    @CCTS_CPRST @Rogers At live chat at @Rogers two departments have shuttled my concerns and requests seven times, each insisting only the other could fix the problem. That's over nearly four hours. Also waited hours on the phone for an agent who was kind but so far unable to help.

    @Rogers for 3 months I have tried to resolve an issue. I have spent hours on hold, hung on, transferred endlessly and nobody cares. 20 plus years and treated like garbage.

    @RogersHelps Now these ******** are sending me a random $900 bill and threatening that my service was cut off and it's in a collection company. They were hooking up random cellphones on my account before. What is wrong with these people?!????? Rogers is turning into an actual scam. #Rogers

    @RogersHelps I waited over an hour, & was advised by a great customer service rep that they'd get someone to call me back in 5 bs. days, which is alright. They were also in a queue, moving from 10 to 9th place in about 10 minutes. Their staff are great, I hope I get a resolution soon tho.

    How many @Rogers customer service agents does it take to screw (in a) customer? Four and counting at the telecom giant today, each one saying another department was responsible for a screw-up by the company. Thanks to @CCTS_CPRST for its efforts to help.

    @Rogers I've been on hold via phone & live chat for nearly 1hr again today. I am calling you AGAIN to remove my 2017 ex from my internet account, which still hasn't happened without errors. Can I bill you back for the 8+ hours I've spent on this already??😫 why is this so hard

    Been with @Rogers for 19 years, It's good to know that their customer service does not care about loyalty and will string you around on hold for 20+ minutes to tell you they'll transfer you to another department, to get hung up on by the automated message telling you to call back
