@RogersHelps Thanks, I can see the outage in the area, but doesn't seem to show an estimated time.

@Rogers Rogers Communications, I live in Edmonton, in the Stillwater neighborhood. The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon as possible; this situation

@RogersHelps I’ve called over 100 times and keep getting the same lies and credit offers. I don’t want credit — I want the return processed and the wrong charges removed NOW, or my money refunded. Fix this immediately!

@RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.

@RogersHelps I have already spent months trying to resolve this via phone. The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.

@RogersHelps looks like the email issues on iOS are now fixed but still unable to sign into Rogers Xfinity Stream. Any updates?

@Rogers having to play a message for customers waiting on hold stating we are experiencing longer than usual wait times actually means you really suck at customer service and are more focused on profits!!! #DoBetterRogers

@RogersHelps Staff more agents to answer the call volume. Having hold time longer than a few minutes is awful. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.

@RogersHelps @Dr_H_Pimlott Ah - the kind of blame others response that makes sure I'll never get a mobile phone or Internet from Rogers! That and how often the Rogers website is down when I try and pay my legacy cable bill (can't wait to ditch it!)
