@RogersHelps How about an actual reason why? One that isn't double talk. Many people lost a day of work, income for their stores, companies had to completely shut down. The people who pay hard earned money to your company deserve a real explanation!

@RogersHelps @ColinDMello It’s not only your own customers that were affected. Customers who used Rogers devices could not attend their online appointments - they lost treatments and businesses lost their billings for the day. And this is one of the minor issues. The public is owed a complete explanation.

@RogersHelps I gave no Roger's services in fact I tried to get rid of them in all my life for being a terrible company and yet I got froze out of my bank accounts. What are you going to do for non Roger's customers for your incompetence or do we need a class action law suit

@stopthetelusph @FictionalDiary @RogersHelps BGP allows one network (say Rogers) to advertise its presence to other networks that form the Internet. Rogers is not advertising its presence, so other networks can’t find Rogers network and so it is unavailable.
