@Rogers I spent 1hr on the phone trying to reschedule an appointment. They couldn’t do it and were going to follow up. They didn’t cancel the appt. and the tech STILL showed up and told me I would be billed 2x! Why is it so difficult do anything with you guys??#rogers #badservice
