    @RogersHelps this is the second time in the last 4 days that there's been a service interruption in my area and this time it's during work hours! How long will it take to get back up and running in the L6X area in Brampton? This is ridiculous

    @RogersHelps Well nothing seems to make a difference! I have wasted my time trying to reach your support team every other day and as I mentioned earlier nothing has been fixed! At this very moment I don’t have internet and throughout the day I have not had stable internet.

    Dealing with @Rogers has been the absolute worst experience I've had in a while. I got confirmation that my Modem and TV box were successfully returned and signed for, so why am I getting charged? I was let down in the only month I used it, and now they're after my credit.
