@RogersHelps @Rogers Not going to get a straight answer to my direct questions. Just wanted some idea what might be involved on Rogers end once Hydro does what they need to do so I can plan. Days or weeks to resolution? Disappointed no customer service. Will remember when Bell brings Fibe to my area.

@RogersHelps No no no no!!! This is not the way you treat your customers!! Understood there was a terrible storm. But please we are now in the 21st century, can you at least try and keep your customers informed. A tweet, something.

@RogersHelps Let me ask my question in a different way. Once Hydro gets power to lines again, will my internet/tv start working again - immediately or within a few hours? Or, will @Rogers only be able to start fixing problems with its equipment once Hydro is done?

Is it just me? I can barely send an email on @rogers in outage area but my neighbor is watching Netflix on his @Bell phone next door. Tell me about your cell/Dara experience during this crazy storm outage.

@timandfriends @Rogers Years later Theo Fleury would **** on his legacy by urging Canadians to act selfishly in the face of an unknown and unprecedented modern-day pandemic. It is still unknown the amount of damage that he and similar "freedom" minded Canadians did in extending the pandemic.
