    @RogersHelps @CP24 4 days with no internet here in the GTA. Trying to be patient, stuff happens but at least an ETA or an update would help. Sites like downdetector clearly show an internet outage in this area. Rebooting my hardware every morning but no change.

    @Rogers Fix your garbage service like holy. How are you gonna charge anybody monthly when it goes down for 3 out the 4 weeks of the month. If I had a choice, I’d leave this waste of money internet service if I had a choice. I hope rogers gets sued for fraud cause that’s what it is now.

    @RogersBiz I call back. Now they say they cannot, and for the exact same plan I have, Mom would pay $55 more than me a month. She is 90 years old and you want $660 a year more from her than me for the same service? 2/ 3

    Was bragging up Rogers ignite but is not so great when they accidentally cut off your services trying to fix up your account. And think it is ok just to let you go for days without tv, phone or internet. @rogers

    @RogersHelps is there an internet outage in Barrie, Ont? Haven't been able to connect to ignite for 45 minutes and hotspotting cell data is in and out.
