    The idea that @Rogers customers should have taken their SIM cards out to access 911 during an outage is ludicrous. Taking out a SIM card with a modern phone isn’t popping the back cover off and removing a battery to access. It requires a special tool.

    @RogersHelps I am still having router rebooting itself every 10-15 mins I have audio and picture freezing still and wifi connections are horrible
