Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GryphKnight Dune Shadow Maps by GryphStuff (@GryphKnight) reported

@B2BNewsNetwork Of course there isn't. Goddess forbid that the Poors - who were arguably most affected by the latest outage - be able to see the reason why @Rogers constantly screws up.

  • Steelhead172 David A Barton (@Steelhead172) reported

@sunshine22kas @RogersBiz We switched to Virgin. Never better!

  • pandersen Paul Andersen (@pandersen) reported

So @Bell_Policy says network already segmented; however, segments likely have huge numbers of custs. @Rogers is going to segment. Still so little talk of how to better train to recover quickly. Was the anger at #RogersOutage the scale or the length to recover? I think latter.

  • rve24 Rob (@rve24) reported

@RogersHelps I'm trying but it isn't any help after talking to 3 people and live chatting 2x. System is a mess

  • mesuedoghotmai1 me_sue_dog@hotmail.con (@mesuedoghotmai1) reported

@RogersHelps What’s going on my tv service is not available

  • StewartTonya Tonya Stewart (@StewartTonya) reported

Stephen and I finally found some time to catch up on #SuccessionHBO. Too bad S3 Ep1 is only available in French on Crave Thanks @rogers, always so glad I pay for this service. 🙄

  • Crustyswabbie Steve K⚓ (@Crustyswabbie) reported

@sunshine22kas @RogersBiz When I moved back from Germany in 2018 went with Koodo/Telus I was a Rogers customer before that, Koodo has been great for me.

  • Despera62504054 Desperate Dan (@Despera62504054) reported

@eshow1969 @SardonicCanuck @Rogers Truly mission critical systems never go down. Like billing.

  • PeterGiffin7 Peter Giffin (@PeterGiffin7) reported

@sunshine22kas @RogersBiz I got rid of those idiots a decade ago. Bell is as bad. Telus is the best of the worst.

  • strutswell Nick Hatswell (@strutswell) reported

@pandersen @AlsoKnownAs_AA @Rogers I think its a feature that not many people are aware of and don't ask for. But apparently not many handsets support this either! Maybe we piggy back on stir/shaken and sign our own outgoing calls as individuals?
