    @Comwave @RogersHelps Huge fail… Old service disconnected before new modem arrived/ connected. Bed-bound mom’s only source of entertainment is tv. Can’t tether from phone becos Im going to the office to get work done that I expected do from home. No help from Comwave. Brutal.

    @RogersHelps I'm trying to switch a mobile phone to wireless home phone (which still falls under mobile) and it's just impossible. Help please!

    @RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month
