@RogersHelps manotick ontario been down since noon, you said after the last one transparency would be there. You refuse to say why or when it will be back. It's practically pointless to have reps when the client knows it's down. How about answers?

Had some terrible customer service just now with #fido aka #rogers. Customer service literally named called me and then ended the chat unilaterally LOL! WORST customer service I've experienced by a mile!! I have the logs if interested @Fidomobile @Rogers

@Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersInternet another stellar day using your garbage internet. Internet dropping out in Toronto / NorthYork area every 15-45 minutes yesterday from 10am to 6pm. Looks like it’s starting up again today.

@RogersHelps stop overcharging and making incorrect bill amounts. I was told it would be fixed last billing cycle and here we are again with the wrong amount due on this billing cycle. I shouldn't have to initiate this every billing cycle a reminder to you to fix and update!
