@MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Same thing happening here , TV is constantly glitchy . I've also rebooted to no avail . I don't understand why I can watch Netflix, Disney+ and Prime though with no issues .

@RogersHelps Shove your 5 days! You did more damage to companies and people that’s worth WAY MORE then your pitiful offer! Can’t wait for that class action lawsuit to hit! Then you’ll be made to pay! I was pondering resigning with Rogers… Seeing this sad attempt to save face has made me!

@RogersHelps I know will be ratio'd. No existing Rogers residential or business customer was forced from legacy cable to Ignite or to bundle everything with them with no back-up. If the credit offer is unfair, negotiate with them later. We can learn from this.

@CreativeBlueON @RogersHelps Yes! Since the outage my iPhone 13 is only getting 1.2 Mbps download / 2.4 Mpbs upload. @RogersHelps What is going on. Same behaviour on all of the household's iPhones. I called Rogers to complain, but I haven't heard anything back yet. #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps I had to call an ambulance for my three year old son who was struggling to breathe. Because of Rogers my calls weren't going through until the third attempt. Rogers honestly made me feel like my son wasn't going to make it because I couldn't get help. Shame on this company.
