@Rogers No internet since 12pm in our area. So much disruption, and there utter lack of updates. This is a second time massive outage in our area by Rogers. Is it time to move out of lousy Rogers? Can you please expedite or at least update your customers as to what’s going.

@RogersHelps what the heck is wrong with your support professionals? I talked to 3 people in the last 3 days and all made false promises, then when I yelled about it, they sent me to loyalty department where they say they cannot give any discount. You guys suck with your support!
