    Do internet providers have us by the ….? You bet. Now @TekSavvyBuzz hung up on me. Never called me back either after promising to fix it. I guess it is now hello @rogers

    @RogersHelps incredibly poor service for my small business. May have to wait up to 7 days to get a repair for my business that runs on internet. It’s time to change my service.

    The state of mobile phone service in Canada is deplorable. My bill is $150 a month, and @RogersHelps has had me on a hold since 0900hrs. All because they can’t find my returned handset in their warehouse. Lovely woman on the phone, but that just stole an hour of my day!

    @RogersHelps On March 10, I reported the Authorized Application tool used to generate device passwords was not available. It's now March 24 and I have yet to receive an update on the issue. 🤔

    @RogersHelps Can you please explain why I’m on hold with your lovely customer service department and they won’t let me cancel my plan. Like literally I’m being told I can’t cancel. They won’t do it. @Bell before I come over do you have the same mafia like policies?
