Hey @Rogers, it in your training manual to just keep transferring customers while on the phone until they get so fed up they just hang up? Because if so, the last couple people I talked to should get a raise. I can't wait for @Bell Fibre to get installed in my neighborhood.

@CityNewsTO @Bell and @Rogers are just too expensive their service fees compared to the fees charged in the other G7 countries but their services are not great compared to the services available in the other G7 countries. Do something pls.

@RogersHelps @bwgreen999 Small suggestion. Maybe considering your customers have already been put out not having their service, maybe instead of putting the burden on them to chase after compensation, give everyone a credit for the time without services?

@RogersHelps Thanks for the corporate double talk. I’m not interested in excuses. I want results. The only service that is down in this neighbourhood is yours. Let me know when you decide to do your job. K2G 6W1

@RogersHelps Bell now has a two week installation waiting period, I guess I wasn’t the only customer @Rogers lost this week.

@Ppanetta1 @RogersHelps Our Ignite service was also down before the storm. This is why it would be helpful for Rogers to explain what's actually going on.

@Rogers your customer support and service is shameful. It is more stressful than buying a house.

After 5 days i finally have wifi - even though rogers support ticket says I don't. 🤷 Power cycled modem twice & hallelujah, it finally works. #rogersoutage #rogersdown #ottawa @Rogers

Hey @RogersHelps ... we are niw five days without Ignite. I understand that the storm was bad last Saturday. What I don't understand is the lack of visibility to the nature of the outage & what is being done. Transparency fosters trust. I'm in area code K0A.
