@DianneDuguay @Rogers I am having the same issue! I did the troubleshooting that is recommended restarted the modem and did the System Refresh and that did not work.

@Rogers internet is now going in and out. Struggling to stay connected to Outlook and I won't be able to do any meetings with the unreliable connection. If this is another major outage you need to make a proper announcement

@RogersHelps I called and a support person sorted it out for me. Seems to have been an issue with traffic that was obviously affecting a lot of people. There should have been some kind of public alert and more info. It felt like @Rogers was trying to quietly cover up a larger issue

@Rogers You should spend some of that money in Newfoundland as for the third time this month our TV is down again. Getting a stupid message "Oops are techs are working on it" That was 4 hours ago and no rebooting didn't work
