🎭 Sändi Cöle 🎭 (@Sandra_Cole44) reported@RogersHelps this is ridiculous I was on hold for 30 minutes the tec failed to tell me to unplug the cable books a tec call ends I decide to unplug the cable anyways now the internet is back on but now I have to cancel the tec another 30 minutes on hold.

The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer

My original ticket was closed as resolved w no notice but new streetwide ticket created. Still ongoing check outages page every hour and see projected completion extend 1 more hour. Solidarity
