@CP24 This is the worst decision ever. Furthering a duopoly at the cost of the consumer is not what competition Tribunals should do. Putting more control in the hands or @Rogers and @Bell clearly shows the Tribunal cares a f*$*& about the consumers. Canada should be ashamed.

@RogersHelps Come on guys, paid for a 150 MB plan and get on average a download speed of 15 MB/ps. Absolute garbage, and its a good thing all of my friends have switched away from Rogers. The speeds are unbearable.
