David Spence (@CTVdavidspence) reportedWhen I worked for @Rogers, all of us had to take customer service training. Even those of us not in public facing jobs. That was more than ten years ago. Just something that came to mind as I spend my second DAY on hold with Rogers tech support.

𝔅𝔯𝔞𝔡𝔢𝔫🇨🇦 (@BradenScheck) reported@RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.

🇨🇦 Cindy W. 🇨🇦 (@canadacindy) reported@RogersHelps It is a construction caused outage around 8 am. The call was placed by the paving company.
-
Stuart (@BlueAndWhiteGuy) reported@RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

ᗪEᖇEK ᗩᒪᒪᗪᖇITT (@DerekAlldritt) reported@RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Karl, what their AI bot is really saying, is that this basic feature has existed for a decade, but our systems and tech teams are too old, stupid, or stubborn to implement it, so please PLEASE choose another provider. Just wait until you have to call their business support....

MACK A (@mack1971) reported@RogersHelps Your agents ? You mean there’s more than one, it sure doesn’t look like it . Lt (Retired LAPD) Frank Columbo 🏴🇨🇦 (@jsam10983741) reported@RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. I’ve had cell issues for some time. It’s not my phone but Roger’s. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

🇨🇦 Cindy W. 🇨🇦 (@canadacindy) reported@RogersHelps 4 hours later, mostly on hold, I have been bounced around to people who engage long enough to figure out they need to send me somewhere else where I end up on hold AGAIN. I have a service booking They made an error on the day. I was told tomorrow a.m.; the notice is for JUNE 3!🤬

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@wheelgirl77 @RogersHelps @RogersHelps is an unverified AI chatbot account with no verification checkmark. It will keep sending scripted replies, but no one is actually going to call you back to help. If you want a real human response and actual accountability, file a complaint with the CCTS instead.
