    @RogersBiz @RogersMobileCa Not fair to be a loyal customer and receive such horrible service. I order 13 pro max and I’m even getting billed for 13 pro max! Sending me a 13 pro & saying return & re order is ridiculous! If Rogers doesn’t care for it’s clients then just say so!!

    @gmbutts @Rogers No kidding! I fully removed Rogers from my life about 5 years ago. Never been happier. I have home internet with Bell and cell phone with Public Mobile. Both great services.

    @brundle_fly @gmbutts @Rogers We have no carriers that give great service. But Bell/Virgin have been pretty reliable for the last five years we've used them. For home internet however, I too had to revert to Twitter shaming, to get some action.

    @Rogers Thank you for responding. Every 5-10 min the stream buffers, stops, or cuts out completely. Resetting often results in a not available error. I have tried the ps4, Samsung smart tv and iPhone apps and get similar results on all 3. Never had any issue before the recent app update
