 months of payments. You changed the way phones were paid for I was told it would then be another 4. I am still paying.

@AboutRogers @Rogers So 5 days of service credited? Your CEO makes over $150,000 in that same time frame (based on 2020); I get $18. Make it make sense.

@RogersHelps I have a communication disorder. Trying to get help on twitter is frustrating as answers take a length of time incompatible with reality. I don't think you gave a single second of thought to what replacing chat based services with an inane chatbot would do to the disabled.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Thanks but no thanks, already switched my internet to bell. Cell phones still staying with rogers only because I learned not to put all eggs in 1 basket. But you will never get more than cell phone plans from me!
