@RogersHelps @Rogers ...2 hours into my 4 hour wait period on the phone with CRA and the call drops...and out of service the rest of the day...thank you Rogers!

  • SanjaySivaji SanjaySivaji (@SanjaySivaji) reported

@Rogers @amir_kiabi Still down when will it be up

  • Tucksmom20 Jenn B  (@Tucksmom20) reported

@RogersHelps I still have no service

  • Hache_Sebastien Sebas1509 (@Hache_Sebastien) reported

@Rogers You better compensate everyone for the work they couldn’t get done because of your ******. It’s most definitely not for the customers to pay for your partner being dumb and pushing an update they knew was unstable.

  • kylevandelft Kyle Van Delft (@kylevandelft) reported

@JoelSweet @Rogers service came back online shortly after EMBC approved purchase of another providers device to support the #SearchAndRescue incident.

  • BenGordon92 Concerned Leafs Fan Ben Gordon (@BenGordon92) reported

@Rogers I'm so glad I dumped all my Rogers crap 2 years ago. ALWAYS down. Only thing consistent is your nagging for the bill to be paid (even though it's auto deposit and I could see you charged it every month)

  • valdezsays Aaron Valdez (@valdezsays) reported

  • EvanMcHu Evan (@EvanMcHu) reported

All I know is, @Rogers never crashed when I worked there. Coincidence?

  • TweetiepieHawly Tweetiepie 🌺 (@TweetiepieHawly) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps you should be explaining WHAT happened. And updates every 4 hours is unacceptable. I couldn’t call 911 if I needed to. Is there a data breach we need to worry about? Will people be compensated? Is there an actual ETA it has been well over 12 hrs and still no service

  • TheArcticDev The Arctic Developer (@TheArcticDev) reported

@leckie_sean @oxfordliving @RogersHelps The issue is who approved a global firmware rollout without secondary approval. Or, what was the root cause. Dev/Engineer here as well and this one really has me wondering what happened. My guess: firmware for another network was pushed to overwrite Rogers Public ID's
