    @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.

    @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.

    @RogersHelps Shaw legacy client. Need a technician to assess and repair broken phone line. Chat booted me out after 3h wait saying as Shaw customer they couldn’t help (even though I access through Shaw link). poor experience and paying for a broken service now. Telus may be best

    @RogersHelps No when you dial the phone it says it’s not assigned. That isn’t a phone problem - it should go to their VM

    Damn it @Rogers … sure Shaw was a smaller regional company, but at least someone would answer a phone one in a while. I’ve been trying to switch my internet package down to a different plan. Been at 2 hrs and counting…

    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? Because you don’t have anymore. You have a call center with no service. Everything is I don’t know… I had to hang up. It’s terrible
