    @RogersHelps My heart goes out to the employee(s) who did not catch the error prior to deployment. I have worked with an appl that is relied on by a major network of end users , and to have it fail, can be also very devastating to the employees who support the system.

    @RogersHelps I was on roaming charges in Greece trying to navigate my way through Athens in a car rental when I had no reception. I didn't know my way around the city, and I couldn't contact any of my relatives while I was there for help. I want my roaming charges reimbursed.
