    @rogers ... worst customer service EVER! I've spent almost SIX hours on the phone with them over the last two days. They are the epitome of Conway's Law. Who do I send my invoice to for the service I'm providing of "Wasting my time!"

    @Rogers My biggest issue is why I do have to be the bad person and get upset when you provided me with wrong information and then when I tell you are going to have to pay me for my time, you offer me $40 ...they did offer to replace phone for free but I could be charged $500 so no thanks

    @Rogers I will take the $40 in and 11 months, I will find a new carrier. I have been a Rogers cell customer for over a decade and while he did offer to replace the phone, I could be charged $500 if the phone has damage which I imagine you would find regardless

    @Rogers your ignite internet service sucks. On a daily basis It disconnect during working hours. It’s not reliable at all, and none of your technicians is able to fix it. The last visit was on last Monday when they replaced the modem, but this one did not fix it.

    @RogersHelps did last week's change to the program guide happen? I've seen no change including to the outright errors, false "NEW" flags, and shows with no descriptions.

    @RogersHelps You’ve changed your story now. Before it was Toronto Hydro that caused the internet outage. Now you say your technicians are hard at work…..
