    @RogersHelps internet dies inexplicably after no changes made. Call tech support after rebooting twice. In 2022, your response is good luck without internet for 27 hours until we can send a tech.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I don't have internet for almost 2 days now even after a technician came over today. The person I spoke to in customer service was very rude and unhelpful and refused to pass me to a supervisor saying he is the boss and his boss is rogers and has no one above

    @RogersHelps How strange - you're using my line, my home premises to give internet connection to others but can't provide connection to me even after appointment. On top of that you don't have any alternative solution. You're leaving your WFH customer helpless, frustrated and disappointed!!!

    @Rogers @RogersInternet In call with rogers for 2hrs, getting my call transferred to multiple departments but no one is helping!!!! You're unable to provide internet or any alternative. Your team is saying it's going to take 1week. I'm WFH Need help URGENTLY!!! SUCH A SHAME!!

    @RogersHelps Its a sad day when you just sign up and get a modem dropped off at your door. A tech stating plug it in and place cable in the back. Then when you do you find out the service is down on day one of the service. LOL WOW. Not looking good.

    @RogersHelps @can3together1 Anna tells me there is nothing wrong in my area, Guelph, yet internet is cutting in and out. TV shut down. Crap service for high rates!!
