    @RogersHelps I have ignite internet at 500Mbps down, and right now it's 12kbps - this is not the first time, and the speed is always awful. And I have ignite pods, of which one doesn't work at all. I'm getting tired of this.

    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    Okay, @Bell_Aliant : HMU with what you can do for business-class phone and internet service in Grande-Digue. No cable TV, but dedicated IP addresses, VPN and VOIP support are non-negotiable. Let's do this out in the open so the incompetents at @Rogers can see.

    @RogersHelps The WORST service ever. No Internet/cable/home phone for 5 days. Spent 14 hours on the phone in 4 days with them still no outcome. Frustrating. I am the last person to complain. But this is ridiculous. 😰 please RT for me to get their attention. #rogers #rogersfail
