    @RogersHelps @gmbutts Lol. I was a customer for 20 years. Never missed a payment. Phone and internet. 15 min at Virgin cut my bill in half. Never been happier. Also, you own the Jays but refuse to spend any money to build a winning team. You’re the Yankees that run the club like the rays. It’s gross.

    @gmbutts @Rogers Been with Rogers for almost 30 years, been satisfied for the most part over the years with any issues that have arisen, after last contract expired was told dad to pay a hefty premium for new phone and needed to be returned or bought out after two years, would of tripled my bill!

    For a week and a half our internet has been cutting out for several hours a day. @Rogers get your **** together. You're only a virtual monololy, how many obstacles can there be to simply functioning?

    @gmbutts @Rogers I just got off phone with Rogers. Here in our area we are experiencing picture and sound issues off and on ALL day for last couple of months. They tell me it's my Nextbox but several other neighbours experiencing exact same issues at exact same time. I am looking at Bell. Enough!

    @RogersHelps MY BILL IS $17 PER MONTH for add ons. How tf y’all charge me $50+ for “account processing fee” for a $17 per month account?!!! Just randomly?!!! When I paid the **** too??? INSANITY. Y’all really just out here thieving all ***** nilly huh?!!!

    @Chircha2 @gmbutts @Rogers They don’t. I’m lucky that I maintain enough of a US identity to remain a customer. But Canadians are unfortunate to be saddled with some of the highest wireless service costs in the world in exchange for poor service.

    @gmbutts @Rogers I will never ever use Roger's again for anything. We kept increasing our package though we weren't using half of the data we were paying for. About 10 days before the end of each month they throttled our download speed. That should be illegal. Btw the CRTC needs a new Chairman.

    @Rogers I am extremely disappointed with your ability to correct fraudulent activity on my account. It is concerning to see the lack of security your provide your clients. After hours on the phone with condescending Rogers management I am still no closer to a resolution.

    @gmbutts @Rogers That was my experience with Rogers two decades ago (and further back with Bell). I switched to Telus, and have received excellent service.
