@MyOldSled @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps Internet and phone was down. Also the company could have been in another province looking for remote work. The outage happened at like midnight, chances are he woke up a couple hours before the interview, realized the issue an hour before, then at that point what do you do?

@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@RogersHelps If you want to help your customers then act more quickly. Don't be just aware, act! Our TV is still intermittent! Explain that!

@RogersHelps @Rogers 8 hours later and still no service. This is beyond unacceptable at this point. Coming up 36 hours without service.

@RogersHelps Anymore recent updates? Minimal service restored here in east GTA. Shoddy TV service, no Netflix, Disney + or Prime. Still no home phone. This is seriously over the top and unacceptable, Rogers.

@Rogers glad to have service but don't stop there, please. My Ignite is still stopping and starting.

@douglas_furpaws @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps .... Okay but most jobs rely on the internet and phone for interviews. If it's remote work or the interviewer lives outside of your province you can't just make the drive down. Especially when the outage happened at like midnight. But have fun defending monopolization

@Invest23TELL @imgrund @RogersHelps Because the state of this world is a mess as it is, if they were hacked (since a breach was said to have happened *again*) we have a right to know how far it went this time. This caused such a disaster, and if it happens again, I bet it will be longer and cause more issues.
