@RogersHelps Thanks but no need. @Rogers knows the issue - says that for some reason ours is an area where they experience problems for an unknown reason. In Toronto. Not in a rural area. #EpicFail

  • MCP_82 Mcp (@MCP_82) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps I think your training needs to be updated so when someone calls in to inform of a death of customer and needs a change to account name, the rep doesn't try and get you to add a new cell phone to the account.

  • Tashas1980 Natasha Smith (@Tashas1980) reported

@RogersHelps is there an internet outage in St. John’s, Newfoundland? Ours has been in and out all morning and now it’s been gone a nice while.

  • starch_56 & (@starch_56) reported

@RogersHelps I did not have any internet all day - restarting modem doesn't help - can't get through to live chat, anything y'all can do??

@RogersBiz @caliber_comms Which is awesome, until your next major network outage... It is incomprehensible to me how you guys so utterly and completely fell flat on your face. No software change control, no network redundancy or even resiliency, no back-out plan, no back-up plan. No plan what-so-ever. F-!

  • RoboPog1 Todd (@RoboPog1) reported

Hey @Rogers @Sportsnet - it's 2022. Think we can get a QUALITY SN Now NHL stream without losing any frames every 30 seconds? - Checking in from my 500 mbps network using an Apple TV 4K

  • RoboPog1 Todd (@RoboPog1) reported

@RogersHelps No, I have only watched on my TV rather than a phone or computer screen. Appreciate these issues being passed along to the tech team. Looking on Twitter and Reddit, many people have been experiencing these issues on an ongoing basis. Thanks

  • jpresz Joel Preszcator (@jpresz) reported

@RogersHelps I just scan the QR Code with my phone because that seems the quickest way. Not sure why the AppleTV app always makes me re login, I’ve been reading that this happens to a lot of people.
