@RogersHelps When I dial out I get nothing. When I hang up it simply says Call Failed. We have a big wind tonight so perhaps that’s the problem.

19 hrs without internet, 6 calls to @Rogers, disconnected once after I was waiting for 45 min. Now a technician was sent to the wrong address & apparently that’s my problem and I need to reschedule. Wth Rogers? Is your business model wait for customers to go into rage b4 you help

@Rogers shame on you! Your rep Himanshu kept me on the line for 34 min! Hang up on me while I was trying to cancel an account with you which I NEVER used. It’s one thing to overcharge somebody, it’s another to charge for no use.

@RogersHelps More messy bill problems which evolved from the Global sound distortion in my area at the end of August. On phone with Rogers 2 hrs and 25 mins just now. Hard to get staff to listen to me and I kept getting chastised and talked down to for "interrupting" when I didn't understand.

@RogersHelps CMON...surely you guys can't be screwing up your OWN bonus offer. I was texted by @Rogers saying I would get 10Gb/month for 18 months free...but online the offer only says 5Gb. So i contacted customer service, and they said they can't do anything.

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my services since Tuesday, Oct 04, 2022. I made seven calls so far, the shortest was 20 mins. The longest 90 mins. On hold THE ENTIRE TIME. Only two of the seven calls were ‘answered’. They immediately hung up. Aliant was hooked up Monday.
