@RogersHelps fix your **** already holy ****. Days later and my connection is still dropping consistently. One more day and I’m throwing this **** in the trash and going with someone reliable. I pay way to much for your services to always disconnect

Hey @TD_Canada I waited 40 minutes on the phone to get an NSF deleted because of @RogersHelps being **** at cell/internet. And then your rep hung up on me as she was telling me what can be done. I’m 40 minutes into the second call. Your service sucks. You suck. TD sucks.

@RogersHelps Remaining issues include: not being able to access certain websites or services(like Apple update on IPhone & Runble, etc). Rogers Ignite TV not allowing yo to watch “at Home” live programming despite being on my WiFi. DVR also glitchy-stopping & starting.

@AboutRogers @Rogers It is not enough to put things as they should have been in the first place. In other words, damn right we should be credited for the days of lost service… but that is not enough. Why do businesses think that we should be pleased that we not get charged for service not rendered?

  • sharrononline Sharron Chandler (@sharrononline) reported

@racygrls @rogershelp Completely agree, since Fri am we have had a couple hours start & stop TV ser Sun night. In addition my Husband has a heart condition so imagine my anxiety hoping my phone (land & cell) will work if I need help. @RogersHelps when will this be fixed.
