    Another update: My tree was removed as part of work for @Rogers, and it was their responsibility to notify me. I've been a rogers customer since I was 16 years old (Im 31!) and am not surprised they failed to do their due diligence to notify me.

    @Rogers worst service ever! A week without internet, two technicians, no one answers calls on customer service, attempting to over charge me, no answer as to where to return the modem and expensive for ****** wifi. Go to @Bell instead, great service and internet!!!!

    @RogersHelps the internet is down on the whole street (Kovachik Blvd in Milton ON) since 11 AM. Your tech support is not helping and is booking individual appointments within 24-48 hrs. Is this a joke? #rogers #CommonSense

    @RogersHelps I cant believe it, its been a whole day without internet here in mississauga and I have been rung out through customer service. No help and during lunar new year? How am I supposed to contact my family back home? Ridiculous.
