@leftmindset @SAndersonshpk @Rogers I can vouch for that. Years ago, we were with Rogers and the service was so bad, they charged us thousands for no service. Switched to Bell & have never had a problem & their customer service is prompt and friendly.

@SAndersonshpk @Colleen90544980 @Rogers We found it easier to let the the Costco reps deal with it. They have a direct line to Rogers support. Go in & talk to them. Bring your receipts.

The @Rogers Ignite Promise: -25 days with intermittent internet. -You go through 3 techs; 1 went to the wrong house in the wrong city, 1 did nothing, 1 tried his best to escalate. -One service truck did nothing. -Bounced between billing & support & no one knows customer service
