@RogersHelps i live in the Queen and Greenwood area of Toronto. I guess we had a lot of wind last night and a coax cable that looks like yours is hanging dangerously low over our backyard. It is connected to a neighbours house. Please come and fix it tomorrow or I’ll cut it. Thx!

@rogers @RogersHelps what is happening google services are not working and some of the sites are timing out . Please at least communicate or let customers know . You are always ahead in cross selling and up selling products.

Hey @Apple @RogersHelps yesterday I upgraded to an IPhone 14. Shortly after leaving the store I got an error: Could not activate cellular data network. Returned to the store and they reset the settings and it started working. About 45 mins later, same thing.

This is the THIRD TIME the @Bell team putting in fibre in our neighborhood has cut the @Rogers line. The Foreman should be fired for the sh*tty work and Bell should be fined for bad business practices.

@RogersHelps A faulty modem that I have had for almost a year & yet no one in tech support believes this. Very strange. I’ve even worked with multiple tech through this support here, all told me the same, it was the update. Which is why I asked if others on here have the issue.
