    @RogersHelps Cable completely went off at 9:55 tonight. AGAIN. Now it's all the channels, digital AND analog boxes. North York. You just restored a bunch of my TV channels on Friday, three days after that problem started. What gives???

    @RogersHelps is there an cell service on crescent road towards crescent beach in Surrey, BC?? All of sudden it's very bad service!!! Very bad!!! Like no one is wrking at all!!!!!?????

    @ab_teacher2 💯 % it’s beyond highway robbery!! My @Rogers bill is $190 a month for like 10gb at only LTE speed in Regina!!! Absolutely abhorrent prices!! And with the outage they had not long ago I had not service, no way to contact anyone as did most of Canada!!

    @RogersHelps Under "RF PARAMETERS", Tuner says -100 dBmV (in orange) on the channels that aren't working and 2 dBmV (in white, like all the other numbers) on the channels that are working. I don't actually know what this means but it seems indicative of the problem

    @RogersHelps currently getting a black screen on all US network channels. Canadian network channels work as normal. I'm in midtown Toronto

    @Rogers I have now called twice for a return package for my cell phone. The original package had no suite number, 2nd I have been waiting more than week. No requesting another one. My last 2 calls I have been on hold for more than 30 mins combined. This absolutely horrible!!
