@RogersHelps is there a service outage at the 427 and Burmanthorpe?

  • FluffyliverpooI J-Sea® 🖖🏼 (@FluffyliverpooI) reported

I recently switched to Bell from Rogers. When i called to cancel Rogers, I was pressured into, what I was told, was a free month to compare the services. That free month cost $34.50. I called and Rogers said they would take care of it 1/3 @RogersHelps @rogers @crtceng

  • exqsz NoExqsz (@exqsz) reported

@RogersHelps Brutal Service, returned equipment, kept Canada Post receipts. Keeping getting bills for non return of equip. 6 calls to their call centre dating back to March 2021, 1 incident and 2 case numbers. Still no remedy. I’m told Rogers needs to confirm receipt of equip.

@Rogers whats’up with a past few days of choppy internet and today a full blown outage. Atleast tell your customers the reason for the outage. Some of us understand computers. Should I work tomorrow or not?

  • 8nav8 nav (@8nav8) reported

@RogersHelps could someone please contact me regarding no internet? I have unplugged the modem for two minutes, plugged it back in and only have a flashing orange light. I just got home from work but it has been down all day.

  • Chilli_Momma Kim 🇨🇦💚🏎💨 (@Chilli_Momma) reported

Why is it always a hassle dealing with @RogersHelps. We can have all the service interruptions caused by them, but when you need help dealing with something, they could care less.

  • inxyxmi Y Λ N N I (@inxyxmi) reported

@Rogers railroading unsuspecting customers w hidden terms and fees is disgusting. I’ve been bounced around from department to department like a joke. I will NEVER suggest Rogers to anyone again.

  • BwoyCombolo Good Citizen (@BwoyCombolo) reported

My @Rogers Ignite service has been crashing every 2 minutes since April 8. After 3 separate service calls the system keeps crashing. Today a rude tech tells me after 10 days its a neighbourhood problem. One for the maintenance crew and 7 more days of spotty service. OMG!

  • RonPrizant Ron Prizant (@RonPrizant) reported

@rogers JUST WOW! Using your services for 20 years, and here comes Bell with a better offer for our business or our private then you're able to offer a loyal customer. I could cancel my services with you, and apply as a new client and get a better deal than I am now! #fail

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

@RogersHelps Yeah. So does internet streaming but it's still 10 seconds faster than a local box. Just a terrible implementation. Time to admit it
