@RogersHelps Hey there, we had some technicians to our house the other day regarding our cable problems(Periodic loss of connectivity and slow speeds) and it was determined that there was a problem in the box across the street, and they said there would need to be a fix (1/2)

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.
