@RogersHelps is a misnomer. Been stuck in a queue for 1.5 hrs, trying to change my wireless plan for over 3 hrs. No one is helping. After 14 years as a loyal Rogers customer, maybe Bell, Virgin or other providers can help with my 4-line account…….plus HW upgrades…

@Rogers phone wait time when I was first put on hold was approx 7-11 minutes... It has been 33 and still listening to this ****** jazz hold music. This happens EVERY👏SINGLE👏TIME👏 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

@Rogers is absolutely criminal. My services have not changed in 12 months and I haven’t had any service related to my TV/Internet. And yet for some reason the price is going up by $40/mth. At what point do we report them to the better business bureau? Criminals.

Seriously @Rogers?! Three different technicians in 3 days, and all 3 technicians seem to think something different is wrong with my cable service. When will you guys learn to STOP SENDING DEPENDABLE HOME TECH TECHNICIANS?! They're absolutely HORRIBLE!
