@RogersHelps I already have a ticket to maintenance open after getting a visit from a technician and a senior technician that verified the connection but the problem is at the back end starting with the wan gateway

@Rogers OMG trying to watch the leafs on ignite and it absolutely sucks lags drops it’s crap - is it on dial up internet? Charge the most deliver the least!

@UbisoftSupport For a few days now I've been experiencing consistent ping spikes and periods of lag lasting up to a whole round in Siege, jumping to pings as high as 3k ms. I have tried working with @RogersHelps on a solution, but they insist it's not on their end.
