They told me to call customer service and have them bring me another one So now I will be without any TV programming for a few days. Boy rogers really sucks when it comes to keeping their customers @Rogers

Dealing with you is soo frustrating! Got new packages that are all mixed up creating errors in billing. Phone lines or chat takes hours! How is this considered customer service. Not all things can be self serve!!! Hire up! @Rogers

@RogersHelps It took 55 minutes on hold to reach a human and then more time for a solution. The solution would have involved many hours of my life, so I chose to live with the problem.

Hey @Rogers When I want to watch a show and I pay premium costs…. I expect premium service.. not Internet that drops every 15 minutes. Figure it out or I’m out. Sick of this happening so often

@RealDonBradshaw @Rogers I wouldn’t say it sounds conspiratorial. I’d say it just sounds ridiculously stupid.

@Rogers prepaid box to send my S26 phone back so my bill will go down even more because I will not be paying for the it anymore. I did say no to the phone at the moment because it sounded to go to be true

@Rogers, on hold for 2 hours. Get through to a "customer support specialist" on hold for another hour. The phone then starts ringing and sends me to the rural rogers department. I'm in a wheelchair without a phone. I moved and am trying to setup my services. Awful #Toronto

@RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Under #Gillick #Jays fringe players like #DavisSchneider would play winter ball to improve, there lies the problem!

@Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.
