@laurensalmon17 @Rogers To resolve this you have to CALL rogers support....yes you'll have to wait on hold a long time...so just be patient. 1 833-791-4357. This is apparently a known issue over the past few days. They will manually reset your password to a temp password.

I don’t know who’s in charge at Rogers in terms of this outage/customer service, but whoever it is, should be fired and replaced with someone who knows what ******** they are doing @RogersHelps

@mc_banana @RogersHelps You would think they would at least acknowledge there is a problem at their end, either on their voice prompts or on their website instead of having people trying to look for a problem at their end. They haven’t learned from their last fiasco

@RogersHelps Internet has been down for at least the day. This is brutal, unable to work and not able to relax and watch a show, good thing I don't rely upon the Internet too much, no wait I actually do. This is problematic.
