    If you need help from @RogersHelps via telephone, you can get a person right away if you pretend to be a potential customer. But if you go through channels to speak to a rep as if you are already a customer, you get put on hold & eventually hung up on... again!

    Yo. Rogers. @RogersHelps ... still on hold now it's been 2hrs 16 min.... to speak to ...yah, RetentionsDept. Loyal customer for so long but...all I want is a charge that's YOUR fault to be reversed... #ManagersShouldHaveAtLeastThatAbility. The charge should never have been there.

    @RogersHelps has got to be one of the worst companies!. Been on phone with them since Thursday trying to get an appointment. They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng

    @Rogers no wifi in Srouffville. again. Every single Monday morning. Honestly if bell didn't suck just as bad as you i'd switch.

    @Rogers really. Still . You have had 16 hours to restore services to a small pocket in Srouffville and still no service. Most reliable in Canada my ***.

    @RogersHelps Why isn’t phone number call display working on screen with Ignite? You call this better technology? You told my Mother she had to get Ignite. She has poor vision. Also when Wifi keeps crashing like Feb. 2, my phone not wifi worked yet by old digital cable worked fine

    @Rogers Eventually, we hung up. It was well over an hour of getting bounced from one agent to another. Seemingly, nobody knew how to cancel our internet plan. They all knew how to sell us on a new internet package, though!

    @RogersHelps Rogers Internet down again, this happens about twice daily and you are unable to diagnose. You even changed the cable and still have interruptions.
