    Can't imagine how many super important deals I'm missing because @rogers is down. Dozens I'm sure.

  • joejdavis Joe Davis (@joejdavis) reported

    @Rogers Are you going to give a credit to all users that are down today, or is it up to us as customer to now wait in a phone/chat queue for hours to discuss compensation?

  • melishee Melissa Sheehan (@melishee) reported

    So @Rogers, any word on what caused your outage? And you're going to be giving affected customers free service for the next month to make up for this, right? How is this even legally able to happen?! Like WOW.

  • hellachella Chelle (@hellachella) reported

    @xerro420 @205mph @RogersHelps $2 per customer adds up. I'll take it anyway.

  • jl_sutton John Sutton (@jl_sutton) reported

    @RogersHelps Rogers in Canada is down and it’s been down for about 6 or 7 hours. What exactly is the problem?

  • Canadian_Bean_ The Canadian Bean (@Canadian_Bean_) reported

    @Waylander_72 @Rogers @RogersHelps What an average plan? 80$ a month? Today has been ******* **** but if you broke 80$ into 30 days you get about 2.66$. Enjoy your reimbursement

  • DealWithIt1983 Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk (@DealWithIt1983) reported

    @madebymitchreed @GlobalNational @Rogers Not a fanboy. I don't use Rogers. I'm on Telus. Thanks for assuming though! Just looking out for my fellow IT workers who get **** on, on a regular basis.

  • NicoNurseMom Rachel Lafleur (@NicoNurseMom) reported

    @ReplicatorUnit @RogersHelps Internet is not the issue. Using the 3G right now as the 5G is down. I think a lot of us tried that already. Still can’t make calls.

  • siliconsoapbox siliconsoapbox💭 (@siliconsoapbox) reported

    @RogersHelps On behalf of "some" customers (namely those not with Bell Mobility), let me say what a massive disruption and cluster f**k this is. Don't bother updating anything. Just fix it. I'm suggesting one month free for some of us to compensate.

  • VladmrTrumpkin Vladimir I. Trump (@VladmrTrumpkin) reported

    @CBCLondon Is @CBCNews tracking the major @Rogers disruption for >12 hours across Canada, including London? Major national security issue. Major issue with pandemic coordination. No transparency from the company.
