If my parents don't want to buy Bell I will just do it. I am sick of @RogersHelps being unstable. I am trying to get tutored online and I got disconnected twice. It even happened yesterday I am tired of these months of instability!

The year isn’t even over and this is the second time I’m experiencing a wifi issue with @rogers , I don’t see any updates or anything that says anything about the wifi not working, definitely not paying my bill until they give me a reason lol

Reaching out to @Rogers w/today's @Bell_Support outage for a backup line… their business service only has 15up for 75down? When pressed, it's “because of copper lines…” yet they have gigabit down with 50up... why can't I order 75/50 or even 25/25? It's a redundancy for Bell...

@RogersHelps Bradford?? What about in Embrun? The service here has been on and off all week very annoying when on an important call and you keep dropping the other person, or trying to watch something and it takes an hour to watch a 30 min show!

@RogersHelps You already have my partner's ticket from Monday and mine from Wednesday. He hit a response this morning that it was fixed. So no poi in opening a third unres ticket that states signal is weak in my region.

Like I know it’s difficult for @rogers to understand that other people have genuine things to do, as I imagine in their offices they all just smash their heads into their desks like the soulless, mindless ******** they are, but other people actually need to get **** done
