@StephaniesFunny @Rogers Are you serious? They did that to your Dad? Not cool #Rogers . We switched to @Fidomobile last year but all these companies have similar operating procedures to lure you in and then offer you poor service afterwards

  • spunkaroo spunkaroo (@spunkaroo) reported

@RogersHelps I don’t see any service interruptions listed but our internet has gone down and restarting our router dost appear to do anything

  • NeilWRhodes NFR (@NeilWRhodes) reported

@Rogers like seriously you're going to look at ME in my beady little eyes and tell ME you can't afford a @BlueJays radio broadcast? I'm just saying I can't deal with YES Network anymore, please help us Obi-Wan.

  • PaulToronto Paul O'Donnell (@PaulToronto) reported

.@rogershelps the menu I had to use to get tech support over the phone is really bad. I had to answer the same questions more than once. I even had to enter my phone number more than once, even though at the beginning the system told me it knew my number! Please do better.

  • spunkaroo spunkaroo (@spunkaroo) reported

@RogersHelps Ok I got it going. When I tried logging into my router I was greeted with a page to set it up from scratch (setting network name and password) Not sure how everything got reset though. Just happened out of the blue.

  • cmkamel Chris Kamel (@cmkamel) reported

@RogersHelps My service appointment was a no-show. Was it canceled without notifying me?

  • BennyBlanq BennyBlanq (@BennyBlanq) reported

Don’t know if I’ll be able to because I had to ******called @rogers 4 times 1 one got an appointment than I called 2nd time because situation wasn’t resolved than making promises for service I don’t have, 3rd time I was on hold and they hung up, 4th time now maintenance problem🤬

  • joe_luca2003 Joe (@joe_luca2003) reported

@princepahwa2 @Rogers Don’t do it Prince! They will let you down again 100%. Day 2 of no internet for us and now the cable is freezing, the only small joy of watching a little bit of TV ruined

  • Laz0101 Lalalaland (@Laz0101) reported

Shame on you @Rogers for trying to deceive the public with your @shaw merger. @elonmusk is already Providing Rural internet service. The Starlink has no data caps and can provide service nearly anywhere. Your service can't do that unless you plan on beating him in the space race.

@RogersHelps internet down in downtown Toronto
