    To make up for yesterday’s outage y’all need to give customers a credit or something because I’m hearing a lot of people saying they’re ready to switch to a different company. @Rogers

    It's pretty bad that the competition and scammers have a faster response to the outage yesterday than @Rogers. ALSO, shame on @INTERAC for making an idiotic move and signing and exclusive agreement with Rogers. May this be a wake up call for more competition in Canadian Telecom.

    @INTERAC will you be holding @Rogers @RogersHelps accountable/fined/reprimanded for the latest outage, this affected non Rogers customers using the Interac network. Will there be discussions if this happens again?
