    @Rogers-My Mom is upset as she waited 37 minutes to find out what channel the ladies US Open tennis is on. Nobody answered. This is entertainment for her. We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.

    @Rogers what’s the deal with your automated services being down? I try and call and get disconnected every time. Higher call volume blah blah blah….and then CLICK! Someone better get back to me.

    @RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

    @RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.

    @PabloEsHOEbar @RogersHelps @Rogers They came out about three years ago, climbed to pole, said, "yep, that needs to be replaced". of course, they never did. More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250

    @Tialuna1993 @Rogers @Rogers yes why was it not delivered to her house yesterday? I get it’s Sunday but are you saying your representative lied to a customer? She said the representative said by August 23 and she doesn’t have her box. Why is your representative not telling her the truth?
