  @RogersHelps Well after being told there was no charge on my bill... I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Delete from bill thanks

  @RogersHelps Left you a message in the inbox. Silence. Typical. Two nights calling in the middle of the night because you forgot to take my ex-wife off the bill. Two hours on hold. Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am. You can’t answer a paying customer. Cut all ties. Chase the bill yourselves. Good luck.
